The room was nice and clean however the pool and gym is owned by someone else and they say you allowed to use it but that’s not true was turned away twice and that was the only reason why I booked the hotel a total waste not to mention there was a lot of police activity in the surrounding area was unsafe later on found out on news over 200 kids were running wild in downtown area and 2 children were shot so we wasn’t able to enjoy downtown only other good thing about this hotel was the free breakfast 😂 I can’t say I will ever stay here again

I appreciated the safe garage parking on property, area was also very walkable and the staff was nice, great location !

I was on 12 floor and elevator was broken

The website says there's valet parking and even goes as far as to give price breakdowns for self parking vs valet parking. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given very long, convoluted instructions on how to find the parking garage and self park. That was the first disappointment upon arrival. The staff seemed friendly enough but the quick talking lady at the desk brushed over a lot of details that would have been nicer to have heard if it weren't all told within 10 seconds. Allow the guest some time to absorb what you've said. It was pretty clear she was in no mood for customer service. As far as the room goes, I've never dealt with that level of humidity in a hotel room outside of Florida. There's something very much wrong with the AC system in the room that I had. No, I don't remember what room it was. We had to sleep with the windows open. The shower tub combo system in the bathroom is broken. Upon trying to activate the shower head by pulling the plug on the tub faucet, I realized that the water is so hard in Baltimore that there is extensive lime buildup all around and inside the faucet. This made it near impossible to activate the shower head. All in all, this was a memorable trip and will be remembered as one of the surprisingly worst hotel experiences I've had. From the outside, this hotel looks great. From the lobby, this hotel looks great. The neighborhood it's in is great. But the shape of the rooms themselves is mediocre at best, and piss poor worse.

Was a good valentinea day weekend! Check in and check out were easy! Free breakfast. The fitness club was very impressive!

Cons: The rooms are very beige and dated; tub/shower needed replacement or significant repair. TV didn’t have any set up for streaming, and tv reception was very poor. Pros: The bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space and I liked having a kitchenette. Breakfasts were pretty good. Having access to a full gym was wonderful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

No information was given to me about the parking garage that i paid to park in. I parked the car in 650 south exeter street that is connected to the hotel and i received a ticket stating that i needed to pay again

The hotel room and staff was amazing. I booked the hotel for its location for a cheer competition we had. I booked it because it said it had a pool and I had two eleven year olds that wanted to swim after a day and dinner at the Harbor. Upon returning to the hotel at about 7pm we asked where the pool was. We were informed they closed it early on the weekends. Had I known that I never would have booked this hotel.

Elevators were out of service when checking in. Fixed quickly

We liked the location and the staff. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We did not like the additional parking fees. I have paid the same amount at other hotels but got valet service. The additional 75 should come with better service. The MAC pool access was also not very clean and the staff at the MAC made me feel like I was not welcome.

Nothing. The place was disgusting. They tried to charge me when I checked in, even though I paid in advance through Expedia. I come to find out I have er paid by $80 by booking through this service. The room had a for to it. The plates in the cabinet were dirty. The couch had numerous stains on it. The wood around the mirror was moldy. And when I brought all of this to their attention at the front desk nothing was done about it.

Outdated rooms, no air conditioner, beds not comfortable. Not clean. Bathtub is dirty

The hotel is due for a much needed upgrade. There were cobwebs in the corners and the kitchen floor was sticky. We asked for extra blankets and were told there were none. Great location with many walkable stores, restaurants, and easy access to Fells Point or Inner Harbor.

Unfortunately our first room had 2 cockroaches. One on my pillow and one in the bathroom. The second room was in upgrade with a wonderful view of the water which was much appreciated.

Great location, but not very clean

The hotel is very worn and needs a deep clean all around.

Staff at front desk was friendly. Room was dirty, stains on furniture, mold in shower, water stains on ceiling, someone's dirty sock under a chair, and dirty linens. Would never stay again, thankfully it was only one night we had to stay there.

The room was very clean, but some nicks 'n' nacks on the furnishings. Not much in the lobby, but it is nice to have a Starbucks right next-door and accessible through the lobby. Still, this is a great deal, price wise, compare compared to the other luxury hotels nearby.

From the outside of the building, the hotel looked clean and neat. At check-in, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lobby looked very clean. The rooms, however, were not. We stayed in a 2 double bed suite and the carpets were stained and extremely dirty. The kitchen had nothing in the cabinets to use. The bathroom cabinet was falling apart. I did not want to put my bag on the floor becasue, visualluy, the room looked like it had been through it.

We had to change room 3 times. Odor in the room is uintolerable and everything was dirty in all 3 rooms. We felt like we are trapped. Hotel won’t give us refund because I booked with you and you couldn’t do anything to make our stay better. We were visiting for medical reasons, we had 6 doctors appointments and everything was exhausting. We couldn’t rest at all overnight.

Very convenient for our stay. Our last night the adjacent room had its television on all night long which was annoying.

We found the two full beds and pillows very unpleasant and uncomfortable, to be honest, been one of the worst sleeps I had in a long time.

Great location! On the edge of Little Italy and the harbor. Room was huge, separated living room, bedroom. Loved the safety elevator.

This hotel needs a refresh terribly. The closet door was broken and inoperable. The furniture was worn and gross. There were holes in the carpet and the shades. I checked out early and won’t stay there again.

Good location, ok breakfast, spacious accommodations. However, the internet had problems, and there was no TV Channel listing.

The front of the house staff and bell (man, his name is slipping my mind) were super helpful and extremely nice. They said they would hold our things if our room wasn't ready, which it was. They even took our things up to our room and brought everything in for us. We also had a fantastic view of the port from our room.

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I slept on the sofa instead. I could feel a lot of springs. Crazy that the bathroom is an ensuite in a 1 bedroom suite where the person on the sofa has to sneak quietly into the bedroom/bathroom to not wake up the person in the bed. Will not stay in that setup again.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. But, we got there for a 3m check in- said room wasn’t ready so went to eat and went back at 4:30. Stood in line and didn’t get an available room until 5:30. Told Hilton let’s go of cleaning staff during slower winter time. So they are killing their staff and getting angry customers. Internet did not work, couldn’t get in because my reservation wasn’t found and then the front desk never answered. The wonderful staff are set up to fail. Won’t stay there again.

Fast and easy process and friendly staff!

The checking process was not friendly at all, the first thing I hear is: you dont have a reservation with us. Clearly she was not reading my name from my drivers liscence, no directions to the elevator, etc

Friendly staff

I ekpt getting excuses that my room was not ready. Waited over an hour and a 1/2 for my room when check in was at 3:00pm. The couch has black stains the furniture needs updated and the TVs are super small. You would think by having a suite it would nice...NOT! the shower flooded the bathroom so 8 had to use my towels to clean that up. This place was a just NOT to other Hiltons standards that i have stayed at WHICH are MUCH NICER!

Staff were excellent, cannot stress that enough. Every single person from front desk to wait staff to housekeeping were smiling and friendly.

Poor service, was not able to check into my room until 8 pm due to there was NO linen!

Seems like they might not have enough staff while i stayed but it was a little dirty. Front service was really slow and i had to to wait till 5pm to get a room.

I really enjoyed my stay here the staff was friendly and the location was perfect! I went to a concert at the pier 6 and it was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel! The only thing that left me dissatisfied was the fact that I got late check out however when I stepped out for a second my room was cleaned out and all my things were removed from the room it too over an hour for them to locate my property! Once again though the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We booked two nights and then added a third. They accommodated our needs and took good care of my daughter and me. The location was accessible to the stadium and other points of interest.

This hotel is in the perfect location. You can walk to plenty of shopping and restaurants, and it’s a safe area. The staff was extremely nice and friendly.

This is close to the inner harbor which is full of all of the places we wanted to see and eat.

The hotel was well maintained and close to the waterfront. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were many walkable options for drinks and or dinner close by. The parking was located in a garage attached to the back of the hotel with access by elevator from the lobby.

Breakfast was excellent

We truly enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly staff that assisted with that. They were a pleasure. The room was comfortable and the check it as easy.

We had a room at the end and had a great view of the water. The parking guy and the gentleman in the breakfast room were so helpful, friendly and kind. This hotel had the BEST breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. Would stay there again just for the breakfast!!

The location was great for what we were doing. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the breakfast room we’re always so pleasant.

They gave complimentary water bottles and good breakfast options but i wish there was slightly more variety or more offered for the free breakfast.

Hotel was pleasant enough but breakfast was not good.

Awesome suite, clean comfy. Bed extremely comfy with lots of pillows. We arrived on a Wednesday in time for their weekly reception including assortment of cheeses, fruits, salad soup and wine & beer. After a long drive it was a pleasant welcome.

The view was amazing. They can do better with breakfast choices.
