Stayed for two nights. At check-in the friendly receptionist immediately told me "yeah, we're renovating at the moment, there's tradies around all day". The rooms next to mine had the friendly "DO NOT ENTER. CONSTRUCTION SITE" signs up. Drilling, vacuuming, construction work all day. During the afternoon the shower took 5-10min to get warm. To make up for it the fire alarm started once there was a bit of steam. Room itself was alright. Probably okay when they're not renovating.

Motel is in a great location and beautifully appointed. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would be good however if coffee could be upgraded from instant to pods or coffee bags.
