Have a wonderful weekend with the family. Many restaurants on resort. Tons of son and a huge pool.

Super comfy beds ,, great pool/hot tub

We brought our dogs here. Stayed in room 2225 (main floor) outside our room was the green space, it was super convient to get to. The room was amazing. They had dog bowls and dog beds, super pet friendly. Would 1000% stay here again without question.

Underground Parking lot is terrible

Ski in/out is excellent. Suite was great and staff was helpful. Saunas need to be cleaned regularly. Both were full of stagnant water and garbage floating In The water. Dry sauna shouldn't have inches of water sitting in the bottom. Otherwise, excellent room and service.

I know it’s off season, but there’s some cleaning needed. The pool had lots of leaves at the bottom, beer cans under the bench in the sauna, and scrubbing needed in the corners of the hot tub. Also, there were pee stains at the base of the toilet in our room (not sure if it’s etched into the tile or not, but still… it’s gross) and a mouldy spot in the bath tub.

Great location and restaurant available in the area. The room was not vacuum well. Dog hair on carpet and sofas. Washer and dryer full of dog hair. One shower was not cleaned. Patio was filthy like someonw puked on the floor.

Very clean hotel and nice rooms. We will be back during ski season!

First time checking out Revelstoke and I’m happy I stayed here! Staff were helpful and polite. The suite were clean and had everything we needed for the week. Outdoor pool was great but the jacuzzi in Building 1 needed cleaning and the views were obstructed by the construction. I would recommend the elevators have a deodorizer. The views from the 8th floor in Building 2 were great!

This hotel offers a spectacular setting at the base of Revelstoke Resort. Unfortunately, the Revy location doesn't live up it's brand; suite 2227 was dated and not so clean (crumbs under the dining room table, 2 pills on the floor beside the bedside night table, dusty, and a coffee maker that was just plain dirty). We can look beyond grime, but just didn't expect it at this property. Where the Sutton Place Revelstoke did shine was at the lobby concierge desk where attendants Clif and Ann each outdid themselves by providing local information -- both summertime and wintertime, and their sincere love for the area.

This place was a "happy accident". Spotless, dog friendly, and the staff were beyond kind and friendly. Loved this place and look forward to returning.

Loved the place but overall thought it had room for improvement. The elevator and parking garage were dirty. My kids went in the pool and came out complaining it was dirty, this has never happened before. The place has a lot of potential but needs improvement.

Clean room

We were disappointed, upon arrival, to find our reservation had been lost by your hotel … however, good staff member retrieved it from Hotels.com and rectified the situation. We enjoyed our large, comfortable suite with a fireplace and an excellent view of the mountain and activities! We were not pleased with the poor condition and uncleanliness of your hallway and suite carpeting and all of the dirt in your underground parkade.

I enjoyed my stay, there were a few cleaning details that needed more attention,

Our room was fantastic and the view was incredible! Our room had a kitchen and a laundry room! The only negative about the room was the washing machine. It was a front loader and the rubber gasket was very dirty with mildew so I did not use it. Otherwise, the room was clean. It was a very quiet setting despite there being a lot of construction in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an appliance in the room that we thought was a microwave but whatever it was, it was far too complicated to use plus there were no instructions.

For such an expensive hotel and renowned brand, the rooms and common areas were run-down and needed a refresh worthy of the cost.

Very noisy room located across from the pool fitness center. The access door slammed constantly from 3p thru most of evening. Room lighting very dim. Room keys stopped working multiple times. Front desk could not make change. Not a 4 star property. Convenient ski in and ski out the only reason to stay here.

Great room layouts- we had a 3 bed 2 bath, 2 decks, great kitchen. Coffee shop on site fabulous

Our suite has a separate living room and kitchen area with large nook. The living room has electric fireplace and a big screen TV, and even includes an HDMI cable took up to your laptop. Talk about attention to detail! Off the living room is a outdoor patio area for seating for four. The views are of the local glaciers. The bedroom has two doors in and out. Included were two robes and slippers. The bathroom has excellent toiletries. There's a stand-up shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is well appointed with all of the dishes including pots, pants, cutlery, etc. The appliances are all high-end. There is dish soap and even dishwasher soap. There's a standalone laundry room with high-end washer and dryer. There's even a broom with a dustpan. This place is luxury living at its best!

Loved the junior suite. The balcony looked to the mountains. The view will be very different soon as they are building a lot in the area. We weren’t able to take in the extras like the gondola or the coaster because it was raining. I liked that the bed was a part of the suite not a separate room. The bath was spacious. The balcony was really nice to sit out on as it was covered. Parking is a little difficult because we had to park in building two and there’s no link between buildings.

Great location and rooms. Only real complaint was that the pillows were the largest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very sore neck; could not continue to use.

Room was clean and had a great view of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

The mattress in my room was awful. It was either so soft or so past its best before date that I had a terrible sleep and had to have a back massage the next day. I told hotel staff about this when I checked out and they said that they would have someone look at it. They never got back to me and didn’t otherwise seem that concerned about it.

This hotel is located in a great location for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and most outdoor activities. It is also self contained with restaurants and shops in the little village outside the door. The room was big and would easily accommodate a family with a kitchen well equipped for making meals. The room also has a big deck to sit outside and enjoy the view and mountain weather.

It was a nice place to stay, i like the staff specially vladimir he was so polite and kind he helped us a lot in finding perfect room.

A very comfortable stay and hotel staff went above and beyond to help. Will definitely return.

Excellent resort, would have been 5 stars if they hadn’t slapped me with a resort charge when checking out. I hate the stealth extras. Had not been informed and had paid room and taxes up front via Hotels.com

At check in, we were informed that there would be no electricity between midnight and 8am...ie, we were not warned ahead of time about this. When I asked, the staff new at least 3 days prior to the weekend this was happening, and no guests were emailed. Consequently, the AC stopped functioning, all the applicances in the kitchen started blinking on and off, and the worst was that the fridge had a beeping alarm that would not turn off. So far, no compensation has been offered for a very expensive room. I have been a regular guest in the past, I would have hoped for some recognition about this...questionable whether I would ever stay here again.

clean, great room, friendly helpful staff, amenities

Lovely very, very well managed resort. All the staff were super nice and very well trained. Food and cocktails at the restaurant were excellent. Exceptional service. I was suffering from laryngitis and the waitress suggested a hot toddy that really helped sooth my throat.

Enjoyed the stay overall. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. We had a nice view of the hill. Pool and hot tubs were great, although lack of seating/space but I guess to be expected to be over crowded on a long weekend. We stayed 3 nights, and at no point did the cleaning team come by to make beds or drop off towels even when I requested this. My biggest complaint was the door to our room was sooo jammed up, I could never open it. My husband or father in law literally had to body check the door to get in which was super inconvenient. We called and asked my maintenance to come by to have a look but yet again, no one came by. The funny thing is we checked out at 9:30am our final day and we got a phone call around 1pm from the hotel asking if we were still in the room because they couldn’t get in. I laughed and told them best of luck, and reminded them we asked for maintenance to look at the door but no one bothered showing up. Hopefully they get that door fixed for room 1411 before the next family arrives!!!

I will leave the reader to judge our experience. We stayed overnight June 13. We were hoping to sleep until 9 in preparation for another long day. We were awakened by a phone call at 7am sharp that cut off at 3 rings before we could answer. We had not requested a wake up call. At about 7:50 a noise like 2 chain saws (think VERY LOUD) started below our second floor balcony. This was two high power weed cutters. We called the front desk to request that these be stopped and were told they would see to it. After 20 minutes with no action I called and asked to speak with the manager who was not in. We traded calls and connected about a half hour later. Danielle was immediately comped our dinner room service of about $150. She also said she would check in with Expedia re a refund of our room cost. She went so far as to say it might take some time for us to see a refund via Expedia. The noise continued 2 hours. I called Expedia on June 16 to check if the hotel had initiated the refund. They had not. The Expedia agent called them and was told the hotel had already compensated us. They denied having promised a refund. I would swear in a court of law that the refund was promised as described. I have no trouble understanding conversations and do not lie. I'm not concerned with the cost or whether I might have settled for the comped meal only. I am very concerned that the hotel made a promise it didn't keep. And the noise was clearly unacceptable.

Staff accommodated our early check in request smoothly when we needed to arrive 2 days early. They also kindly brought us champagne and a stuffie to help my husband and I celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our daughter's 5th birthday. Overheight parking was available for our SUV and rooftop cargo box and concierge responded quickly to a few minor requests. The hotel is located right at the foot of the gondola and there are tons of fun activities on site and nearby. We were also upgraded from a one bedroom to a one bedroom and den and given a great rate. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location for skiing and access to the mountain. The only reason I marked the area lower was that there is a lot of building work going on around the hotel which was a bit noisy and definitely ruined the views Staff were all excellent and so helpful and friendly

The property is in a beautiful location with stunning views. Unfortunately, they constructing a huge building directly across the street that will blot out the views of all the rooms on the west side. Sad

Great location for a vacation

Not a lot of food choices and any of them close very early.

Got upgraded and was able to use underground parking with our Thule box on. Loved the gondola being steps out our door. One of the hot tubs was out of order but there were 2 more in the complex. Only 2 restaurants so dining options are limited but there are lots of options in town.

Stayed July 7th/8th. Lobby was beautiful. Room was nice but microwave was acting up and the walls didnt look washed in a while. Too bad for such a price. Also very limited food options and no general store. Also the liquor store is closed most of the week. Beds were great, view was great. If i stayed there again, i would inquire about these concerns before hand.

Very impressive, spacious suite with a balcony and great views over the valley. Didn’t have enough time to use the kitchen but this looked well equipped. Excellent pool, hot tub and gym available as well as three restaurants/cafes to choose from which made life easier after a day of long driving. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Sutton Place was a great place to stay! The spacious rooms and good room service options made my stay very comfortable. The mountain view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Really nice and well manage property close to the mountain. Food is a bit overpriced with not many options. New construction across the street did not impact the experience.

Had a great time! Staff wonderful, very relaxed vibe. Did all the activities and felt the price was quite reasonable. Accommodations, pool and hot tub area - all awesome! Drinks available for purchase at the pool was an added bonus. My ONLY complaint would be the food options. Burgers only at top of mountain, and we didn't enjoy them (I am sure they are great for others, personal preference), food truck was not open the time we were there so it was just the restaurant. We went into town to eat mostly. Overall though, excellent stay and will definitely return.

There was only one restaurant open and it was very busy. Our food took over an our to come. Other than that everything was great.
