Service frontdesk and housekeeping are excellent. Spacious and clean room, but could be more soundproof. Some neighbours talk very loud or put the sound of the tv on maximum which was very annoying at night.

Room was clean and the stuff ware working cheerfully. But I think the best thing about this hotel is the location. It's next to the park and facing modern area and more traditional Bangkok too.

Das hotel ist gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sowohl vom Flughafen, als auch mit dem Skytrain zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Es war aber alles sauber. Viele chinesischen Touristen im Hotel. Frühstück daher er was für den chinesischen Geschmack. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im ganzen ein guter Aufenthalt.

Nice and helpful staff , clean hotel. Is abit far from pratumun market but still within walking distrance. Only issue is that there is construction going on at the neighbour so normal day you will be wake up by the noise at 8am . Overall a good hotel to stay .

Le personnel est bienveillant, professionnel, discret, efficace. Possibilité d aide a l organisation d activité. Have been staying at this location for years! It is only rated as a 3star hotel. But there are others in the same street with the same rating. Stayed with them also. But they be a 3 star then the royal view easily be a 4 star. Of course others might disagree. But rooms are spacious Bathroom is with a tub. Breakfast is plentiful and self service Staff is professional and proficient in English. Seems to be in Mandarin also. Looking forward to my next visit. Only stayed 10 days with them and no complaints!!

The hotel is in great location with many options for dining. We chose breakfast included option and enjoyed their wide selections of food. The front desk staff were very nice. We had to check out early for the early flight check in and they prepared packed breakfast for us.

Nice pleasant seven days stay. The service staffs are very polite and always at your service. This hotel is situated around food restaurants and BTS Victory Monument. Besides the BTS station are the central bus hub around the Victory Monument. I enjoyed my stay.
