Our room was clean and comfortable except I would prefer it to be a little cooler. I could smell marajuana in the lobby. The hotel feels safe and it was quiet. There’s not a good selection of shows on the tv. The heated pool was heated and felt great.

Front desk staff members were very nice and accommodating. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Breakfast tasted terrible, although the attendant preparing it was very kind. The building was not the same great quality i am used to for a Holiday Inn Express. This is usually the only hotel chain we stay in. Lots of loud drunks downstairs playing loud music made for an unpleasant atmosphere as well. Would not stay here again.

Best hotel staff!! Friendly and helpful. Best experience ever! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean. Loved all the functional spaces from several places to put our bags and personal items to multiple hooks in the room for hanging our jackets. We liked the way the soap, shampoo, and lotion were all in accessible dispensers on the walls in the bathroom. Great idea! The breakfast was amazing! So many delicious options…for the person that wanted to just eat healthy to people like us who wanted the full breakfast of eggs, sausage and biscuits. Love the indoor pool too!

Elevator broke. Wasn't repaired in a timely fashion, inconveniencing guests and employees. Orange juice was tainted and tasted like medicine. Employee admitted that the day before, the apple juice tasted like medicine also. I felt sick after drinking it. Dryer is still broken and hasn't been able to be used since before Christmas.

Bed was comfortable. Check in felt rushed, we didn't have a chance to request a ground floor room (as we had a good amount of luggage) which would have been preferred. Our room, keys, etc was already assigned and paperwork printed. Basically just a quick sign here. Lobby, elevator and entrance had something recently spilled and we brought it to the front desks attention. If it was cleaned up they did a poor job as you could see it still in the morning when we left. Our room floors were not vacuumed and the tile areas were sticky.

This was by far the worst Holiday Inn i've stayed at. The bedding and towels were severely stained. The towels apoear to be Econo Lodge towels. The bathroom fllor had hair and the toilet was not even clean. The bathroom drain was slow as well. This was NOT a good experience.

Wonderful service. When we checked in and went up to our room, the room was not cleaned and ready, the manager was very apologetic and upgraded us to a suite. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was great. I would suggest lighting the entry sign at the street…it was hard to find the turn after dark.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and more than adequate. Breakfast was good. One employee was outstanding. Her name was Heather. She was the hardest worker I have ever seen anywhere. She was doing more than the front desk job. Cleaning tables and the breakfast area. She deserves some accolades.

This reservation was made by mistake. It was supposed to be for Hattiesburg, MS. As soon as it was made i called to cancel and was told i could not because of a 3rd party reservation. It was my belief that i was on there website not being redirected to a 3rd party. Also tried to change locations but was told they were unable to do that either. First no ironing board in room, I did get one at desk and brought it myself to room. Then there was no hair dryer, no one answered phone so I went to lobby was told since so many people steal them there kept at front desk. That statement along means to Me the people staying at this location are questionable so now I’m on guard. Then no juices at all for 2 days was told truck didn’t show up ? Trash inside and outside not being changed out daily , in evening a few guys were drinking beer in lobby and desk attendant sitting and flirting with one of them, she was not drinking . Then my plans changed I didn’t need to stay a second night , I was told sorry you booked through 3rd party can’t help you .so I stayed and really didn’t need to. Oh and my ice maker wasn’t working on 3rd floor had to go to Second floor every time I needed ice. Trash sat out in the hallway mostly food containers and bags. This was my first bad experience with holiday inn ever. What a waste of money . And last comment the bath room is not user friendly towel rack on The other side from shower , toilet took 2 times to flush the shower had strong flow but the sink almost no pressure .

I had the opportunity to visit and stay at this hotel during the last Super Bowl. I want to thank the staff for providing outstanding service during such a busy weekend. I appreciated that this property is conveniently close to a Waffle House and other restaurants like McDonald's. Additionally, I found it easy to drive to and from New Orleans; it was only a 45-minute trip to the Super Bowl festivities. During my stay, I volunteered, and the hotel made it convenient for me to travel to and from my volunteer locations. I also had access to a nearby Walmart, allowing me to purchase everything I needed for the weekend. My room was impeccably clean, and I loved having access to make tea in the lobby. Although I didn't get a chance to enjoy breakfast, I appreciated the lively atmosphere during the big game weekend. If I ever have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The stay overall was good. I love the pancake machine that Holiday Inn has, unfortunately, it was malfunctioning the entire time, and when it finally was able to make a pancake, it was not very good. Everything was fine in my room. However, my family in at least two of the other rooms did not have televisions that worked. The staff attempted several times to fix the issue, but were unsuccessful. The staff, and particular Marissa at the reception desk, was very kind, pleasant, and really appeared to enjoy her job. Thank you.
