They didn’t get to our room until late afternoon. They only cleaned it halfway. It seemed like the maid got interrupted in the middle of her task and forgot to complete what she was doing. We would like pet free rooms; our allergies were going crazy.

The staff were more than accommodating! The lobby is cozy and perfect for many options. I just wish the breakfast was included. We ended up going to the restaurant next door only to be treated with discrimination.
