Spacious and comfortable suite with everything we needed. Lovely, good sized pool also. Great staff at reception including Jame who was friendly and professional with dining suggestions etcetera. Quiet less touristy area but still close to sukhumvit rd, big supermarket and BTS station. Would stay again when in Bangkok.

Amazing stay ❤️ would definitely return! Its a 5 min walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong station. The downside is it takes an hour to get downtown or riverside regardless if you use public transport or hire a Grab car because of how sprawling Bangkok is. But I felt like the transporting time was worth it for how luxurious and spacious the accommodations are at Adelphi Grande. And very affordable. The day we had arrived we had flown all night on little sleep and they took our luggage and let us swim in the pool and nap on the sun deck until check in time! Food in the restaurant is great, we enjoyed both lunch, breakfast buffet and room service. The pool is amazing, definitely a highlight! Free yoga by the pool Sunday ams was also a great experience. The staff are the nicest people, especially Sing at restaurant reception, he was wonderful and remember my coffee order each morning.

Quiet and luxurious place to stay with a decent gym. Only downside is the swimming pool which is surrounded on 3 sides by tall buildings - in March the sunbathing was only possible 10am to 1pm

Pictures and advertising look amazing for this property, however it isn’t at all what the current condition of the property is actually in. This property should be $30-$40 usd per night. My 1st room bathroom smelled like the sewer and mold. 2nd not much better and wouldn’t provide any type of compensation

Proper cleaning needs to be done. Refrigerator handles and countertops were dirty with smudges. We had some trouble with washer/dryer not drying. Curtain rod fell down when being closed. Overall nice property. Location is great to public transportation. Grocery store on the corner.

I loved my stay here at Adelphi Grand Hotel. The suite was amazing, and comfortable. The bed superior and a real “king size” The hotel has a decent gym with good machines and free weights. Pool was beautiful. I would totally stay again. Love how close i was to the BTS station and to the mall

Adelphi grande is a lovely hotel. I occupied a 65sqm suite for four days the room had all the amenities required including a full fridge freezer and washing machine. Also a small thing sadly forgotten in most hotels now is a face cloth adelphi does provide these. The only draw back is it is some distance from the night life areas but a 100baht bolt solves that. There is a good shopping complex near in the emquartier. Also there nearest 7/11 is some 200m walk. The restaurant is awesome and well priced.

Terriblestay. I arrived at the hotel round 10 pm with a dislocated arm and the receptionist just watched me struggle. Then I got my room key and was just sent on my way- I had to ask for a bell boy which is ridiculous. I went to sleep so didn’t notice until I woke up. I woke up went to the toilet to notice a random orange hair on the toilet. Upon noticing this I started to check other parts of the room. I noticed some pubic hair stuck to the glass bit next to the bath, the sink hasn’t been wiped(I could wipe it clean with my dry finger) Random pubic stray hairs round the toilet. The knobs on the cooker had grime and dirt embedded in them. There was some green dried spot on the floor There was a band aid in my bed Random hairs on the table Cup stains on the kitChen counter - upon telling the manager I was offered a coffee for the inconvenience which is a complete joke. She then spoke to her superior who then offered me a transfer to the airport. No refund no nothing. Imagine being offered a cup of coffee for finding pubic hair and a band aid in your bed

Clean rooms. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything we asked for/about, they were very prompt. Quiet area! Cons: bathroom. - the bathtub is pretty high. You kinda have to climb into it. The shower always made a mess and always left puddles on the floor. Didnt really feel like there was a vent so the hot showers always left the bathroom steamy. The descriptions say "sound proof rooms" but we could hear doors and people all the time in the halls. The a/c - not sure if we just didnt know to use it but it will go from cold to just the fan and vice versa. Weird. The room didnt really have a good spot to put our clothes - we just left them in our luggages. There wasnt any soap and sponge for us to wash and re-use the dishes. We had to wait til room service came to wash for us. The location is not the best. A pretty far walk to the BTS skytrain. Wasnt THAT close to restaurants. Probably wont stay again. We chose this place because we LOVED adelphi suites sukhumvit by Nana station and wanted to try another Adelphi property.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time was great and this time is just as great. The room is nice big and clean. The receptionist Jiji was nice and helpful, not to mention cute ;) she made everything simple and easy. And James was very helpful with getting me rides to get around. He even offered to drive me personally when one of the ride took too long. Thank you Jiji and James, I will be back soon. Sherman

It's just a 5 minute walk to the BTS station at Phrom Phong and that matters, because you don't need to spend a fortune on transport. The location is safe, shady, and we'll lit at night. It's quite serene and super quiet. Enjoyed my stay and chose this location as it was close to my doctor appointments.

Tolle, große und saubere Grand Suite im 18.Stock mit schönem Ausblick. Übergroßes bequemens Bett. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer. Separat klimatisiert, beide sehr gut einstellbar und pusten nicht auf das Bett. Wasserkocher,Bügeleisen,Föhn, Mikrowelle,2 Plattenherd großer Kühlschrank,2 TV mit DW und gängigen intern.Sendern,safe. Kombigerät Waschmachine mit Trockner samt Waschpulver gibt es auch im Wohnzimmerküchenbereich. Das Bad ist mit einer Regenwasserdusche und einem beheizten japanischen Kloo ausgestattet. Leider existiert weder eine Klobürste noch ein typisch thailändischer Wasserschlauch zuüm putzen des Po's oder des Kloos, was entsprechend unansehnlich sein kann. Leider wurde das Tuk Tuk eingespart, welches einem zur Hauptstraße vorfuhr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch schon mal umfangreicher und besser,. Leider gab es nur eine Brotsorte oder Toastbrot , die süßen Gebäckteile schmeckten tranig und nicht frisch. Eierstation war gut, ansonsten Buffet mit warm gehaltenen Speisen.Pancakes und frenchtoasts schmeckten entsprechend. Wlan war teils ausgefallen, 1 x Stromausfall beim Aufzugahren, zum Glück fuhr er nach 5 s und totaler Finsternis dann weiter. Poolbereich ist groß und schön erfrischend. Die 5 Liegestühle waren erstaunlicherweise nie alle belegt.Sogar das Gym war für ein Hotel gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

No matter how carefully I position myself in shower, there’s always water leaking from somewhere and result in floor flooding with water. Also there’s no bar soap to be found and their shower gel is not very good. Other than that, I like this hotel and breakfast is really good as well
