Stayed 5 nights

The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk lady Brittney. The hotel had a horrible smell, the rooms where dirty. Walls, carpets, bathroom all dirty. The 1st room they gave us had no microwave or refrigerator. The carpet in the room was damp and sticky. There was makeup and dirt on the walls in the room. The shower was DISGUSTING!- from the walls, to the shower curtain to the mold in the shower. Breakfast was cold and under cooked EVERY morning! I would never stay here again!

Breakfast was a major letdown, everything including coffee wasn’t being restocked in a timely manner. Guests had to repeatedly knock the kitchen door for food items, even then they didn’t materialize. The room walls had stains on them and elevators had a bad odor. They charged 3 star prices for what wouldn’t even pass for a 1-2 star experience. I think being next to freeway allows them to get away with it. This experience has turned me off this hotel chain.

First, when I arrived and checked in got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room type I booked, def was a downgrade. So went to the front desk and the manager was on duty, she was helpful but did complain about the employee who apparently made the mistake implying this wasn’t the first or second time. I was swapped into what was available; it was something closer to what I had booked but still not what I had booked, the outside area in the rear was in disrepair and just overall poor condition but the worst of it was a nearby plant causing a terrible odor that made it hard to even walk from my vehicle to the door, something that closely resembled vomit, not the fault of the property though I suppose. Then the second day, there was confusion again as to the whole room debacle and the desk called several times to the room repeatedly to ask why I wasn’t checking out even though my reservation was for multiple days, again caused by the initial wrong room issue I’m sure. Then the tile floor in the bathroom of this second floor room was clearly in terrible shape, and I wondered if I might even fall through the floor, wish I had taken a picture to accompany this review, cause I know some people think some folks are just complainers and I do get it. But tbh I never write reviews, but this one was that bad. Don’t let the Hampton Inn name fool ya, I would avoid until they can get it together. Stayed April 20-23 2026.

The room I checked into was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, bugs on the pillows, blood on the hairdryer, the tile floors in the bathroom were not grouted down so they were sticking up and sharp, the a/c blew warm moldy smelling air, and there were questionable stains all over the couch and walls. When I confronted the front desk and asked to cancel my reservation, she said “well did YOU use the room?” Suggesting that I had placed bugs on pillows, and hair in the tub! She had literally seen me wheel my luggage up to the room 1 minute prior to contacting them. Terrible experience.

Turned off heater/AC yet it continued to intermittently run noisily like a freight train approaching throughout the night. No refrigerator in the room. Soap containers in shower were not attached to wall. Water temp fluctuated. Price paid did not match the level of amenities
