This was a great hotel to fly in / out of. Alison was very helpful when I called for directions to their shuttle at the airport. The person at the front desk was also kind. I didn’t love the sandwich had at their onsite restaurant, but that’s ok! I came during the Super Bowl and everyone was very kind and helpful. Gym was also nice! If you’re flying to Denver for a quick work trip, this is a great hotel.

This is a nice, upscale hotel near the airport. We booked it because of its location and free shuttle (just sign up for a spot the day before at the front desk). The only minus is that it does not have a pool, but oh well! The hotel restaurant was good, and we got a good nights sleep, and were on a very full shuttle to the airport at 330am :) lol so we were not there for breakfast, unfortunately! It seemed to be newly constructed or renovated.

The hotel, facilities, room, staff were all excellent. The only thing I was unhappy about was parking fee. I was not told about it and did t show in up front price. $12 per day. Which I thought was pretty steep for outside open parking lot. I walked out to sticker in my window. Fortunately girl on duty wrote it off this time.

We've stayed here before and was very good. This time was a little disappointing that the room wasn't as clean. Specifically the shower had lots of hair on the drain and on the walls. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

We went to the Hotel expecting it to be wonderful for our weekend stay for a Dance competition. We ended up in a room that was absolutely not clean at all hair all over the bathroom. Something gross on the bed we took a picture of. The Hotel then moved us to another room that was dirty. It clearly had not been wiped down or vacuumed. The hotel front desk was very understanding when we asked for our money back and left to another Hotel in the area.

Easy and simple check in, and some staff were friendly. The blanket we requested was brought up quickly and it was warm. The room has some dirty spots and didn’t seem to be wiped down; lots of fingerprints on different surfaces and the bathroom floor was not clean.

I was initially allocated a room which was incredibly dusty. It seemed like they only had changed the bed sheets and washed the bathroom counter top. The carpet was full of dust, food and dirt. I therefore went down to the reception to get a new room, hoping that the first one was just bad luck/that they had forgotten to wash it. I was then allocated a room which was even dirtier. Carpet, walls, doors, moldings and more were full of dust. As an allergy sufferer, I had no chance of sleeping there. I spent an hour before going to bed washing. Definitely not recommended!

Worst hotel experience in years. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are other comparable places nearby. My room had a damaged blackout curtain such that it was impossible to darken the room nor give privacy - i had to jury-rig a solution to the blackout not working. Even ignoring the broken toilet seat, the curtain was ridiculous - and the staff's interest in solving the problem or their dealing with hotels.com to compensate me in some way for an overpriced room has moved DOUBLETREE to my AVOID list.

The A/C unit in my room did not work and the shower head was also broken. I arrived to the hotel late and there was no one there capable of fixing these issue. When I asked how the hotel planned to make things right, I was offered a free cup of coffee. I don’t drink coffee. I felt like no one cared about my experience in the slightest.

The TV cables were unplugged and difficult to reach. The bathroom sink 'stop plug' was disconnected so water could not drain from sink. Paid alot but if you drank the water in the plastic bottle and were not a Hilton member, it was $2.50. If you wanted WiFi, you had to join as a Hilton Member.

The room was great. Comfortable beds, spacious, and modern. The amount of USB outlets made charging all the devices really easy. 2 TVs in the room was also a big game changer especially with kids. The coat hooks and decent sized closet is a huge bonus that most affordable hotels don’t have. The front desk staff are friendly and the barista is a sweetheart. Housekeeping is great and they are on top of it! We always had fresh clean towels, they had no problem bringing additional items to the room for us, they never made our request feel like an inconvenience. The big downside was the language barrier as most housekeeping staff did not speak English and on day of checkout we had a woman try to come in our room when we were still sleeping (approx. 8am) with a “do not disturb” placard on the door. The surrounding area is great for convenience for shopping, pharmacy, gas stations, dining options, etc. Traffic is the area isn’t too bad either. Overall though, the stay was great. The restaurant had tasty food, the room was great, staff was great, and the area surrounding is really convenient.

I was not informed about the shuttle upon check in, I took an uber to the hotel. Fast check in upon arrival. Returned to the hotel around 1230a after a concert in downtown. My room key did not work. I went to the desk and informed the overnight agent perhaps my key was demagnetized. This is where it got a bit wonky. The agent told me it was not my room and the ID I handed her did not match the name on the room. I told her my bags were already in there, she could send the overnight porter up with me to verify my bags. She told me no and proceeded to argue with me, which was disappointing. I had to dig out the reservation receipt on my phone, she proceeded to call someone in the back office for 10 minutes. Then she returned, re-keyed my card, and said 'here ya go'. This was it. Housekeeping woke me up at 8am on Saturday.

We were able to check in earlier than normal check in time; room was very clean; we returned our rental car the evening before and was ensured we can shuttle from the rental to the airport and from the airport back to the hotel - and it happened just as they said. We shuttled early in the morning (3:30 am) to the airport and it was so swift. Only thing was if we didn't look around we wouldn't have known they had such a great bar and restaurant right in the hotel as there was no advertisement and we weren't offered cookies - there was no cookie smell when we checked in... but when we asked for cookies we were given warm delicious cookies.

Getting the shuttle gas been awful. Staff rude. Waiting still for 45 minutes for a shuttle. Hilton Gold and can’t get a digital key or a shuttle. Terrible. Will never pick this again

Andrew at the front desk is superb. He is so professional. Andrew has helped us more than once and is always on point. The shuttle is great and they schedule your pick up time so there is no worries. A great place to stay for travel with DIA

I recently stayed at a Hilton Hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From the moment I checked in, I was met with rude and condescending treatment. The staff acted dismissively and I felt as though I was being treated unfairly, almost in a classist manner. To make matters worse, they charged me an additional deposit for potential damages—something that was never mentioned during the booking process or check-in. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and have never encountered such an unnecessary charge. I spend about a quarter of my year in hotels, and this experience has been by far the worst in terms of service. Hilton should be ashamed of this level of customer care. I won’t be returning.

We needed an airport hotel when our flight was delayed out of Denver. This hotel was reasonably priced with a quick shuttle pick-up. It has a nice bar/restaurant where my husband really enjoyed the bison burger. The included breakfast was ordered off the menu and delicious. You can't forget the free chocolate chip cookie! This will be our go-to hotel any time we need to stay near the Denver airport.
