It was nice and cozy. Convenient and close to the shopping center. Clean towels every day. The only thing is the parking is too small and no allocated parking but you still find a parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The bathroom, whilst clean, and with a good shower, overall appeared lacking in maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ground level room parking at the front to the property was rather tight, but the main car park at the rear is fine.

We had family of 4, kitchen bin could of been bigger, pool could of done with a clean as sticks and leaves on bottom & top of pool, Parking would be good if was allocated to the rooms on lower level.

We were very happy with our stay .The room was very clean ,walls looked recently painted .I was a bit concerned about road noice as it is right on the road but new frosted glass doors were fitted cutting road noice by 80%.

Staff assisted late arrival by leaving the key in a,lock box. The room assigned was on the equivalent of the second floor at the rear of the building. Access required climbing approx. 30 very steep, external stairs at the rear of the property which was dimly lit. It was a very hard ask fior a person in my mid 60's with two bad knees and hips trying to carry a heavy suitcase. The room was basic, small, the bed not very comfortable & rock hard pillows. The highway traffic started around 5am and was very noisey.

First impressions were that the room had been updated from its very old decor. The bed was very soft and comfy. However the stay went downhill from there. Thankfully the front door and window was double glassed reducing the major road traffic noise!. Sitting outside was not tolerable. Don’t stay if you need internet, as we had very poor internet speeds. See pics. I have never experienced internet speed such as was available in our room. 8mbs was the download speed in our room. A A little faster at 12mbs outside on the path. The sink Tap was floating on the bench top. See photo. The ancient TV was out of focus making it difficult to watch. Thankfully we only had one night stay so it was easy to tolerate. It was definitely budget accommodation.

The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us.

The air conditioning and parking were excellent, but everything else was disappointing. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, the beds were very uncomfortable and caused back pain, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell. I would not stay here again.

Everything worked aircon hot water decent shower smoking allowed on balcony very friendly no noice when your doors closed close to everything . Pool out the back with a nice view restaurant on the premises plenty of parking and the management was fantastic, I will definitely be returning back soon. Thanks Debbie and Troy
