Upon arrival manager was very helpful , room was pretty good , electric blankets were great and air con was too , parked straight outside room , will book again next time in Lithgow , well worth the money .

I'm very dissatisfied with the unwillingness of the hotel to refund a cancellation due to a change in the date of the booking by the Wotif website.
