L’hotel si trova in pieno centro, accanto a ristoranti e negozi. Hanno parcheggio riservato per le auto ma sono pochi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione servita nel locale interno. Vi consiglio di prenotare la camera con vista mare davvero ne vale la pena.

Ein supermodernes und schön zentrales Innenstadthotel. Wir hatten eine Suite, die eine wunderschöne Aussicht hatte. Die Sauberkeit, Größe von Zimmer und Bad, Reinigung, Lage- alles tiptop! Die Klimaanlage hat bei der Hitze gut funktioniert und war aufgrund der Zimmergrösse nicht in der Nähe des Bettes, was gut war. Der Aufzug macht einen immer ein bisschen Angst, weil es bis obenhin etwas knarrt und klein ist, aber besser als keiner. Einzig störend war, dass das Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich war und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht sehr viel bietet. Der Frühstücksservice der Mitarbeiter ist verbesserungswürdig, leider oft unmotiviert. Man musste oft mehrfach nach Auffüllen fragen. Das müsste ohne Aufforderung passieren. Die Tische werden erst abgeräumt, wenn man fertig ist und geht. Außerhalb der Zimmer gibt es über der Tür ein Licht, das rot leuchtet, wenn die Gäste im Zimmer sind. Leider ist einmal die Reinigungsdame einfach so herein gekommen, ohne zu klopfen, obwohl wir im Zimmer waren. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und allein die Lage ist super. Ein paar Hotelparkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Buona struttura in pieno centro , parcheggio per i clienti che consta i 6/7 posti non assegnai quindi non per tutti . Pulizia buona ma non sempre impeccabile , tuttavia nulla da dire . Ottima qualità prezzo per essere nella piazza principale di zante .

Best location. View from the balcony is amazing. However the facility is a bit old, although renovation has been done. The family room bathroom door cannot been closed. very little hand soap left in the dispenser so we ran out of the hand soap the remaining days. Water was not replenished everyday. Breakfast is good. delicious and wide variety. Cafe is right under the hotel which is very easy to grab food or drink or dessert at night.

Another excellent stay. Outstanding service from check in, restaurant, breakfast, bar, room and staff. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast Room was excellent and very comfortable. Location is perfect Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Zakinthos Town. Highly recommended.

Quarto bom, mas o banheiro apresentou vazamento do chuveiro para fora. O café da manhã muito bom. O hotel não tem vagas suficientes de estacionamento e todos os dias tínhamos que procurar vaga porque as vagas em frente ao hotel estavam ocupadas.

I Punti positivi della struttura sono: - la posizione in pieno centro - la colazione ottima,alimenti freschi,buoni e sempre diversi - la vista dalla camera sul mare e sulla piazza centrale di Zante I punti negativi: - la pulizia della camera praticamente inesistente - le dimensioni della camera veramente troppo risicate ( non avevamo neanche un armadio dove poter mettere la roba…) la camera consisteva in un letto da una piazza e mezza (spacciato per matrimoniale) una scrivania di 1 metro,1 balconcino e 1 bagno dove ci si muove appena.

Hotel com excelente localização, perto de tudo , restaurantes , supermercado do lado , agências de passeios, sorveterias … tudo a poucos passos caminhando . Ótimo café da manhã , boa cama , chuveiro muito bom . A única coisa que poderiam melhorar é na limpeza diária.

Had a very pleasant stay, reception staff very helpful when needed. Hotel in general very clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. Amazing location, beautiful view from the balcony. Definitely would recommend it and would stay there again!

Wij hadden een standaard kamer, deze is te klein om te voldoen aan 4 sterren. Inde badkamer zal schimmel en de vloer van kamer is aan vervanging toe. Door de luide muziek van het café was het niet fijn om op je balkon te zitten. Geen vier sterren waard. Personeel is wel heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt was top! Goede koffie!

Localização perfeita, em frente a praça. Quarto grande, com varanda ótima. Liberaram nosso check-in antecipado. Foi incrível. Único defeito foi o cafe da manhã, poucas opções, não muito gostosas, e em varios dias seguidos os pratos de servir estavam sujos.

Very good value for money, we had a Junior Suite with separate living area and two balconies overlooking the Solomos Sq and the sea. Excellent location within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The suite was industrial in design, clean and minimalist which we liked. Breakfast was decent for a three star hotel with all the basics from juices, coffee and tea to cereals, hot and cold food. The only let down was the bathroom - very small, no shelving to leave all your stuff, water in the shower slow to drain, constantly smelt of sewage. Other than that it would have been perfect for the price, 8/10 overall for me

Neighborhood was safe and right in the middle of everything. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The front desk was helpful to our needs immediately. They called us a taxi when needed. Room was clean and large with a terrace. The breakfast had different choices every morning and was good! You will not be disappointed by staying here!

Great hotel in the town centre, room was very modern and comfortable, however there was a bit of noise from the square below (due to the very central location). The breakfast was very varied, however on the second day there were less things available and had not been replenished. Overall a nice stay, would recommend.

La zona è estremamente rumorosa per via dell’intenso traffico , chiesta assistenza per un problema con la doccia e dopo quattro giorni non hanno provveduto a risolverlo

Ein supermodernes und schön zentrales Innenstadthotel. Wir hatten eine Suite, die eine wunderschöne Aussicht hatte. Die Sauberkeit, Größe von Zimmer und Bad, Reinigung, Lage- alles tiptop! Die Klimaanlage hat bei der Hitze gut funktioniert und war aufgrund der Zimmergrösse nicht in der Nähe des Bettes, was gut war. Der Aufzug macht einen immer ein bisschen Angst, weil es bis obenhin etwas knarrt und klein ist, aber besser als keiner. Einzig störend war, dass das Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich war und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels nicht sehr viel bietet. Der Frühstücksservice der Mitarbeiter ist verbesserungswürdig, leider oft unmotiviert. Man musste oft mehrfach nach Auffüllen fragen. Das müsste ohne Aufforderung passieren. Die Tische werden erst abgeräumt, wenn man fertig ist und geht. Außerhalb der Zimmer gibt es über der Tür ein Licht, das rot leuchtet, wenn die Gäste im Zimmer sind. Leider ist einmal die Reinigungsdame einfach so herein gekommen, ohne zu klopfen, obwohl wir im Zimmer waren. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert und allein die Lage ist super. Ein paar Hotelparkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Perfect location in Zakynthos right beside sea side bars and restaurants, shopping stores and cafes. Solomos square is in sight as soon as you walk out of the hotel. The breakfast included was a huge help for travellers. Staff were very friendly and assisted immediately if needed. Bus stops are short walking distances and we used them many times to travel to different beaches during our stay. If we go back to the island, this is where we’ll be staying.

Great hotel in the town centre, room was very modern and comfortable, however there was a bit of noise from the square below (due to the very central location). The breakfast was very varied, however on the second day there were less things available and had not been replenished. Overall a nice stay, would recommend.

Great location in the center of town, lovely superior room with a terrace and sea/town views, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very generous and lovingly prepared as well. We have now booked another night for our switch-over between resorts since the value Phoenix Hotel seems to offer can not be beaten.

Best location. View from the balcony is amazing. However the facility is a bit old, although renovation has been done. The family room bathroom door cannot been closed. very little hand soap left in the dispenser so we ran out of the hand soap the remaining days. Water was not replenished everyday. Breakfast is good. delicious and wide variety. Cafe is right under the hotel which is very easy to grab food or drink or dessert at night.

The location was amazing. Easy and safe to walk anywhere? Breakfast was good but wished at least 1 item of food is changed each day as we stayed 3 nights to experienced our daily breakfast. Will stay again in this hotel if we visit Zakynthos.

Outdated rooms, old towels, breakfast was ok, but I didn't like the coffee machine as coffee was very weak. Location was very nice and the two balconies had a lovely view of the water. At night it could be noisy due to people partying in the square.
