The staff was nice and the room was spacious. However, there were stains on the sheets and mattress on the pull out sofa bed. Part of the baseboard in the bathroom was falling off and there was hair in the bathtub. The office chair was broken and the microwave didn’t work. It was nice having a refrigerator and room for our whole family though. We were disappointed that the pool was closed so we couldn’t use it.

My sisters and I stayed here for a concert. We arrived in time to change and leave for the concert. We arrived back and tried to shower, NO hot water! Got up Fri, tried to eat breakfast; they were out of hot food with an hour left to eat. Went back to room and surprise, NO hot water still. Mgr did say they had hot water from 5-6am, they have been having problems with hot water heater for 2 days. They should have told everyone. So, we had no shower to drive back to Florida. Expedia asked mgr for a discount for these issues and he admitted to them but declined to issue any credit. The staff was nice and room clean but due to these issues, I woulda’t recommend this place to anyone. They should take ownership of their problems! I hope Expedia excludes this hotel from their site.

Dog next door barked all through the night. Computer issues at check in and check in process took over 30 minutes. Driveway into hotel super steep and vehicle bumper scraped entering and leaving hotel. Parking lot is tiny and limited parking. Hotel staff must live on premises because the smell of their international food cooking permeated throughout hotel floor at a late hour (after typical dinner time).

The elevator it would not go down. Had to go down three flops of stairs to let them know because when I called, I got the reservation line and they told me they wouldn't give me the front desk number by text.But they didn't. Told, mom to wait in elevator and I thought, if I went downstairs and pushed it, it would go down. It did not go down, it closed and shut her in, she is 86 has claustrophobia. The people we were meeting at a restaurant did not have a cell phone and we could not tell them why we were not there.

The toilet seat was broken. No hot water. Ran it for 5-6 min and was very lukewarm. Anyone who cleaned it would know this. Blow dryer turns on but no real air. Old? Other issues too, but it's not worth it as i won't go back. $200. Funny.

The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The water was turned off by plumbers one hour before checkout so we had to wait to take a shower. The shower needs to be re-caulked as there was mold. The pool was dirty and gross. The phone was not even plugged in.

This hotel was in such bad condition and the cleanliness was awful! Floors in the room had dirt and stains. The bedspreads and pillowcases were stained on “clean” beds and after trying two different rooms that were both dirty, the third room they yeah tried to put me in had a broken toilet seat that was sitting on the back of the tank. I left the property never having had checked in after a complete nightmare…and after 8.5 hours on the road, I had to take my chances finding lodging elsewhere without a reservation.

This hotel was filthy. The showers were crumbling apart and covered in mildew and mold. The carpet was dirty and threadbare. The ac unit was broken and covered in dust. There were literal patches of wall unpainted and spackled over. The hotel smelled absolutely terrible. I have stayed in rough hotels before but this was beyond gross. I would like for someone from hotels.com to address this with me please.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. When we got in the room, we checked the beds. The linens looked clean although they had washed in stains. The rest of the room was so dirty. The floor was full of hair, dust and stains. There were stains on the walls and the toilet. Thankfully I travel with Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. We put up with the room as it was a short trip and did not want the hassle of moving hotels. It really looks like they just change the bedding between guests and that’s it. Also they have an air freshener unit constantly on in the lobby which is also where breakfast is served. It smelt like urinal cakes and it seems like they are trying to cover up other smells. Also the hotel is up a very steep hill and if you have a low car, prepare for scrapes.

Dirty. Shoe prints on the comforter, the towel shelves hadnt been dusted in months, the base of the toilet had pubes around it, the phone was nasty. Will not stay here again.

The hotel rooms were not cleaned to the level we are accustomed. Spots/grime on floors & debris in bathrooms. Also fridge was not wiped clean with stems from fruit from previous guests. Carpets in hallways were not vacuumed. We stayed one night because we got in late. Switched to another hotel for the next nights stay. Staff was nice & understanding.

The staff was helpful and the room was spacious. Don't expect much on the "breakfast". We tend to stay at Wyndham properties because of the breakfast offerings but, this one was pitiful. You could tell management was skimping. The room was nice sized but dirty. The phone was nasty, the shelves in the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned in months and the base of the toilet was dirty with pubes around it. Definitely wasn't worth the money. Will not stay here again.

Pros: looks like recent remodel, lobby was clean and modern. We got a room on the first floor. The room had new laminate flooring, dressers, shower looked like it had new acrylic walls. the area is quiet and safe. breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, coffee, etc. Cons: Although the bed had new comforter the bed itself sank in the middle. I had to sleep near the edge of the bed all night.

We got there late and checked out early but our stay was nice. The room was clean. Comfortable beds and breakfast was good. I like that they have hardwood floors in the rooms. The only complaint is that you can hear noise from adjoining rooms.

Our stay was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and rooms were better than expected. My family of 5 stayed in a 2 queen suite with a pull our sofa. We didnt feel cramped at all! Pool was great after a day in the Atlanta heat! Breakfast option was great however could use some more variety/options and someone tending it. Overall great experience!

The check-in took almost an hour to complete. The desk said that there was a note in the computer that we were not coming. Our double room had been given to someone else and they had to find us another room since they were completely booked up. I had tried to cancel this reservation but since it was non-refundable I kept the room. I was just lucky that I had printed a copy of an email from Expedia showing that my reservation was still good and had not been cancelled.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was disconcerting that the outside side door didn’t lock. That was a huge safety concern. This was a good value for the price.

All these hotels are charging an extra $100 for possible damage to the room and are slow to inspect and slower to refund the $100 hoping that the customer will forget it and they make an extra payment of $100. We are getting screwed by these people. You should forbid them from doing this is they want to use your reservation service.

Upon check-in the indifferent, unfriendly clerk gave me a room that had not been cleaned. I went back to the desk and had to endure another 10 minutes of indifferent service, before another room was given. This room had a dirty floor, and I woke up in the night to discover a cockroach crawling on my wrist. Under the circumstances any Hampton Inn would have immediately refunded me my money... The clerk at checkout could have cared less when I complained. LaQuinta used to be pretty nice. I'll never stay at another one again.

We arrive in late evening so we didn’t get a great glimpse of the area but it was close to the end of the city depending if you were leaving out. It was very clean and had black-out drapes, small refrigerator and a microwave. I enjoyed my stay and the quick on the run breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Good value. My room was clean, as was the facilities. Convenient to downtown Rome at approximately 5-7 minute drive. Plenty of dining a short drive away. Note- there was a bright flood light outside my window. I was able to knock down light coming in with the blackout curtains. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay here again.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The coffee area could be more appealing by adding the little non refrigerated creamers and sugars. I was hesitant to try because the creamer set out and is refrigerated type. The smoking area could use some pick up . They also should remove the container in the parking area.

Breafast was not what ut was supposed to be. No coffee, no waffle mix, no muffins, no bagels & no butter. Had to ask front desk as there was NO attendant for breakfast. He did what he could but had to wait for everything & was out of a lot of stuff only thing hot was a few sausage links
