Those carpets absolutely need to be changed please. That is urgent. Otherwise the hotel is perfectly located, comfortable, safe, clean & pool/gym. Shopping mall & restaurants are amazing so BEST choice for San Jose for sure

The breakfast was great. For lunch and dinner you can either walk minutes for upscale dining or 13 minutes walk to Multiplaza with 365 stores and every fast food place. The hotel does not have the tropical Costa Rica vibe. The pool is small but clean. Most tours pick up from hotel which is convenient.

This is a top notch hotel in the posh Escazu area of San Jose. The breakfast was superlative with a plethora of healthy and tasty options to chose from including authentic Costa Rican fare as well as Continental style. The hotel room was nice, big, clean, with comfy bed, pull out bed, additional sheets and pillow, dishes, cups, full size refrigerator, fish washer everything else you typically find in an extended stay. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The hotel has a fully equipped gym if you want to use it. Only recommendation we have is to provide advance guidance on where to park. The hotel is close to a tolled roadway with an entrance ramp leaving firectly off of the driveway that leaves the hotel. As you arent familiar with this, you may end up getting on to the toll way, instead of turning right immediately as you exit the hotel parking.

This was a horrible stay because the place was falling apart. 1. The sheets were hard and had a stain 2. The AC was imposible to use because eit had a sound as if it was going to take off 3. The shower curtains were torn and the inside part of the curtain was missing 4. A chair had a problem and you would sink into it

Un excelente lugar para estar y hacer negocios. Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio de todo su personal. Muy buen desayuno. Dos aspectos regulares. El ruido del aire acondicionado, es bárbaro. Ya está muy viejo. Y los vidrios no son de doble panel, por lo que las fiestas en los bares de la zona y un evento en la terraza del mismo hotel; nos dieron una mala noche el viernes.

My first check in was not that good I was totally ignored I am a regular guest at the hotel, but due to the pandemic I wasn’t able to travel , but Diane at the front desk came and checked me in and made sure I was straight. She was awesome. She really made me feel very special. The way I used to feel.

Property is in a vrery nice upscale area. However the parking areangement is terrible. There are no signs where to go. The hotel has a very hidden entrance with nobody there to greet you. Its like driving thru a maze to find the parking area. The breakfast is terrible for a Marriott Residences Hotel, that claims to be a luxury hotel. I left and went to a nearby restaurant, even though the breakfast was included. The rooms are small 1 bedroom suites. I guess good if you want a kitchen. However the bedroom is very small. Nice big screen TV. Furniture is outdated and much lower quality then you would expect for a luxury hotel. Bed was good.
