We stayed here after a really long drive, in advance of a day at Durham University. We didn’t really use any facilities as we arrived late and left early but it was great value and the pub downstairs seemed to have a warm, friendly atmosphere.

A lovely hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. Lovely rooms. Well priced. Just a bit far out of the city centre without any local shops ect around if you needed anything

Firstly, the location in the Hotels.com app is different to the postcode. Staff were incredibly friendly, from check-in, the breakfast, to check-out. Bathroom could do with a really deep clean, likewise tea and coffee station

Can't rate the hotel room or facilities itself because we didn't end up staying due to a family emergency. However I can rate the customer service, which we found to be poor, since they ignored multiple emails in advice of our stay advising of this.
