Second time staying at the beachcomber. Beautiful facilities, clean spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast, pub and pool area. Just some minor things aircon is very noisy in the room. Robes in the rooms would be a nice touch. Also the bar at the pool area isn't always open so you have to go upstairs to order food and drinks. Music at the pool area would be nice all day everyday at the pool. Would definitely recommend a stay here for a weekend away.

start with the staff they are amazing people very friendly very helpful and i loved the service...but there are few thing not convenient like the stench from the river is so bad you can't sleep at night and can't sit outside in the day time.and there are over 100 birds congregated in a big tree in the back yard of the hotel where the balconies are and they are so noisy all day around , and the pool have his own bar but unfortunately it's closed all week and if you need drink you have to order it from inside bars except weekend it's open, last the food and the drink in the hotel it's very expensive and not worth it every day , and overall two days just enough for relaxing .

Very good location, great dining, great views, staff very friendly. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 was because the furniture in the room wasn’t the cleanest. Really needs a good steam clean and the bathroom desperately needs a fan. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Room was neat and tidy, only problem was that the air conditioner made a lot of noise. Even when it was on low setting, at nights it had to be turned off. Apart from that everything was great. Will need a bigger room next time with though

Beachcomber in the lobby and the amenities are beautiful, fresh, vibrant and welcoming. Wish I could say the same for the rooms. The hospital sheets on the bed and the marks on curtains. No privacy looking out into a car park and vice versa them to you. It feels like you go from 5 star luxury to a budget motel when you step in the room. The saving grace is the bathroom, however odd design to put the shower handle so far away from the shower head.

Our room was freezing, we told reception and was told there had been issues and to turn it off. The next morning a repair man arrived and agreed it only pumped out freezing air and it would be looked at. We went out all day and returned to a freezing room. So we turned the unit off again and turned on the TV which didn't work. Told reception again and finally the TV control batteries were replaced and the TV worked. Very disappointing.

Location is perfect for our needs. Essential rooms are small and clean- perfect for 1 night. Bistro is adequate with limited food choices. The chairs are very uncomfortable. Would love more unprocessed foods like soups and salads - everything comes with chips. Bar is great, plenty of choice and reasonable price.

The hotel was so beautiful & the staff service was 10/10! We requested to be moved to a higher floor & they did so without hesitation! The food options were delicious & the cocktails were even better! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Front desk girl at checkin was very rude, spent over $100 on dinner reservation at 7:30 and didn't touch a thing on the plate, girl at bar was night, chef needs a beard cover, rat running around outside dinner area, light in room was flicking, breakfast was good, massive waste of money and wouldn't recommend and couldn’t come back, this is also my first complaint I’ve ever made online so you should take it seriously.

Lovely property. Booked for a relaxing weekend as a couple. Just be aware that the water view rooms look over the pool and the noise from the pool carries allot so it’s hard to relax on your balcony and enjoy some serenity. There’s often lots of people around the pool from open to close. Lovely rooms & wonderful dining options. Also highly recommend the Chinese across the road.

Check in was easy. The reception team member was pleasant and informative. There’s plenty of parking. The property is well maintained and has a lovely vibe. Great food and entertainment. Rooms are clean and pretty much sound proof. Our balcony overlooked the pool and lake on the 4th floor and was perfect to watch the sunset and sunrise.

Great Stop over Hotel. Great bathroom shower, comfortable bed. Vast and different sections around resort ... beautiful surroundings. Selection of drink cocktails too small, very average pizza quality.
