This is a very well kept property. The room was dated and immaculate. A nice glimpse of the ocean. It is quite a way from the CBD townships and requires driving or if you're lucky an Uber (1 of 2 in the whole area). Nice 1 night stay. Pool was growing weeds.

We stayed overnight as we were attending a 70th birthday party. The location was easily found. Sadly, the pool was "out of commission"/closed. Would have been nice to have a dip after a long drive. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable. But the room could do with some maintenance . It was disappointing that no breakfast option was offered. Not even a "continental breakfast pack" (cereal and toast). There were tea and coffee making facilities and an iron was available upon request. The room was fine for an overnight stay.

A little dated but clean. Host was friendly and noticed immediately basics where missing and replaced them. Didnt discover milk was off before using the following morning so no way to allow host to know. Maybe something that could be monitored better. Pool not in use which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. Nice little through motel/ hotel. Doea what it says on the tin.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. I like the retro style of the room. The room was clean, well equipped and air conditioned. Nice view towards the sea. However, the pool was empty and closed, and we were looking forward to a swim as the weather was hot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Honest property that's older but extremely well maintained and offered a a very reasonable rate. Friendly owners. 15 minute walk to Mollymook Beach and the Golf Club and you can certainly walk into Ulladulla too. Maybe 25 minutes? It was nice to stay in a property that is well priced and super clean at a fair price. Hope to get back there this year. PS - Ocean views too and oversized parking bays.

The owners were rude, the pool was out of order but looks like it’s been for months. We had a lot of dust on our ceiling fans that we didn’t want to use it. We had to take our own rubbish out otherwise the terms and conditions say you get charged. The lock on the door wasn’t locking properly. Even the owner knew and was trying to show us a trick on how to lock it properly. Did not feel safe leaving valuables there

I paid over $1,000 for 9 nights and this was my experience. The owners are planning to build an apartment complex where the motel is. Which means they have no interest in the upkeep and maintenance of the current building. There are bugs everywhere. You will wake up with insect bites all over your body. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning rattles loudly and keeps you up at night. The bathroom and shower is full of mould. The shower pressure is non-existent and there is no way to adjust how hot the shower is.. either cold or boiling hot. Of course you don’t expect luxury from a hotel in this price range but this was truly something else. The owners are extremely rude and entitled people. There are so many other hotels on the same street for the same price and you won’t have to put up with any of their nonsense. I would seriously avoid this place unless it’s the only thing available.

The worst motel I have ever stayed at . I was there for 4 night and if I wanted clean towels I would have had to pay for housekeeping $25.( they did give me one clean towel) Very old and tired motel . You have to do your own washing up with antibacterial soap which is not acceptable . They tired to tell me it was washing up liquid . Which it was not . They are pulling it down in June so really they don’t care . Don’t stay there

I was surprised that I was to enquire at office for cutlery, plates. Lights over bed didn't work. $100 was taken from my account for clearing, which was also surprising. 😳 Hopefully I'll be refunded as I cleaned before leaving.

I didn’t end up staying there because the woman was so rude I booked into the Ulladulla harbour motel instead and they were just wonderful. Let me check in at 12. It was worth loosing my money. Would not recommend it to anyone

Contrary to the negative review(s)/comment(s) that I have read about this property, I personally found out that their staffs are friendly and easy to talk with - not rude, as what others said - and their service (maintenance) is really quick. We found out that the light in the toilet is not working, so I sent them this message, and they responded within 5 minutes. Although the property is not new, but for the price that we have paid, it exceeded our expectations! Furthermore, the ocean view at sunrise is another plus - very relaxing indeed! Thank you so much Rachelle & Graham.
