Pool was very drity and green. Could not use it.

Hotel was decent. However antiquated lock systems on doors made for a very frustrating stay. I had to go downstairs to get my key reactivated four times during a two night stay. Apparently, if the key card gets anywhere near a cell phone, it wipes it out. This must happen a lot and I think they need to update this situation.

This hotel is very easy to get on and off from the highway. Nice free breakfast. The room was big and comfortable. It was clean and no funny smells. The free parking and the use of free washer and dryer were a bonus.

Do not stay here very old pool was very dirty not worth the money

It was very clean, peaceful, quiet. Housekeeping every day. Neat gym . Good quality breakfast.

Doing construction so was very dusty even in the clean rooms, service was very good! Will be great once construction is done!

Beds are comfortable, full breakfast always something different each day and stays stocked .social hour is great 2 draft choices ,3 wines and. Hot hors d’oeuvres. Cheese and crackers. , the pool is wonderful always in the sun but water stays refreshing

We stayed in a two bedroom and the air would not blow well in one room so we all had to keep doors open and air on 67 so half of us were sleeping cold and others comfortable or hot. They don’t have anyone to fix an AC on the weekend and had no rooms to move us. Manager was supposed to call and never did. The tub doesn’t drain well so you get to stand in inches of water and shower quick. The side door key reader doesn’t work well so you have to walk all the way around from the back parking. People would hold the door propped open with a rug so that’s safe at 1am. The halls and lobby are hot and humid.

The room was great. However, the elevator was not working and we were stuck on the 3rd floor as that's the only available rooms. Not easy to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs when you have bad knees and a bad back. :( Other than the elevator not functioning, the stay was great.

Hotel stay was great. The only drawback was limited parking. We would stay there again.

The price was outrageous and when asked why it was so high i received a shrug and then ignored. The couch and curtains had a very foul odor and the tub had mildew. We stayed 2 nights with 4 adults and only given 3 towels our whole stay. The door handles to the bedroom were hanging off. Once the pull out couch was extended it would not go back into the couch. The room was advertised as 2 queen beds but the ones received we're maybe full size and very uncomfortable and not able to fit 2 people. There was also no room to walk and get on the bed from the side that was against the wall so you had to crawl from the end of the bed. The elevator was unsafe and had no sensor to stop the doors once they were closing. My arm was smashed once I was trying to get in the elevator. There was absolutely no parking to accommodate the units you rent out. Several times I had to park far down your entrance road and walk a long distance back to the hotel entrance. At breakfast the first morning the toaster caught on fire and when addressed the attendant just stated that she had a sign on it and it was still left out on the counter. The room was very hot and it took hours to cool down. We had to set it lower but had to leave our room to give it time to cool down which was over 4 hrs.

We went to use the pull out sofa and there was period blood stains, hair clip and food crumbs. Non of which was ours. My granddaughters ended up sleeping with me for the evening.

Room floor was stained with a whole in the carpet and bathroom shower was dirty.

Nice area of town, easy to get around. Hotel was good, but cleanliness could be better. Hair in the shower, mold in the coffee maker, worn areas in carpet and walls, trash under couch. The locked side door of hotel did not close completely. No maid service, had to request trash pick up. Staff was friendly and common areas clean. The kids would not eat the breakfast, said unappetizing.

It was very clean, peaceful, quiet. Housekeeping every day. Neat gym . Good quality breakfast.

The rooms need to be cleaned better.

The Good- Complimentary laundry, good breakfast, nice gym, parking. The bad- Room was clean, but smelt bad. Last morning of stay there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The room I was put in was not cleaned properly (hair throughout the bathroom and on the towel) and the A/C was not working properly (stayed at 80-81 degrees the entire stay in the Texas summer).

Carpet in room was stained and dirty. Shower had a lot of black something around the grout.

Place had a stale smell to it and was dusty.

The bathrooms are quite aged and are not well-maintained. The sofa is in very bad condition and extremely uncomfortable, you can feel every single spiral.

Very nice room; clean, spacious, plenty of outlets and USB charging, and excellent HVAC. Especially nice to have a walk in shower.

Everything was great except the room ac was to loud.

On first day, really loud airplane sounds.

My family had a wonderful experience at this property. Check in was quick and easy and all employees were friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Room was very cozy, we were a family of 6 and we fit very well.

It was not clean. The towels had little hairs on almost all of them and then there was a towel that did not look like it washed it had something on it. The shower curtain, bathtub and sink in the other room had hair everywhere. We asked the cleaning lady to clean our room and she just made the bed up and put new towles with hair on it. Did not clean my sink from where i left tooth paste in it. Overall it was not clean. The clerk Brooke was rude to only black people. Her service was very inappropriate.

Breakfast staff was not very friendly and breakfast did not have many options. On the top of that, when we arrived an hour before the breakfast end time, everything from toast to egg was not available. Even medium roast coffee was run out and the other dark roast coffee was cold. Other than that stay was good and other staff was friendly.

Quick stop as we were passing through and it was a great choice. We hit some bad weather and checked in late. The front desk clerk David offered us a late check in and was super nice! Room was set up nice and everything was clean! Would definitely stay again

We made our reservation weeks ago. Arrived at the hotel, checked in, were given keys to the room. We opened the door to find the room occupied. When we went back to the desk to report it, they were confused as to why someone was in there when all their “records” and the number of individuals that supposedly checked the room between guests said it was clean and vacant. After a wait, they had to go to the room to validate our findings, they assigned us another room. This was a disappointing way to start our trip to Ft. Worth and I expected more from an IHG facility.

Check in was easy. Everyone nice. Stay was pleasant and rooms were clean. Loved having a living room and bedroom separate with a kitchen.

Check in was quick and received courteous service. Room was clean.

The stay was amazing and the front desk lady Ms. Tammy was so kind and sweet. The breakfast and MTW happy hour was awesome.

Stayed at this location for our daughter’s parents weekend at TCU. Highway access was so easy with arrival to campus within 12-15 minutes.

love this hotel 2nd time staying ,beds are comfortable ,breakfast is a full breakfast, also have a social hour with food ,wine ,and beer. pool area is wonderful ,close to highway, grocery stores.10-13 mins from downtown, stockyards ,race track, zoo, botanical gardens, Dickie arena.

Convenient location for several of the destinations. A lot of services available nearby. Requested a room away from the highway and received a nice room.

The spot was perfect it had everything around it or a short drive from the hotel. 10/10 will be staying again soon!

Clean and safe area .

Very good room and excellent hotel breakfast. Only downside was the area surrounding hotel but all in all felt safe.

Good place to stay for the areas we visited. On average 10 to 30 minutes from most Fort Worth tourist attractions. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was better than most. Cook top inside the suite did not work, and pool area was subpar, but otherwise, A nice hotel

Amazing value! Flew in from California and had a great, relaxing time. Friendly and helpful staff, surprisingly good breakfast, very comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast area was out of dishes, forks, coffee and most food items at 8AM. Only one attendant who couldn’t keep up with the volume of guests. Left to eat breakfast at a restaurant and came back to find our room being cleaned by housekeeping even though we left the no housekeeping sign on the door. The housekeeper attempted to blame the situation on the front desk stating he was told we had checked out even though we hadn’t yet.

Overall stay was fine. Seating in breakfast area is limited. Room was nice. Quite a few work crews used this for staying at, but all guests seemed quite polite.
