Free airport shuttle was a fiasco. Must call and reserve the shuttle before travel altogether. Arriving to the airport and calling does not work. First, if you do not have a German eSim or international roaming you won’t be able to call at all. Second, even if you call, unless you reserved the shuttle in advance of travel (like back when you were home), you cannot get the shuttle. When you make a reservation for the shuttle it is for a specific time, so if your plane is late, no shuttle for you. For some reason, the frustration this causes is lost on the hotel staff.

Der Kühlschrank in Zimmer 404 war aus der Halterung gerissen und als wir 23Uhr vom Konzert gekommen sind, haben wir keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz mehr bekommen, da manche echt zu blöd zum Parken sind, (z.B. 1 Transporter 2 Parkplätze eingenommen oder PKW schief geparkt, so dass kein 2. Pkw daneben gepasst hat) so das wir noch 15€ für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 1 Nacht bezahlen mussten. 15€ pro Nacht ist eigentlich echt heftig. Sonst war das Zimmer sehr ansprechend und der Kühlschrank ein pluspunkt.

The room was very basic - our room definitely didn't look like the one on the website! It smelt very musty and curtains had stains on them. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and there was a beer bottle under the bed. Both of the receptionist, by check in and check out, appeared to have had the same training - be efficient but don't smile or be friendly! However, the bed was very comfortable, it had a good power shower, the breakfast really was excellent and there was no charge for parking. A real mixed bag but I would not stay here again.

The good: Friendly staff, rooms were okay in terms of size but very warm. Windows could luckily be opened. The not so good. Lot of dust and dirt in the bathroom for some reason and stains from previous visitors on the mirror and glass surfaces. Restaurant was closed (which we knew before booking).

Das Hotel liegt in Langen ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto vom Flughafen FRA entfernt. Ich hatte das Hotel gewählt, weil es einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service anbietet. Laut Rezeption steht dieser Service aber nur zwischen 07.00 und 22:30 (war bei Expedia leider nicht so angegeben) zur Verfügung. Sauberkeit Zimmer, na ja (Teppich, Stühle). Zimmer sollten mal renoviert werden. Ich persönlich würde das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

This is an affordable, clean accommodation. However, I stayed late summer, during a heat wave and there was no air conditioning- making it very hot in the room! There is a limited shuttle - so I had to pay €35 to the airport one way- just so travelers can budget accordingly. And during the summer, the restaurant in the hotel was closed and as the hotel is in a light industrial area, there are not many food options. But there is a Burger King within a 15 minute walk. But that was the only open food location within walking distance in the area for the 2 days I was there.

Over all I enjoyed my stay.The rooms were modern and comfortable and I could even have prepared myself something in the microwave if I would have liked to. The area is a quit one, the parking is easy behind the hotel and the free Fellows Coffee was excellent and my arrival enjoyable. Nice experience, I will certainly visit again.

Clean and nice. There us a 2 stove cooktop and refrigerator and no microwave. There is a restaurant here with a bar but if you want anything else you are walking for about 15 minutes if you dont have a car. The airport shuttle is a great perk.

There was a toilet on its side in the first room and none in the bathroom. The second room was broiling hot and I was told there was a fan by the bed, but there was not. The third room was on the cooler side of the hotel, the windows opened and there was a fan by the bed. I slept well. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a short stay prior to flying out of the airport. And it was pleasant overall. The bed is a little "lumpy" but clean. I liked that the hotel was very quiet, which was helpful in getting a night of sleep before travel. The internet worked quite well. The only comment I have is that the bus driver to the Airport asked for 5 Euro to take me to Terminal 2, after I was the only passenger on the bus when most of the others left at Terminal 1. Not cool.

Misleading info about distance from airport, shuttle wasn’t available due to late arrival and taxi cost 45 euro!! The night shift front desk guy was rude and honestly don’t know how someone like that handle a hotel front desk. It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

To be fair, the room served the purpose. The problem was a) airport shuttle b) morning receptionist. A - the airport shuttle doest exist. They call you a taxi that picks you up from the airport, you need to have a phone, so the driver tells you where to wait. Why not to have one meeting spot and make the process smoother? Airport drop off starts running from 7 or 9 am. My flight was at 7, so I had to pay for a taxi by myself. B) I visited Frankfurt during taring strike. The receptionist told me to google info on transportation, well dont speak German. She didnt warn me that Uber didnt come to the place, so I waisted an hour trying to get a ride. I was stacked at the hotel, just I am not used to such unhelpful staff. Overall very unfriendly person with no willingness to help travels. In addition, there is no coffee or tea in common area as advertise. You can buy some at the restaurant downstairs that opens at 5:30pm. Misinformation.

空港行きの無料バス(大きめのワゴン車)の用意をチェックイン時に確認してくださり、時間の変更もすぐに対応してくれました。またバスも時間通りに来てくださり余裕を持って空港に到着することができました。スタッフの方も明るく親切でとても良かったです。周りには何もないですが、Sバーンの駅まで近いため、フランクフルトの中心部までの観光がしやすかったです。

The property is located within a business park. I don’t know why it’s called “Frankfurt airport” since it’s quite far from the airport. I had problems arranging hotel shuttle and had to pay 50 euro for taxi. The hotel itself is fine and is close To a train station and a park.

This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel. The front desk is not that attentive. I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent. The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room. I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room.

Das Hotel ist für ein oder zwei Nächte völlig okay. Es ist sauber und insgesamt in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand. Als Airport Hotel das Frühstück erst ab 7:30h anzubieten, erscheint uns etwas zu spät. Zudem ist das Doppelbett zu klein. Im Bad fehlt ein Abzug.

Received an answer "no problem".When I landed and found the "hotel shuttles" place it was 21:30, maybe 21:32.When I called the hotel, they said that the last shuttle\xa0for today is left and I need to take a taxi on my\xa0own. The taxi price is about 45 Euro. With an additional 45 Euro I was able to take a hotel in the airport\xa0itself and did not need a shuttle at all. Morning shuttle is only one per hour, which is not so comfortable. Do you think it is free? No, Hotel shuttle\xa0costs an additional 5 Euro - it is a new\xa0hotel management\xa0direction starting\xa0after 6 December. One positive thing about the hotel - breakfast, but it starts at 7 only, so if you have an early morning\xa0flight, you miss it.

Es un hotel promedio, de buena limpieza, baños adecuados, buena cama pero las cabeceras dejan espacios de mejora. Desayuno bien, aun cuando no se repone lo que se va agotando. No tiene servicio de comida a mediodía y el restaurante más cercano está a 20 minutos. Eses es un gran inconveniente. El sector es tranquilo, pero se estaban haciendo reparaciones lo que trae consigo ruidos molestos. El restaurante que funciona en las tardes (comida húngara, bueno) cierra temprano y es independiente de la administración del hotel (no se pueden hacer cargos a la habitación). Tampoco tiene servicios a la habitación.
