Ely Hotel by Chef & Brewer Collection

Good parking. Staff pleasant on check in / check out. Decent pub restaurant next door. Room very tired and in need of refurbishment. Window single pane and was not sealed so could feel a draught around the seal. Shower hose broken and kinked which stopped the flow when using the shower head. A lot of flies in the room. Noisy at night from people wandering the corridors making noise and sounded like a herd of elephants walking around in the room above kept me awake. Bed quite comfy. Would probably not stay here again.

Great accommodation and a good restaurant (Chef & Brewer). WiFi connectivity needs improvement.

Really exceptional value for money and extremely helpful and friendly staff.very comfortable room, blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.

Stayed for one night, check in was very friendly and hassle free. Very comfortable room with everything you'd expect, nice little touches too, thank you. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, didn't appear to be sufficient staff, but all round, a pleasant one night stay. Would recommend.
