The air conditioning is very noisy

The facility looks like a Motel that was half way renovated into a Hotel. Guest park their vehicles directly in front of the room door. The room is basic, but housekeeping needs to do better with cleaning. The wooden floors needed to mopped and there was rust on all handels and fixtures. The bed had a curve in the middle, where it literally sinks the body slightly in. They do have a flatscreen tv with apps to watch shows. The jacuzzi tub needs to be bleached down and ports sanitized. Long strands of hair were left in the shower drain upon check-in. Lastly, the AC units are old and built into the wall where the back side is visibly hanging from the outside of the room. In sum, if you need a spot to crash for one night it could work, but this is definitely not a vacation spot for long term use.

Got a jacuzzi sweet it was a small tube with only the shower head to fill it up. Water was not even warm.the room smell like smoke and weed. And the floor was dirty with dust, the bed sheets were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and you only get one pillow that was uncomfortable as well. I would not be coming here again. The pictures on the site are deceiving. They need to upgrade them so people actually see how it looks. And there was no phone to call for service. Very bad

Nice shower. Rooms were kept up but not chest or drawers for clothing. Power shade in front window is nice but still lets a little light in at nice. Had to have keys reprogrammed each day.

Pros: Shower was great. HIgh features for fancy shower head variety and spray. Good Towels and bedsheets. Parking easy and close. Room incl microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee, few hangers, and a safe. Window shade opens and closes with electric roller. Very nice! TV: seems like it’s Roku TV, so no cable channels. Plenty of outlets, easy to charge phone. WiFi easy and smooth. Breakfast small. Only coffee, croissants, oatmeal, cheerios, a couple fruits. Friendly staff at front desk. Smooth check in and out. Cons: Room was grimy. Esp floor and walls. Need fresh paint, better housekeeping, handyman maintenance. Door shoe falling off. Small debris in coffee maker—watch out when previous guest use for ashtray! 😱 Smoker neighbors: smoke enters thru room walls, noisy outside, keep people awake all night. Sleep not possible on ground floor due to noisy upstairs. Constant thumping and loud talk all night!

Me and my wife booked a getaway weekend concert for the first in a while cause we are always both busy . Saw this advertisement for the luxury jetted tub room . It is nothing as advertised there are no shielding around the TVs as shown In pictures rooms are no where near as clean as pictures . Beds only come with a pillow each . Shower knobs and hoses and faucets do not work properly as they should . Our first room had no lock on the window , there was electric curtains that did not work , no smoke alarm in the room wires just hanging . The jetted tub did not work and was very dirty there was orange rust built up around the nozzles and same for the shower head . Had green like mold/rust . I honestly don’t know how this place passes any osha / inspection by the city . I paid 177$ for this room for 1 night and it was well no where near worth the price . Be prepared to bring your own bedding too it is minimal and you may get cold . Place seems a bit run down and ghetto . Sadly had to stay here because all the better hotels were sold out for AC/DC this weekend . We were also moved into a second room with our netted tub cause we complained and that one had no smoke alarm as well as no plug in the bath . I mean why pay for “luxurious jetted tub” king room and not be able to fully disperse it .👍 manager did give us $40.00 discount in the end and offered breakfast at check out but still wouldn’t come to this place until they get it together and know who they’re letting in their room

The front desk was lovely and the space was clean. Some fancy features, like the shower system and the bedside table blue tooth speakers I never figured out, nor were there instructions. For being close to the street, it was a quiet night and I felt safe with the 24 hour desk open and cameras throughout. Simple and easy and a good price. I can't really complain. Brought my own blanket as the bedding is a bit sparing.

Drain flies in the sink and not enough power outlets.

Bathroom sink had whiskers from previous tenant I had to clean, shower did not work properly, safe was not bolted to the shelf (you could pick it up and go), furthermore safe was broken and unusable.

I liked the staff, friendly and easy check in. Dislike, dirty sheets and mattress.

The room facilities are completely different from the picture. There are cockroaches, the bathroom is small, and the hygiene is not very good.Because the quilt is dirty， and the TV is broken, there are cockroaches in the refrigerator.

Stayed 1 night and we got bit everywhere by bed bugs. Horrible. Looks like they tried to make the room nice but it was dirty overall and smelled so much like smoke the whole time, disgusting.

Great friendly customer service. The room at first look clean but the sheets and towels were dirty good thing I always carry with my own blankets and towels. Room smelled like cigarettes counters and restroom curtains had mold. I’ve been here before why I’m so surprised that things weren’t clean this time around.

The sheets and mattress had big yellow spots and there was water leaking from the roof. The bath tub had some stains. The pillows had a weird smell. Stayed only because we needed a quick place but would not recommend

The room was dirty. Stains on walls, rust mark in the shower, bunch of hair captured by the entry door seal had velcro too and it was full of hair bundles. Towels were thin as if it was beaten up from wash/bleach, it didn't feel clean. Soap and lotion dispensers were not operable and half filled.

Found cockroaches (one alive running away and one dead). Will never be back here

If it were properly cleaned, it’d be a solid budget stay, but as is, it’s only good for a quick crash, not a long stay.

The room was dirty. From the walls to the floor. The blinds didn’t open. Toilet felt like it was going to fall forward. Coffee pot didn’t work. Luggage rack was broken. Soap dispenser empty. Shower was gross and really awkward. One towel. Place is very run down. Location was convenient. They had cheap water to purchase. We asked for room to be cleaned and they did mopped the floor and give us more linens. The pictures provided on the website look absolutely nothing like the rooms. I felt very deceived.

Room looks nothing like the pictures, staff was friendly though. AC kept leaking, Couldn't raise blinds to let sunlight in.

I would like they change the beds. They can get uncomfortable. Also the pillows are not quite as comfortable as well. I like they a have a big smartv!

Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. False advertisement at its finest. If I wanted to stay at a cheap hotel, I wouldve just chosen a budget inn somewhere. This hotel is basically a run down motel 6 with a paintjob

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel was ok. The rooms are updated but it gets very loud and hard to sleep if you stay on the first floor. The front desk was able to offer us a room on the 2nd floor due to the noise.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful and nice.

The staff was very helpful and efficient! We checked in with ease however after sitting in room for 30 minutes we noticed some bugs and one particular we took a photo of. We sent the photo to our friend who is an exterminator and he said it looked like a bed bug we asked staff for a refund and they quickly refunded us after reviewing images. Thankful the staff was understanding that we just wanted a refund and to leave.

This is the safest and friendliest hotel available especially for this price. I’ve stayed here many times and I have seen the staff be extremely compassionate and helpful to every guest. For example, they were personally using an app on their phone to translate for a customer who didn’t speak English and was trying to ask a question about their stay. They go out of their way to help everyone and they don’t gouge you, ever.

We booked based on the pictures and the location close to the Rose Bowl. When we arrived it is clearly a motel not hotel and was not a suite. The area seemed a little shady . The room located on second floor was ok beds ok , no soap and very little shampoo in the dispensers. We only spent the one night and it was very loud. It seems only the rooms are non smoking , guest stood outside their rooms and smoked. If you have the air on like we did it pulled the smell right into our room. Not sure I can recommend.

On the outside it’s a little shabby and dirty. But the room was very nice, updated and clean. The service lady (Mexican lady) was so very nice and sweet and accommodating. I would stay here again

Clean and calm area but not many that arw walking distance

Nice place, better than I was expecting. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Could use a little more cleaning - the floor needed more sweeping and mopping. My slippers got a lot of dirt on the bottom walking around in the room. Bed sheets are not the greatest quality, very thin. But the area was safe and the front desk staff were friendly & courteous. There’s a Starbucks, Jamba Juice, CVS and even a Kohls just a couple of blocks away. Lots of eating places in the area. I would stay here again.

I will say that the pictures are very misleading. There was also no breakfast or complimentary dinner provided. The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the modern shower. The room was not very clean when we arrived but after asking for a deep clean, they did a good job making sure it was clean each day after that. A small inconvenience of not having an iron and ironing board in the room, but they did provide an iron when I asked at the front desk. It was worth the price that I paid, so I really wasn't expecting a 5-star experience. The outside of the property was the most disappointing because there was literally trash just thrown around in the parking lot. It is a very affordable option if you need a room and have a tight budget. Overall, I liked the beds and the shower but that was just about it.

It wasnt like the pictures and it wasnt safe at all. Alot of drug addicts around the hotel. Breakfast didnt have anything no milk, pancakes or waffles.

Very clean, every amenity available, clean and operational. Best feature: awesome espresso coffee machine in the lobby with very good coffee. Exterior sidewalks could be cleaner and/or refurbished.
