Reception welcome was wonderful. £7 to rent a film to watch is a bit much. Tiny tea cups in the room not proper mugs and only instant coffee was a disappointment. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast but not much low carb or vegan. Parking very convenient.

It was just a lay over in Woking so the key things were location, and comfort in the room. To that end, the location is fantastic being next to the shopping centre and a short walk to the station. The comfort in the room was also very good. Spacious room with a small armchair, and small lounger and table. The shower was excellent with multiple water jet options and three toilet was clean and tidy. The room was equally tidy with plenty of storage. The view from the window was the only negative. Room 912 offers a view of a neighbouring tower and the rooftop of the shopping centre below. You can also see the train tracks. If you can get a room with a view of Surrey, it would be much nicer.

The rooms were very clean the bathroom very spacious and bed comfortable. The room was also very large and had everything you needed, the breakfast spread was good. I would love to go back again if we were in the area.

This is a nice newly built hotel so it is very nice and clean! The rooms are very nice with a Scandinavian stylish theme. I missed the oppertunity to stream from my on divices to the TV. It's very odd that there is'nt any way of doing this, especially when it's a brand new hotel!

Lovely hotel but the service levels are appalling. Booked 4 rooms to be told by the most unhelpful man at reception that we’d only booked two rooms, didn’t try and help, just repeated the same thing over and over again. Same at the bar, took an age to be served. Avoid this hotel

Can’t get just a plain pastry (I.e., croissants- it must be vegan raspberry or chocolate); you can’t charge your room service to your room (QR code may not always work); early check in is not an option. From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the welcome with a glass of prosecco so the large room with everything you need. The hotel was quiet and a great location with access to shops and restaurants right next door. Would highly recommend

I found the Hilton an excellent place for an overnight stay in Woking - I was there for a wedding nearby. The hotel is very clean. Very central. Nice ambience. Very pleasant staff. Car parking available.

Reception welcome was wonderful. £7 to rent a film to watch is a bit much. Tiny tea cups in the room not proper mugs and only instant coffee was a disappointment. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast but not much low carb or vegan. Parking very convenient.

The rooms were very clean the bathroom very spacious and bed comfortable. The room was also very large and had everything you needed, the breakfast spread was good. I would love to go back again if we were in the area.

Can’t get just a plain pastry (I.e., croissants- it must be vegan raspberry or chocolate); you can’t charge your room service to your room (QR code may not always work); early check in is not an option. It’s the little things that make for a great experience. Overall a good stay.

From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it.

The staff at Hilton Woking was amazing. Every time we called, they delivered with a smile! From late night room service to request for extra towels, they arrived quickly and with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was surrounded by two malls, lots of restaurants and the train station, which fed into the London subway system. This hotel is about 30 miles from central London, which is good if you want quiet, suburban stay. If you want access to the city, you can get there by train or uber & taxi, which are costly. Overall, great stay!
