The room is poorly, laid out, not enough places to put the the luggage when the sofa bed is open, the swimming pool is not operational which was a big disappointment to the little girl. We bought a swimsuit at Walmart just before checking in because we thought we were going to go swimming.

Overall this property was great! One elevator was broken, which did make it inconvenient a couple of times. The work out room was also a little small, making it difficult if more than one person wanted to work out.

I chose to stay here because I wanted to soak in a hot tub after a long drive and the spa bubble system didn't work and only 1 out of 7 jets worked with mediocre heat. I was very disappointed.

We stayed here while attending an Air Force event, and I was really impressed with what a fantastic venue it was for a social gathering. The hotel has so many inviting spaces for mingling—both indoors and outdoors—with flexible seating options that made it easy to spread out and connect. Highlights included the cozy fire pit, cornhole setup, and a bar that served mixed drinks and light bites, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was equally impressive. The blackout curtains were the best I’ve ever experienced—I literally couldn’t find my way back to bed from the bathroom in the middle of the night because it was so dark! For once, no light crept in at all, which meant I was able to sleep in peacefully. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations both as an event venue and as a place to stay overnight. Highly recommend!

Hotel was clean and quiet. Bedding and bed were great. Hot tub heater was broken during our stay. It worked for one night then broke again. Hotel keys are always an issue. They will work once then you’ll have to get a new one. No matter how safe you keep it from your phone, wallet, etc, it deactivates. During our 5 day stay, we had at least 15 keys. Pretty inconvenient when you’re carrying thing and have to go back downstairs to the fro t desk repeatedly.

I really appreciated the hot tub and pool. I saw a nice bar and fire in lobby, but did not take advantage. The room was comfortable. Shower and wi-fi wrre hard to navigate. Bottles of water in the room would have been nice. No vending machines but could get snacks in the lobby. Good sized fridge and towels were nice.

We have stayed at this hotel and in this room multiple times as it’s a handicapped accessible room. We have never had the issues we had over this last stay. The room was very dirty - there was fecal matter splashed onto the wall above the toilet and urine and feces on the toilet itself. The shower handles were disgusting and had some kind of sticky yellow substance on it. The towels were not clean at all. We found blood on the sheets as well, so decided to sleep on top of the comforter and we didn’t shower. The room was completely unsanitary. There wasn’t an attendant to help us with these issues at check-out so I wasn’t able to give feedback.

The glass in front was filthy. It looked like it had been years since it was cleaned. The carpet in the hall on the third floor needs to be replaced. There was a large bump in the middle of the hall. The room was very small. The bottom of the desk near the base needed to be dusted. You could see where it had been partially dusted and not finished. There were kids running and yelling in the halls and elevator. We are in our late 70s and had been traveling since 6 a m. We were looking forward to resting and getting some sleep. That didn’t happen until after 11:30. I called the front desk at 10 and the clerk told me the noise had already been taken care of and she argued with me when I told her I was still hearing it. Will not ever recommend this place.

The hotel was very accommodating, staff exceptional, location perfect… the only problem was the mattress was horrible! The sofa was way more comfortable and may want to look into updating the bathroom, also. But first take care of those mattresses… terrible!!

The bed was good. Unable to get wifi. Called tech support who said there something wrong with signal in room. Too tired to request room change. TV was dark and picture grainy. No comp breakfast. Even coffee wasnt free.

Right on the river and just off the highway so very convenient. Breakfast was good - lots of different food, full breakfast. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Train runs just across the river so within 70 yards of the room - a little noisy at times

We had a very unexpected stay due to a flight diversion. We arrived at the hotel around 2am in the morning. Mandy was truly amazing - ensuring our every need was met from having a very comfortable, clean room to feeding us, providing us with toothpaste and toothbrush, organising breakfast (the best of the whole US trip for us) and a taxi back to the airport. We would highly recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Wichita Falls.

Was out of coffee in the lobby both mornings I came down. Asked to have my room cleaned went out for two hours so It could be cleaned and got back and no-one have ever cleaned the room.

The hotel was completely booked for the annual hotter than hell cycling event. The staff handled it perfectly and had the hotel looking amazing. They also had a wonderful breakfast for everyone starting at 5:30 AM so everyone so they could still make it to the starting line on time. Was very impressed.

I really liked the Marriott. It was clean comfortable and convenient to things. I did not like that it was advertised to have a restaurant and bar. It turned out to be a bistro where it appeared to be a walk up and order a very limited menu. The reason I had chose Marriott was because of there supposedly having those two amenities. Overall it was a nuce stay.
