the ice machine was in a door outside the hotel that would be unsafe if it’s night time and you a women by yourself . the rooms was nice me and my fiancé got a room with a jacuzzi but it had spider webs in the corner of the wall .

It was an outdated property with no amenities. It is not family friendly.

Staff was excellent and the property was well maintained. The bullet proof glass at the front desk was a concern at first but I'm sure they have their reasons for it . 👍

Very quiet, even saw lots of wildlife on the grounds. A bit shabby, but clean. Lobby is not open 24 hours as advertised, couldn't get help for an unexpected 4am early checkout. Good basic option for non-fussy travelers.

More a motel than a hotel. By 11:00 PM the office was closed and transactions were only through a small window with very bad communications. I got the impression it was a place where couples go just to spend a few hours but this is only my impression. I won’t book it again.

This stay was amazing! The jacuzzi tub was perfect! I highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

staff was very helpfull with any questions that i had about the area - the only issue i have with the property is the shortage of parking spaces especially in the back

Checked in around 3pm.motel is run by two teenage looking men,manager is in India,what a surprise! Lawn maintenance company was cleaning the grounds and woke me out of a sound afternoon nap with a blower at my front door.Blowing rocks,dirt onto all the cars in the parking lot. When to see the two teenagers, they did nothing.Woke up the next day with bed bug bites.Nothing Executive about this motel.Maybe the bugs get executive treatment, Avoid this motel at all costs!

The room was very dirty. The sheets and towels were dirty and dingy. The cleaning staff entered my room EVEN THOUGH I had the do not disturb sign on the door and I was not in the room. Very rude and not acceptable. I will not be staying here ever again.

Went to lay down for bed and there were bed bugs inside the pillow case when I told the staff he did nothing to help. Room 144 to be exact. Do not book.

Clean and quiet can’t ask for anything better

I chose this place because it backed up to the neighborhood i was going to be apensing most of my trip. I paid $98 a night for a stay. Yes that seemed cheap, but a brand name hotel 8 miles away was only $34 more a night so i thought it was just a good price. Once i arrived the staff that greeted me was nice. The exterior looks nice. I went to my room and that is where the problems started. I walked in and it was hot. The AC was off, which makes sense to save elwctricity. However the AC was not adequate enough to cool the room down. It never got below 75° in the room. The sound of running water was coming from the bathroom and i noticed the toilet was constantly running. Thats where i also noticed the towels were hanging and 2 out of the 6 had dark spots on them that made them look dirty. I go to put stuff in the fridge and it was cold, but smelled terrible. It kept the beer cold so thats all that mattered. Upon pulling the sheets back and inspecting, i saw black specs all over the sheets. I brushed them off not thinking anything of it. Most of the pillowcases were a darker white than the sheets. As if they had been heavily spiled and stained. They seemed clean though, just looked gross. When i woke up i noticed i had welts all over. And saw a bug in the bed. Bed bugs. I called Hotels.com to complain and ask for a refund. The hotel did not approve my refund for the remained of my stay and Hotels.com basically said, "Oh well." I left that morning. Do not book!

The handle for the bathroom sink was partially broken. Every time I turned the handle on, water kept coming out from the base which kept spreading around the counter. Right when I was about to put ice in the bucket, I saw some little eggs that look moth related! Saw a couple of roaches crawling around the bathroom!

Absolutely disgusting. The floors were so sticky we never took our shoes off. The bedspread was covered in semen stains and cigarette burn holes, the TV was broken and it smelled so bad of mold and smoke. We ended up leaving and booking a new hotel. When we told expedia and the hotel, they did nothing. We had 2 rooms and both were disgusting so it wasn\'t just a mishap. There is NO WAY this place deserves a "good" rating.

It was good for what we needed it for. Pretty basic and looks sketchy. However it’s well run and clientele are respectful. Pet friendly but never heard anyone’s animals. Guests were quiet and polite. Staff polite and hard working. Rooms could use updates but beds were comfortable and we could sleep well at night.

Walls were thin. Person next door to me alarm went off at 5am --- on vibrate! --- and woke me up. The night before could hear the neighbors conversation clear as day as if they were in the same room as me. I have thicker walls in my house.

Dated. Musty rooms. Would not come back.

Stay was fine. Mattress was uncomfortable for my liking. We could hear every step the people upstairs took.

This location is a motel. Loud highway noise. Beat up decor. Very hard water and low quality soap, hair products , towels, etc. TV very old with terrible stations that predominantly showed volient movies. Refrigerator on its side not level. Nothing homey or cozy about it.

This location is close to Show Place Arena making it an easy drive to and from the horse show. Basic, comfortable room.

The room had a heavy cigarette smell and the beds were very uncomfortable. One was sunk in on one side and the other was hard. Both were low to the floor.

This place is pretty terrible. The front desk manager was not very friendly. The room was very outdated. The bed was hard as rocks. Thankfully, my stay was for only one night. If you have options to stay elsewhere, you should probably do so.

The actual stay was quite acceptable . The staff was also pleasant and helpful at the time of our stay. However when I called back for some information because I could not understand information on my bill as it showed in my bank account the person I spoke with on the phone was not very patient in helping me. He actually hung up on me. Not very nice.

Poor check in staff not kind, nor friendly, seemed angry. Lights above bed not working, Frigerator lacked adeguate cold for my food. The 2 bath towels not folded perfectly not appear well presented. I wanted to rest, relax not complain or seek help. Could have, and should have been better for $100 per night.

Check in procedure was a disaster, an hour waiting in the lobby… We’ve stayed here before and will return because the price is reasonable. Room is not great, but OK, paint chips, average clean. Location is perfect for us.

Super friendly and quiet as can be. You are 20 mins away from every city. Right in the middle.

Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Hair dryer did not work and a bit of maintenance with bathroom would be good. Registration person was friendly and helpful as were housekeeping personnel. Located near anything you may need to shop for or for dining.

This location is close to Show Place Arena making it an easy drive to and from the horse show. Basic, comfortable room.

It was an ideal halfway point between Washington DC and Annapolis. I appreciated the hard floors in our room - no carpeting. The blackout curtains helped with sleep.

The hotel was clean, convenient located for me and quiet at night. I will be back next time I visit the area.
