Hôtel Concorde - Rodez Centre Ville

Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and cutting my elbow. This situation is not helped by the absence of lighting on the first floor- the light switch is across the corridor and can't be seen or accessed from the lift. The receptionist on Sunday morning was more receptive to the idea that this was a dangerous condition and understood why there was blood on the sheets. The room was adequate with an acceptable shower and bed. Breakfast was adequate.

Hôtel bien situé idéal pour visiter le centre de Rodez et le musée Soulages

Accueil théâtral mais efficace. Wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Le parking annoncé comme sécurisé ne l'est pas du tout, mais rend servive malgré tout car il est difficile de trouver une place de parking à proximité.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés une journée pour une pause sur la route des vacances. Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé en cœur de ville. Par contre, cet établissement est comme une annexe d’un autre hôtel situé à quelques mètres de l’autre côté de la rue. Il est nécessaire de sortir pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Chambre familiale très grande et suffisamment équipée , séparée par un rideau pour un espace parents et un espace enfants ! Lit parapluie en place dès notre arrivée …
