Nous aimons cet hôtel. La chambre que nous avons eu en 1er sentait mauvais et on nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Sinon tout le reste á été super. Les chambres sont propres et le staff super!

This is an exceptionally clean and well maintained hotel. We however were very disappointed that the room had few outlets. Because I am handicapped I needed charge my wheel chair, plug in my CPAP, charge 2 phones and plug in a heating pad. Initially there we no outlets to be found. Moved the couch and found one. Unplugged the microwave to get another. Still 3 short?? Also the floor is very slippery and being handicapped I got up at night, slipped on it and fell very hard. Something needs to be done to correct this issue. We mentioned the problems to the desk clerk in the morning but she did not seem very interested and maybe it was the fact that we spoke english and she did not understand? I might be more understanding if it wasn't for the fact that we paid $ 450 for one night and for this price would expect no issues at this money.

Fine for one night. Nice that a coupon was provided for breakfast next door. Hotel leaves guests cleaning supplies and I don’t think this is needed and it may give the wrong impression.

Le personnel nous à accuser sans preuve et sans fondement d’avoir fumer dans la chambre sous prétexte qu’il y avait des odeurs alors que l’odeur était présente à notre arrivée. Ils n’ont rien d’autre à dire ou faire pour nous soutirer 300$ pour qq chose que nous n’avons pas fait, sans parler des autres montants qu’ils ne sont pas en mesure de m’expliquer. S’il y a la moindre odeur ou qq chose susceptible de vous faire charger aviser sur le champs, même s’il est 2:00 du matin et que vous êtes brûler.
