Stayed one night. We were not informed about load shedding, therefore we experience, admittedly a very period of time in the dark but wish we had known it was going to happen as it was scary trying to find a phone the dark. The breakfast staff were very friendly.

What an awful experience, the service and standards are not anything I’ve known about this establishment. From security levels where lifts were not working or had access to anyone. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night endlessly which increased my anxieties and stress levels ended up cancelling my meetings as I was sleep deprived and worried for my safety. I am not sure about returning at this stage it was such an utterly bad experience.

My recent 9-night stay at the hotel from 24 December 2024 to 2 January 2025 left much to be desired due to several service issues. Housekeeping repeatedly failed to replenish water bottles during room freshening, requiring me to call for water up to four times on multiple days. I arrived after dark and was happy to have a clean quiet room, and in hotel restaurant. The bar was quiet and not staffed, given this was off season this was staffed lighter than may have been during busier times of the year. Light renovations were ongoing to improve the building non impacted me. Wish I had arrived in day light to better know my surroundings. Great location near the beach and beach restaurant. Pool overlooking the ocean was nice, too windy to enjoy. The food at dinner and breakfast was good and room comfortable. Staff was great to coordinate airport pickup/dropoff.

Decent place but AC in room was weak, had to prop the window open with a spoon, and laundry service was abysmal. But other than that it was just fine. Restaurant/bar was good. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing stay… Hotel overcrowded. The breakfast area was extremely busy, to the point that we had to sit in a separate dining area. On Saturday afternoon at 13:00, we requested water to be delivered to our room. When we returned after 22:00 that evening, the water had still not been delivered. At the same time (13:00), we requested a plug adaptor for the hairdryer, as the only plug point near a mirror is a 3-point plug while the hairdryer is 2-point. Up until now, no plug has been brought to the room. In addition, the curtains in the room are not properly hooked. Very untidy for a 5 star place. No porters assisting with luggage.

Hotel di fronte al mare con bella vista, zona poco sicura, alla reception ci hanno sconsigliato di uscire dopo il tramonto! Isolato, ma vicino all’aeroporto. Buono se avete un volo il giorno dopo per una notte. Stanza abbastanza pulita, un po’ vecchia, ma molto spaziosa. Buona colazione e parcheggio chiuso.

The photos of this hotel make it look far better than in person to be honest! There were signs in the lift advising of 'soft refurbishment' being undertaken which would have been helpful to know upon making the reservation. Not what we expect from the Radisson brand. The photo shown of the bar area is not what we saw - there was a make-shift bar in the corner and a large area with no furniture in so we can only assume that they had ripped out the main bar as part of the refurb. It was very odd and looked a bit abandoned/empty so not a comfortable or relaxing environment to spend an evening in.

A very nice place to stay! Close to the waterfront and main restaurants. The hotel is super clean, new rooms, beautiful view (ocean view room) and the staff is very friendly. My flight was very early and we left the hotel at 5am. So they prepared a lunch box for my family since breakfast opens at 6am. Thanks for all.

spent an overnight stay here and the place was super clean , there was a vast selection at breakfast and despite arriving late we were still able to get food from the room-service menu staff were really helpful both on arrival and throughout the stay and even accommodated our 2 rooms together (next door/same floor)

The worst stay ever at a Radisson Blue. Foul smelling water dripping from the vent in the room and no water for a day (the only place in the area so it wasn’t widespread). We were moved to another sea facing room and there was a cockroach. Other people in our party also had cockroaches in their rooms - the rooms are dirty. The restaurant would not give the bar ice cream to make dom pedros that we asked for (it’s the same premise) so we went to Mac Donalds and the bar staff made them for us. THERE IS NO SERVICE OR INTEREST WHEN YOU STAY HERE This hotel should not have the Radisson name. Radisson WAS my preferred hotel but no longer after this stay

Our check-in was easy and seamless, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However, our room was unacceptably warm for most of the evening, despite a technician confirming that everything was in working order. The walls of the bathroom were also alarmingly dirty in a few spots. There was also no printed information of any sort in the room that we could find-no area guides, no information about hotel services or amenities, or anything else. We tried the dedicated channel on the tv for that information as well, but didn’t find it there either.

I stayed in this hotel two years ago and it was perfect. I was disappointed this time around as it seems that everything, including the service, has deteriorated over the last couple of years. No more complementary sparking wine upon arrival, seating in the dining room and bar areas were worn and dirty, windows were malfunctioning, hairdryer was old and functioning poorly, shower had stains, service was slow. Not worth the money in my view.

Disappointing stay. Guy who checked me in was clueless, this Morning from 8am the room next door to me sounded like a construction site, with no common courtesy checking with the surrounding guest if it’s okay for the maintenance team to be making such a disturbing noise. When bringing up with reception the lady was not interested at all. Just said sorry she wasn’t aware.

We booked top of the range suite. Room was nice and spacious. The room felt like it was empty, all the caboards in the kitchenette was empty, not a glass, bowl, cup or spoon. The bedroom door was broken and could not close. I had to put a pillow infront of the door as my husband was still working in the living room. Only one bathrobe in the room. Water was brown and was hard to believe you can bath in it. Window was broken and could not proper close. Bath tab water pressure was so slow the water got cold as you waiting for the bath the fill up.

Location was excellent. Service not up to standards for a Radisson property. Some of the Check-in staff not the most helpful or friendly. Manager was quite helpful, cant say the same for some of the other staff.

Very disappointing stay… Hotel overcrowded. The breakfast area was extremely busy, to the point that we had to sit in a separate dining area. On Saturday afternoon at 13:00, we requested water to be delivered to our room. When we returned after 22:00 that evening, the water had still not been delivered. At the same time (13:00), we requested a plug adaptor for the hairdryer, as the only plug point near a mirror is a 3-point plug while the hairdryer is 2-point. Up until now, no plug has been brought to the room. In addition, the curtains in the room are not properly hooked. Very untidy for a 5 star place. No porters assisting with luggage.

I arrived after dark and was happy to have a clean quiet room, and in hotel restaurant. The bar was quiet and not staffed, given this was off season this was staffed lighter than may have been during busier times of the year. Light renovations were ongoing to improve the building non impacted me. Wish I had arrived in day light to better know my surroundings. Great location near the beach and beach restaurant. Pool overlooking the ocean was nice, too windy to enjoy. The food at dinner and breakfast was good and room comfortable. Staff was great to coordinate airport pickup/dropoff.

spent an overnight stay here and the place was super clean , there was a vast selection at breakfast and despite arriving late we were still able to get food from the room-service menu staff were really helpful both on arrival and throughout the stay and even accommodated our 2 rooms together (next door/same floor)

The worst stay ever at a Radisson Blue. Foul smelling water dripping from the vent in the room and no water for a day (the only place in the area so it wasn’t widespread). We were moved to another sea facing room and there was a cockroach. Other people in our party also had cockroaches in their rooms - the rooms are dirty. The restaurant would not give the bar ice cream to make dom pedros that we asked for (it’s the same premise) so we went to Mac Donalds and the bar staff made them for us. THERE IS NO SERVICE OR INTEREST WHEN YOU STAY HERE This hotel should not have the Radisson name. Radisson WAS my preferred hotel but no longer after this stay

Great views but a stain on the Raddison brand. Very tired rooms and the restaurant is a disaster. Had bug in bed in first room. Tepid food had to be returned in Tabu. Could only offer vanilla ice cream and Brown sauce "out of stock". Laughing stock more like. Pleasant front desk staff though.
