The shuttle will pick u up from a station! Really great all around stay! Food is little for dinner but still good. Public baths are less busy in the early afternoon from my experience.

오쓰 비와코호수 관광과 료칸 유모토칸을 친구들과의 추억여행으로 방문 11층의 노천탕 진짜 좋았습니다. 저녁식사 가이세키 요리도 정갈하게 잘 대접받는 기분이 들었습니다. 아침식사는 뷔페식으로 노천탕이 딸린 방 컨디션도 최고 였습니다.

Amazing. Seems expensive, but what you get is amazing. Spend the extra Yen and get a floor in the Luxury floors. VIP lobby, foot bath. Private in-room onsen. Dinner and breakfast. Great view of Lake Biwa. The nicest place I have ever stayed in. Free pickup and return to the train station.
