Really nice overall, staff was great, breakfast was as expected and good especially for free. Several things weren’t working (hot tub, a tv, the phones) and the pool is really small. Otherwise pretty good!

We were expecting to have access to a pool and hot tub but they were drained and when we booked it said nothing about them not being in service. We were very disappointed. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

The room was nice but we had ants! Being on the third floor and the prices of the rooms I definitely did not think I needed to worry about that. The pool was nice not to cold and clean! The hot tub on the other hand was disgusting and green after the jets stopped running. The breakfast staff was amazing and the food was good.

One side of hotel was being painted, so parking was limited for equipment. An entire side of the hotel’s windows were covered. The hot tub was out of commission (which was the entire reason I chose this location for my trip.)

I had stay here for a night and I had to leave because of the bed bugs on the bed. It was horrible, after 3 days I was still itching and itching on my back and feet. When i told the front desk lady They had bed bugs she was like oh sorry to hear. they turn off the Air-condition on the lobby so gets very hot and the room air condition was not good either. I called the Rockford city health department about the dirtiness of this hotel and will never stay here again.

One of the worst rooms I’ve stayed in at this price point. When we walked in, the bathroom counter and sink had black hair all over. The window “curtains” were completely see-through. The street lights and nearby business lights shined in the room, no light was blocked. If you want a good nights rest, don’t stay here. Lastly, we needed to borrow a pack-n-play for our baby, the sides had brown stains and the mattress had spit up. We had to clean the pack-n-play ourselves and use a blanket from home to feel comfortable in enough to let our baby sleep in it. Breakfast was nice. The bed was so hard that we were awake every 45 minutes and sore from the mattress. I specifically reserved a room with a bathtub but got one with only a shower because they said mine wasnt ready. The room was clean and simple but nice, but the pillows and washcloths smelled sweaty. It was okay, but I left pretty sleep deprived. Would not recommend the rooms, but the staff were very kind.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Our room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The a/c was noisy and the tv had a hard time loading netflix but otherwise great. It even had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. The coffee was better than hotel coffee. All for a very good price! Would definitely stay again.

The general manager is extremely rude and thinks it's okay to threaten 12-year-old kids. She closed the pool for the night and tried to state that the kids ruined her pool so they could no longer swim.

We liked how easy it was to get to local places and tons of food options. Breakfast being included was nice. Overall, it seemed very short staffed (sign of the times?). Our room didn’t get cleaned after night 1 but towels didn’t even get refreshed. No bags in garbage cans. No towels by the pool. Upon asking for each of the things someone brought them but you had to call and find someone. The free breakfast was nice and the staff there restocked constantly.

We stayed in Rockford Illinois for a family reunion. Casey at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Mary did a great job with breakfast service as well! We really appreciated how attentive and kind they were.

The room was adequate and the bed was great. Staff upon entering was friendly and efficient. The best kept secret was the breakfast and Mary who makes the breakfast! When we booked this reservation it said continental breakfast. It was a full breakfast buffet and you all should make sure to say that in your ad. Mary did a great job welcoming and asking if everything was ok. Great place to stay!

The rooms were very clean, super comfortable bed, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices of hot and cold food, check in and out was very quick and the service from the hotel store was also very quick even late at night, in our first room the TV wasn't working properly and they switched us to a different room immediately and will definitely stay here again.
