Great location, being a short walk to the seafront. Quiet, clean and comfortable well equipped unit. Having onsite parking a definite plus for this area as parking in the Terrigal streets was always full and this was the off season. I recommend this accommodation. Had a nice balcony but as rained everyday we were there we didn't get to use it.

Room was bigger than I thought it would be and the kitchenette had a lot of facilities. I found a hot plate and pan inside the cupboards along with bowls, cutlery and a few other items which aren't normally all provided. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room was very clean.

Being within walking distance of the beach was great, the bed was very comfortable, parking was easy, as was access to the building however certain things felt old, such as the ironing board which was not working properly and was rusted. Also didnt feel very safe as the screen had damage on the sliding door and I could hear noise all around.

It is walking distance to the Terrigal Crown Plaza, dining and the beach. We stayed in the 1 bedroom the bed was really comfy and aircon worked well, the room came with tea, coffee, cereal, juice and milk. We weren't greeted by staff, they text you a code with instructions to get your keys from the lock box. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great to have the light breakfast, and a biscuit and cup of tea when I arrived. Lovely open plan with the TV situated where you could watch from the bed. Air Cond was great as it's still fairly cold outside, so it was good to warm up when I arrived.The bed was soft, and I added the spare blanket provided.

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, although no contact with staff, the room was spotless and checkin easy. Good size room with comfortable beds for the 3 adults. Good location, close walk to the town centre and beach. Would stay here again.

Pros - Large room and well stocked to meet our needs. Bed was good and overall apartment was clean. Easy walk for supplies and restaurants. Cons - Confusing check-in, A/C needs an upgrade, and because guests are required to clean their own dishes. They were not cleaned very well for our use when we arrived.

Great location , easily within walking distance for restaurants , bars and shopping . Very friendly and clean place . Downside was the Bed ….. it was like I was Fred Flintstone and sleeping on a rock bed as it was ridiculously Hard and uncomfortable.

Great location, close to beach and shops. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room was noisy. Could hear every movement of guests in floor above, every flush of their toilet and shower use. Suitcases along tiled corridors also very noisy very early in the morning.

We thought we were moving into a serviced apartment. We waited the whole day for it to be serviced but the room staff was a no show. We were unable to get in touch with anyone on Sunday afternoon to ask for assistance. We had to go looking for clean towels and items like the "light breakfast", etc. were not restocked on day 2. we decided to leave a day early.

Unit was well maintained, had comfortable beds and was fully equipped for a short or long stay. Located in a quiet area but close to the main shopping precinct and beach. Only downside was a lack of promised information for late entry. However not a major issue as phone contact was achieved.

The property was clean, and well situated for shops, cafes and beach. The “kitchen” was looking very tired and dated, with a loose tap and no oven or cooktop, just a grill and microwave. The “ free breakfast” was a small packet of supermarket cereal. Unfortunately the mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable. I’m not usually fussy about beds but it was one of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on. If I returned to the property I would make sure it was a different apartment, not unit 5.
