The hotel rooms, property and staff were great! The breakfast was amazing. It's such a nice hotel and the common area is so comfortable and welcoming. Our only complaint is that one of the main reasons for our stay was to let the kids and adults swim in the pool. Since it's winter, it would have been so much better to have the pool area warmer and the pool water much warmer. Thanks for a nice little get away.

Breakfast was very good, and the lady working there was very pleasant and helpful. Bed…perfect. Temp control in room…perfect. BUT… no heat lamp or fan in bathroom. No clock in room. Chairs in the room extremely uncomfortable. Self Parking was nice… and at no cost, as was breakfast. No chest if drawers for unpacking luggage.

We loved that the hallway carpet was very new (3rd floor). The whole place was clean and bad/stale odors or masking odors. They're making upgrades to the hotel. The shuttle service is very nice.

The room was renovated but the lobby was all torn up along with most of the area for the morning breakfast. I think they needed instructions on the blinds in the room. I'm sure it will look very nice once everything has been updated. I would stay there again.

This hotel needs some TLC. The staff was friendly, but the room was beat up. The black out curtain had holes in it, the shower head was stuck on the pulse option and the carpet, walls and lamp shade had stains. The fridge and microwave were not properly plugged in, leaving part of the plug exposed. This is a safety issue. The room was quiet and didn’t smell, both a plus. The bedding was comfortable enough too. We felt safe, but will definitely not return.

The stay was wonderful. Definitely one to keep in mind when visiting that way again. Spacious rooms, very clean, staff was approachable, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also very good and found the area very clean! The grounds around the hotel were also very well manicured, my morning walk was very calming and peaceful. The location and staff were great! The property itself needs some significant work: wallpaper falling off the walls, dust bunnies all over ceiling, extremely dirty carpets and floors (socks were black after wearing them on the floors), bed dust ruffle didn’t fit right, bathroom door didn’t stay open and creaked every time it moved.

Super clean. Nice location. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and businesses. Not too far from O’Hare or Woodfield. They seem to be energy conscious. The hotel felt safe and secure. The Front Office and Housekeeping staff are top notch. Very professional and hospitable. I give this property 6 stars. One note. Because of sold out situation, I changed rooms 3 times which I did not mind. None of the bathrooms had exhaust fans. After a shower the rooms felt damp for hours, and my towels didn’t come close to drying overnight. Even with a/c blasting, the bathrooms felt slightly humid at best. Isn’t a fan required by code? Anyway it didn’t spoil my visit at all.

All of the above! The hotel is spotless and each staff member was extremely pleasant. We live a couple of miles away and needed to bring our two small dogs while doing a kitchen remodel. We were put in a room close to the back door, so it was easy to get the dogs out to a nice dog-walking area. The hotel is extremely quiet and we could not have been more pleased.

This hotel is in an office compound and very safe and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent. The only complaint is the shower. Water pressure is very low and the shower head needs to be replaced. Took me much longer to shower because the water pressure was so poor to rinse out the shampoo.

My family and I were recently displaced by severe storms and spent one night at the Hampton Inn, hoping for some rest during a stressful time. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but restful. At around 2 a.m., we were woken by a loud party in the room next door that escalated to the point where the sheriff's department had to intervene. Just as we were settling back in, a fire alarm went off at 3 a.m., forcing the entire hotel to evacuate into the parking lot. We were never informed when it was safe to return to our rooms, leaving us confused and exhausted. I reached out to hotel management afterward to express our concerns, but their response was dismissive. They claimed all procedures were followed and accepted no responsibility for the chaos or the lack of communication during the evacuation. Given the poor handling of the situation and the complete absence of accountability from management, I can confidently say we will never stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The reservation was cancelled by the manager without notification to us. We called the hotel one day prior and they stated they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked for our stay. They relocated us to a hotel 30 minutes away. Even though we booked our reservation 6 weeks in advance they cancelled it. It did not allow us to celebrate the wedding weekend we had planned with our extended family. It was very disappointing.

The stay was ok, not great. Room smelled like some sort of glue or paint that was giving us a headache, an hour after check-in, someone knocked on our door and said this was their room. They said they called in a leak and someone was supposed to fix it and then they were supposed to get the room back. That explained the smell as I’m sure they patched it with a glue. We went downstairs to say the room smelled and that people came to our room to tell us about the leak. The front desk guy said he couldn’t help and we couldn’t have another room because he “thought they were pretty much sold out”, although he never actually checked. He said we could contact a manager the next day but he couldn’t help

The check-in process could have been better. Given the circumstances—hot weather and my very sick mother waiting in the car—I was hoping for a quicker experience so I could get her into the room as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the process took longer than expected, and the front desk receptionist seemed frustrated, even rolling her eyes and mentioning that the system was slow. It felt like the process slowed down even more when she noticed I was in a hurry. However, the rest of our stay, though brief, was satisfactory.

Property was in final stages of renovation. Nicely done upgrades. Contractors were thoughtful and nice. Front desk staff on arrival was slow and disorganized. Front desk staff on exit was okay. Said I would get an email receipt. Still do not have it.

Hotel was nice and overall quiet. The breakfast was a bit disappointing to me, eggs were a weird texture and not good. The fresh fruit wasn’t fresh. I have a picky diet and ended up going out for breakfast, not terrible but nothing there for me. The room was nice, nothing fancy but clean and normal. Didn’t use amenities. Didn’t talk to anyone or need help so not much to comment on. When booking the price seemed high to me, but that’s probably due to the area. I added the “government rate” to the screen to see if I might save some being a federal employee but the price went UP for the government rate so I didn’t use it. This seems to be common also when I get hotel quotes, the government rate is higher. Something really messed up in that. Lots of close shopping and food.

The breakfast here is THE BEST were have ever had in this price range and area with a lot of options, large area and neat. The rooms are really big. We are a party is 6 and the room was more than sufficient for 6. The beds are clean and restrooms are very well stocked. Staff is really courteous and accommodating. The room had both a microwave and a fridge, which you don't find both of town in rooms in many places. This helped us as we has elders and kids in our party. Very highly recommend hotel
