Front desk guy was very unfriendly, pool was freezing (not heated), found a pill bottle that was under the pull out couch, sheets could of been cleaner had some marks on them, there was food or something in the ac, their free breakfast was a joke. Had cereal, sausage that tasted like it was boiled or something, bread, muffins, jug of milk for cereal, pancake maker, small muffins, NO EGGS, then their employees look like they hate their job. When u asked for something like the pancake maker was empty the employee asked like u asked them to do a lot. That dude at the front desk was biding in his off or car. The pool had no towels. When u asked for towels for ur room n the dude at the front desk says they dont have any n he will get them later. U give him the room number and leave for the morning to come back and there r no towels in ur bathroom. So as u walk down to the front desk and a younger gentleman is there and got them within 5 mins and apologized for the dude this morning for not getting them. We never seen house keeping until the next day around 3pm like how r they cleaning these rooms n gettin them ready. I have been to hotels that u see house keeping first thing in the morning. NO CLOCK N NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. Only thing good was the t headed shower. This use to be r go to place when we come down but not no more!!!!

Great stay as usual. Room nice, bed comfortable, great sitting room area in room, large whirlpool jetted bathtub, microwave & refrigerator in room. Nice cold pool, like I like but they no longer have the hot tub in the pool area. There is a few minor fixes but it's still nice. Also, on Hotels.com it states no elevator but there is and it works.This is where we have chosen to stay when in A.C. for at least 10yrs and we will be back again and again.

My husband and I have been coming to this property for over 7 years now, and it has fallen a bit. It could be from the pandemic. The rooms have not changed, the cleanliness is the same, great. The included breakfast has changed dramatically. There used to be a real choice breakfast with sausages, eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, and others. Now, mini muffins, bagels, apples, yogurt, and packs of unflavored oatmeal. Convenience is still available with Shoprite, Dollar General, McD’s, Wawa, Denny’s, gas stations, and of course a straight run to Atlantic City, and right off the Garden State Parkway. (NJ) Customer Service is good. The inside pool is shut down, and the hot tub. The three pieces of exercise equipment don't work. Parking is still free. I like this place but it seems to be going downhill. Corporate, you have a gem don’t lose it. Juanita G.

My hubby and I chose this hotel for a lil getaway. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the jetted tub and the kitchenette. I would definitely go back. A little heat in the pool would be great. The water was so cold. We enjoyed ourselves.

Terrible condition - electrical outlets didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work, vending machines out of order. Breakfast items were stale and coffee was the worst I’ve ever had, couldn’t drink it. This facility has seen better days.

First hotel I walked in and didn’t have to wipe everything down. There was not a piece of dust on anything. I have OCD and always wipe everything in a room from handles and remotes to tables etc. but I felt as though I didn’t need to. Only as a precaution not because of scum on things.

Guy at the front desk was helpful. But he worked by himself which caused a problem. The tv remote didn’t work. He had to come fix it. The shower didn’t have hot water. We literally had to turn it just right for it to work. The pull out couch had crumbs all over. The sheets in the closet had hair all over it. The couch was completely dirty.

The front desk personnel are always nice and helpful, however, the cleanliness and condition of the property is subpar and many things are broken or damaged. The elevator button to 3rd floor was broken when I was there. I was missing most of the towels in my room, and the headboard of the bed I cleaned myself bc it was absolutely filthy. The room is a decent size, good for a couple or small family traveling. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re on a small budget.

Floors were dirty in hallways. Room was okay, there was no bedding for the pullout sofa. We got no extra towels the second day, we asked twice and we’re told they didn’t have any clean ones. My kids were disappointed that they couldn’t swim, the water was nasty and very dark, the pool area had a terrible smell. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely not staying here again.

The room was dirty, it was massive trash under the chairs, insect on the bed, ant family climbing up the wall. The chairs in the room are very old, and raggedy looking. Also I had to share my room with a fly that would not leave! The staff was nice and friendly. Nice clean pool, and dining area. The price was cheap!

Never been in a hotel that didn’t have phones in the room which was very concerning to me. Everytime there was an issue you had to go down to the front desk which was very inconvenient!! Huge stains on the carpet, stains on the walls, towels and washcloths was old with holes very nasty!! No hot water! Never will I stay there again!!

In the ad imagery they make the rooms look like suites with small kitchenettes but the only thing they have is a small sink. In most suites such as Homewood they have a small sink and cooking range with kitchenware and cutlery. These rooms only have the sink. The pool is unusable as it's in a room with virtually no light and only a couple of resin chairs on the edge. I would not recommend the place. 32" inch TV

Great location. Front desk staff was pleasant at check-in. The TV is broken. The light above the tub is burned out. My children were ecstatic about a jetted tub and shower, neither of which work. Clean enough.

My stay was average, it probably should be rated less. I had a broken bathroom door that didn’t lock, the shower knob fell off, the single chair upholstery was loose with nails sticking out of it and the dresser drawers kept opening on their own. Needs some repairs/remodeling.

The room was comfortable and clean…my only issue was the tv was very old so there wasn’t much we could do considering the fact that it’s 2024 and everything good to watch needs smooth internet and a tv that can handle streaming…the main reason for our stay was for comfort though and we definitely received that!

This property did not meet my expectations. Several basic amenities were lacking, including food provisions, entertainment options such as television, and more. Although I paid for a room with a kitchenette, no kitchenware was provided. I also had to report a ventilation issue in the bathroom, as well as problems accessing the TV. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and far from satisfactory.

This hotel has no phones in their rooms, no alarm clocks, tv not programed, vending machines don't work. They don't answer their phones

Front desk guy was very unfriendly, pool was freezing (not heated), found a pill bottle that was under the pull out couch, sheets could of been cleaner had some marks on them, there was food or something in the ac, their free breakfast was a joke. Had cereal, sausage that tasted like it was boiled or something, bread, muffins, jug of milk for cereal, pancake maker, small muffins, NO EGGS, then their employees look like they hate their job. When u asked for something like the pancake maker was empty the employee asked like u asked them to do a lot. That dude at the front desk was biding in his off or car. The pool had no towels. When u asked for towels for ur room n the dude at the front desk says they dont have any n he will get them later. U give him the room number and leave for the morning to come back and there r no towels in ur bathroom. So as u walk down to the front desk and a younger gentleman is there and got them within 5 mins and apologized for the dude this morning for not getting them. We never seen house keeping until the next day around 3pm like how r they cleaning these rooms n gettin them ready. I have been to hotels that u see house keeping first thing in the morning. NO CLOCK N NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. Only thing good was the t headed shower. This use to be r go to place when we come down but not no more!!!!

The front desk personnel are always nice and helpful, however, the cleanliness and condition of the property is subpar and many things are broken or damaged. The elevator button to 3rd floor was broken when I was there. I was missing most of the towels in my room, and the headboard of the bed I cleaned myself bc it was absolutely filthy. The room is a decent size, good for a couple or small family traveling. Overall I’d recommend it if you’re on a small budget.

The front desk: Sam is great! The hotel: Plus: quiet, spacious rooms, hot tub in rooms are a plus. Cons: linen and towels are in need to renovate. Breakfast isn't something you will crave for. Keep smokers away from the entrance door. Get couple of new luggage karts. Overall: I recommend this hotel, as I stay at this hotel and like the accommodations it offers.

Staff was reluctant, but in the end always very helpful. Breakfast was limited but OK. We stayed for 11 nights, and will gladly do so again in a week for 6 nights. Ignore the horribly negative reviews on Google, they are patiently UNTRUE and bogus.

Always a great place to stay and price are great. Front desk Sam is a great guy always helping with my needs and accommodate me and my family as my sons can e to stay for a few days. I always say this “please bring more towels that is what we need ❤️❤️

Upon arrival last evening, the front desk clerk was extremely slow. There were two people waiting in front of me which took 10 to 15 minutes to check those two people in. When I got to the counter, I told him my room had already been paid for, and I was requesting a room on the backside of the hotel away from the highway, this hotel is right next to Garden State Parkway. We were on the third floor right next to the elevator and facing the garden state parkway. The room had been closed up and no AC on - it took an hour to get the room to comfortable temp. It was noisy and we were woken up with loud trucks or motorcycles. Breakfast hours are 6 AM to 9 AM which is very restrictive and several of the tables in the breakfast room were dirty. They needed to be cleaned. People left pizza boxes and empty liquor containers outside the front door at the trash can. It wasn’t the best experience.

Nice comfortable with a decent rate for Jersey Shore 8 miles west of Atlantic City. Does have an indoor pool which I don’t believe was mentioned on Website. Breakfast is just ok but plenty of better options available on Highway into AC. Would stay here again.

It isn't the Waldorf but the room is clean. The bed is comfortable. There's ample parking. The room comes with all the amenities and beyond that, the bathroom can be ordered with a jacuzzi tub for an incredible rate. If, Lord willing, i need to stay in the area in 2 years time i will be coming back a 3rd time

We stayed for two nights. Property is clean and well-maintained. Area is relatively quiet, not sketchy at all. Room was spacious and comfortable. However, there is no daily housekeeping. Housekeeping appears to be done on a rotating schedule. Overall, would recommend.

This one-night stay was average, at best. Upon arrival there were men smoking weed outside right by the front door. At check in, the front desk person came out chewing something and barely looked at us or said anything to us. The room was not the cleanest, and the bathroom door did not lock. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lacking and crowded. It closes at 9 a.m. and were out of coffee and other things at 8:45 and would not refill. I am glad we only booked one night. I would not stay there again.

The only negative was the continental breakfast, the hotel workers were serving themselves from the guests food and there was not enough food for guests nor did they replenish the food to make sure all the guests had breakfast.

The continental breakfast was not that good. Definitely, not worth the breakfast. The hotel workers were serving themselves breakfast, making plates of food and taking them with them. My husband and I have been coming to this property for over 7 years now, and it has fallen a bit. It could be from the pandemic. The rooms have not changed, the cleanliness is the same, great. The included breakfast has changed dramatically. There used to be a real choice breakfast with sausages, eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, and others. Now, mini muffins, bagels, apples, yogurt, and packs of unflavored oatmeal. Convenience is still available with Shoprite, Dollar General, McD’s, Wawa, Denny’s, gas stations, and of course a straight run to Atlantic City, and right off the Garden State Parkway. (NJ) Customer Service is good. The inside pool is shut down, and the hot tub. The three pieces of exercise equipment don't work. Parking is still free. I like this place but it seems to be going downhill. Corporate, you have a gem don’t lose it. Juanita G.

Bathroom faucet loose. Bath faucet knob broken and falling off. Manager tried to fix it but couldn’t get it completely fixed. Not able to take proper shower. Other room guests had exact same issue. Tub stained. No decaf coffee or tea at breakfast bar.

Hotel itself was very nice and clean. However, upon check in the man at the front desk was extremely rude. I’ve never been greeted in such a rude way. I wanted to change the card I had used to reserve the room and he immediately responded extremely inappropriately. I was taken aback by his attitude. I had to request to speak with a manager bc he was refusing to change the card. Upon speaking to a supervisor, who in fact was very nice and said it would be no problem to change the card, rhe man at the desk was still extremely rude and acted like it was such an inconvenience for him to make the change. He is the reason for the lower rating.
