The hotel is currently being remodeled in areas, so there was an issue with one of our rooms. But the staff responded immediately to resolve the issue. The rest of the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Nobody cleaned our room once. The shampoo and conditioner dispenser were empty, I alerted them and nothing was done. Ran out of towels. No coffee after second day. Pool was closed during time it was to be open. Nowhere to sit for breakfast; do they not know how many rooms they have? It's like they didn't know we were there. I personally am not using this location again. I am concerned if other Hilton owned properties now have this level of service.

The check in woman was a bit prying and assuming. I think she was trying to be cheeky. Quote "... but you don't look like the type". When referring to the card hold for damages deposit. Which btw I've never heard of before. That set the tone. We were supposed to have a king size bed, and we got two queens. Bed was lumpy theHot tub was underwhelming and a bi

Was in town for a wrestling tournament. Very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Room was spacious and very clean. Just a few complaints…as someone that needs white noise to sleep, I was bummed there was no constant fan setting on the thermostat. Made it very hard to sleep especially being able to hear the conversations taking place in the adjoining room and being woke up by the loud noise of the traffic and snow plows. Leading to my second complaint, the coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I went down for breakfast around 7:30. Various menu items available, including healthy options.

This was my 4th stay at this location, and on this visit there were 2 things that gave me pause. First, was a group of 6 young men hanging out in the hallway on my floor, not going to or from a room, I found this unsettling. Second, 6 days into my stay I looked up while in bed to find a quarter sized hole above the bed. When I inspected the hole, it was covered by a double sided translucent tape showing an attempt to cover it (with no repair). I placed a bandaid over that and reported it to the front desk and was met with skepticism. Question, then who placed the tape? Previous to this visit, the very weak coffee was my only complaint, remedied by bringing my own. The property is otherwise well maintained.

This hotel is better than others in the same area. Cleanliness is fairly good. Your coffee pot needs help.Coffee is an important part of a morning and sometimes evenings. This pot leaked and brewed half a cup of coffee.The coffee brand needs changed. Your staff was friendly.
