A tiny truck stop motel unlikely to impress from the outside. But the hosts were welcoming and the room nice for the price. As long as outside-opening doors don't worry you one can recommend the place. I appreciated seeing the manager trying to spruce up the immediate surroundings.

our room was very clean and reasonably modern, the exterior grounds were not so clean, run down out buildings, litter and full or dirty garbage cans, office/breakfast area was small and crowded, breakfast was cereal and juice. location convenient to gas stations that serve food and dairy Queen next door. I would stay here again but would feel better if exterior was cleaned up.

Breajfast was unacceptable ( To you think Poptarts are or cerial with milk that was not refrigerated is a good thing?). 7:30 wake up call came at 6:38 AM. Parking at my door was a good thing. Parking lot was well lit. I would not stay there again.

You get what you pay for...The hotel is run-down so their are stains on bedding and paint specks, scuffs and nicks etc on all the furniture and bathroom pieces - overall in need of serious renovations. My room also had crumbs on the floor and the shower/sink weren't very clean.

It was very clean being an older hotel. I loved the retro style. The staff was very nice. The shower had plenty of water pressure. The A/C freezes you which is a good thing in my opinion.

Get what you pay for! They were power washing the outside for makeover but with 1" gap in door that dont seal had water all over floor when got there. Nats were coming out of sink. Tried to relax after long drive but had guest in bed already when spider crawled across bed after pulled covers back and then another crawling on chair.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Large room. It had two full beds plus room for a table and chairs. There were some minor cosmetic items that could be fixed. If you are looking for a nice room for a good price, this is it. Don't be put off by the need for major clean up outside. Basic cereal, toast juice, coffee for breakfast.

Do not stay here. It was 11:30 pm, so we were desperate. Only room left, a smoking room. It was awful. Stain on comforter, burn holes on comforter, hole in bathroom door. Broken clothes rack. Paint chipping off the walls. Walls were very dirty. Dead bolt didn't work. We slept in our clothes, fear of bugs. We slept quickly, and left. I will never stay there again.

This was a older hotel, much like the the motels from the 80's. The deadbolt didn't work which was a bit concerning but given the hotels age the rest of the room was in great condition.

I have been staying here for 3 years on my annual travel through the area. This hotel might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's comfortable, fairly quiet and they have the softest towels ever. It's a little dated but has hardwood floors and in my opinion as clean as any more expensive places I've stayed. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

I have stayed at this motel several times. It's a convenient location halfway between my home and Columbus Ohio where I visit frequently. I am grateful for a decent motel that offers smoking rooms. While this motel has not been updated in quite a while the owners and staff are friendly, there are good food options nearby, and you can't beat the price.

No hot water!!!! When management was told about this issue they were unconcerned. My husband took a cold shower and I didn’t have a shower. Very disappointing.

Excellent stay! Cute older motel but owners take great care and walk the grounds at night to keep everyone safe. Very convenient to Loves truck stop, Dairy Queen and another convenient store. Right off highway and you can't hear the road noise. I Highly Recommend this place.

Traveling from Rochester, NY to Branson, MO this was an excellent overnight stop. Easy access from Hwy 70 with less off road traffic than a larger town yet having all needed amenities. The staff was excellent and I would stay here again

When we first pulled up it did feel sketchy but it was super late and dead out. Once we got into the room we felt better but it did have a very strong odor almost like poo. We sprayed the whole room with Lysol before going to get dinner and had our air purifier going all night to help. There was no breakfast except cereal so dont expect getting breakfast there. Overall the room was good for a quick stay.
