Hotel reception is on the 9th floor of a mixed use building. Bed is a box spring. You can feel the coils. Requested to be moved to another room with better bed after our first night. However. was told all their beds are the same and supposedly newly replaced. Aside from that, on our second night, we could smell fried food coming through the room somehow. It is good for location. Steps from the beach and subway. But not much for quality of stay.

Helpful staff and clean rooms. We had a great view to the Haeundae Beach from our room! There were some noise from the remodeling taking place but that was expected, so it wasn’t too terrible to deal with. But, there were plenty of amenities nearby so we had a nice stay.

Convenient location but like others have said, the place is a bit dated (lights don’t work well, elevators don’t work well, only one socket, etc). But the worst part is that our “ocean view” was blocked by a giant billboard, and to the left of that is another giant LED billboard that is very bright at all times with ads.

The hotel is located on a great street in Haeundae Beach. The hotel was easy to find and every thing nearby was easily accessible. Only thing is it's a older looking hotel and if you get a beach view, unfortunately theres a gigantic billboard that covers half of the beach view so you just get a sliver of the view.

I found that this was a very convenient are to stay in. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of my room. I did find some hairs from maybe a prior guest as well as found the shower to be a bit inconvenient because every time I used it water got everywhere. I think that the water issue could cause damage and possibly a mold/mildew issue if not taken care of properly over time. Other than these issues I really did enjoy my stay here. It was in a great location and the staff was very helpful and kind to me!

Unfortunately, the pictures do not match the actual room. Some of the paint is already peeling off the walls and there were many areas of mold in the bathroom. After showering, the bathroom is somewhat under water because the water runs onto the floor despite the curtain. So afterwards the floor has to be dried with the towels. However, the towels are only changed every 2 days because, according to hotel policy, housekeeping only comes to clean the rooms every two days. Unfortunately, it was also a bit difficult to communicate with the hotel staff because their English was not very good. To mention something positive: the room is very large and offers enough space and the bed itself was clean. The hotel has a very good location. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. So if you are looking for something that is cheap and has a good location, go for it. If the cleanliness in general and the condition of the facilities is important to you, then I would recommend you to book another accommodation.

We got the executive suite which provided more room for our toddler to run around but there was poor room design. There were no outlets near the bed. No light switch near the bed. There were only two outlets in the entire room that was across the room from the bed. The light switch was also across the room from the bed. The worst was the bathroom. The shower curtain does not go around the tub, with every shower the water would leak onto the floor. The floor was basically flooded afterwards.

The view is obstructed by a large advertising screen. The bed are hard. The place is very dated and run down. The proximity to the beach was excellent. There was easy check in and check out.

The location is almost impossible to be any better. The room was HUGE and had the most amazing view. The staff was VERY friendly, helpful and professional from the first encounter at the front desk, to the daily help and cleaning staff, and right up to meeting the owner in person onsite. The front desk and lobby are on the 9th floor which was a little unusual but actually became a positive. They had a GREAT coffee machine that would make amazing americano or espresso each morning before heading out. The price for the size of the room and view was well worth it and to be honest, actually a REAL BARGAIN with more value then can be described.

I really liked this location. It's close to everything on Haeundae Beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good also. I can't wait to see it when the renovations are complete. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

這次入住兩間不同房型行政套房和雙床房服務人員晚間有位稍微會中文的先生，非常熱心，也會極力地協助溝通事項，讓人非常安心房間行政套房風景很棒也很大間但感覺很簡陋裝潢裝飾也很簡樸...... 雙床房跟其他家差不多空間ok 小冰箱地理位置從BTS走來大約10分鐘內對面就是海雲台小吃街樓下有7-11，生活機能方便價格相對合理有機會會再考慮入住

When my friends came more, I told the front desk that they upgraded it to a reasonable amount, so I am spending it really warm. ❤️ The room is wide and warm, and I can see the sea right away, so I stay very happy because it's the sea down there. 👍 It's really close to the food alley and tourist attraction nearby. ⭐️🌟

Clean spacious hotel, really good location right in the heart of haeundae market/haeundae beach. We did run into an issue with the power, but the hotel was really quick to help by sending an electrician to our room to fix the issue.

２回目の宿泊です。施設は若干古さを感じるし清潔感も少しは落ちますけど駅も近いしタクシーも乗りやすいしとても便利です。スタッフさん達は皆さん親切です。ただ観光地の事でもあるし最近流行りの町になってからかなぁ前回はそんなに感じませんでしたが今回は夜遅くまで回りがとてもうるさくて睡眠妨害されました。街の音楽の音とか人の声が夜明け2〜3時まで続き、とても気になりました。TVでMLBの野球が見たかったのに基本のケーブル放送が契約されて無くて見れなかったのは残念でした。リーズナブル価格で便利性だけの判断でしたらとても良いと思いますが私達はもう来るのは難しいかなぁと思います？

Chambre vieillotte et sombre Nous avions opté pour une chambre de 3 avec 3 lits simples. Chambre vieillotte , très old fashioned et même si la literie était bonne, le cadre du lit bougeait et faisait du bruit. 2 petites fenêtres pour la lumière du jour et qui faisait face à 2 gros bâtiments. Par contre hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage de Haeundae. Cette chambre doit vraiment être rénovée.

해운대역에서 걸어서 5분 이내 지역이라 부산역 내려서 걸어가기도 좋고 주면에 먹거리 음식들이 많아서 이용하기 편하네요 단 요즘 룸서비스는 안한다고 해서 따로 시켜먹어야 하는 불편함은 있었지만 그래도 편하게 있다 왔네요

The room is really nice and clean with lots of space. But would love to see more of English manual on how to use the air-con or other amenities in the room. It located very nearby the beach and also lots of restaurants and shoppings nearby. Breakfast is nice. Staff (front desk) can speak good English and helpful. However, we asked for the towel change for next day but we did not received while we go out and had to call and ask in the late evening. Staff service is quick and polite. Parking lot has lots of spaces but it‘s quite narrow on the way up and down the parking with one way. Recommend to stay here.

[장점] 호텔 나서면 바로 앞에 해운대 바닷가가 가까이 위치해 있어서 바다를 목적으로 가는 사람들에게 편리한 이용시설. 주변이 번화가처럼 젊은 사람들이 즐기기에 괜찮은 시설들이나 가게들이 몇 있다. [단점] 청결도 부분에서 최악의 점수를 주고 싶다. 입실 시간보다 2시간 이르게 갔던 것이 이유인지. 입실은 빠르게 도와줬으나 청소한지 오래된 것처럼 가전제품은 물론이고 방문객들이 음식을 올려놓을 수 있게 사용하도록 놓여져있는 탁자에도 먼지가 한가득 쌓여있었다. 탁자에 하얀 가루같은 게 보여 오래 된 가구이기에 그런 줄 알았는데, 손가락에 묻혀 쓸어보니 먼지가 한가득 묻히더라. (아예 청소를 하지 않은 것 같다.) 방 안 자체에도 먼지가 가득한지 밤 사이 핸드폰을 충전 시켜 올려두었는데 액정 위로 먼지가 가득 내려앉아 있더라. 더해서 욕실에는 머리카락이 뭉쳐 굴러다니고.. ^^ 청결함과 관련해서 0점을 줄 수 있다면 0점을 주고 싶을 정도로 위생적인 부분해선 마이너스였다.
