Hampton Inn Moab is in easy walking distance of downtown on Main Street. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare with eggs, meat, waffles and fruit plus coffee, tea and juices. Room was quite spacious. The hallway was a little chilly but rooms were nice and warm. Didn’t use them but had a heated pool and hot tub. Only drawback was parking felt like it was limited and required a walk down the hill which I could imagine would have been an issue had the frozen precipitation shown up. Parking felt limited since there were multiple pickup truck or SUV/ trailers taking up multiple spaces in the upper lot. Other than parking it was a great location for our 3 night stay.

I upgraded to the studio and was delighted how spacious and well-designed it was. Really great shower with handheld option which I like and lots of pressure. Pool and spa were 1st rate. Only dislike was the very few rock hard and uncomfortable lounge chairs at the pool- almost like they knew they didn't have enough to go around if someone used for any period of time

We were able to walk to restaurants in the area safely. The pool and hot tub were outdoors, warm and very nice. It was just a short drive to Arches NP so very handy.

Property and room was beautiful. Breakfast was way better than most. Everything was clean. Wished the pool was inside as it was a little chilly during our stay and had little kids. Thankfully, the hot tub kept them warm and satisfied and I absolutely loved the fire pits.

Overall an ok hotel for an overnight stay but didn’t like getting into bed and pulling up the sheet and seeing my hand touching blood on the sheet didn’t sit well with me. It made me question how well they are cleaning the bedding or even the room. The front desk lady was great and came and changed all the bedding but she acted like it was an inconvenience to have to do this and wasn’t very apologetic about me having touched someone else’s blood on the sheets. Don’t think I would stay there again sadly because overall the room looked clean, the breakfast was good but the bedding situation really turned me off to staying here again.

This hotel is new and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and they have a nice hot breakfast with lots of choices. Great coffee! The staff is courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

The front staff was great. The room was just not very clean. There were toe nails on the bath floor corners and stuff all over the carpet like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No daily room service which I didn’t realize as no one said anything at check in. Overall not impressed and won’t stay here again.

No internet during my stay. Lady in the front said that they are in the middle of changing internet providers. I was unable to get Verizon signal either. There was a sketchy wifi available with “Hampton” in the name though. It was not provided by the hotel. Beware.

Great Location with Some Room Issues We stayed at the Hampton Inn during our Moab trip and found the location ideal for visiting the national parks and exploring downtown. We were upgraded to a larger handicapped-accessible room, which offered plenty of space for the two of us. However, the curtains and blinds were in poor condition—torn, ripped, and broken—and wouldn't open or close properly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent variety that made it well worth getting up for. The homemade chocolate chip cookies available in the evenings were a delightful touch that really enhanced our stay. One of the elevators was out of service during our visit, but overall, we had a pleasant experience at this three-star hotel.

The hotel is updated since we first stayed here nearly ten years ago, nice. -Room was comfortable, clean, well appointed. - Window is facing Highway and road/traffic noise was loud during evening, but reduced by the presence of multiple window panes; keeping hvac fan on continuously covered road noise during the night and we slept fine. - HVAC unit was quieter than most hotels, comfortable temp. -Mattress was comfortable. -Bed linen (top comforter/duvet cover (not bottom sheet or pillows) had very strong cologne odor not from laundry soap (cologne spilled on it? Strong enough to wake me during the night and made me worry that linens might not be clean), housekeeping changed bed linen on day asked to do so, fixing the problem. -Two days of 3 night stay required us to have keys reprogrammed when we came back to hotel after days activities and keys did not work. -Front hand railing along sidewalk uphill of main entry is rusted through and loose.

Our room was facing the street. 18-wheeler trucks use this road, the main street in Moab, all night long. Other than the trucks, cars motorcycles, ATV's all use this road. Unbelievable noise!

The stay was good. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Called ahead twice to confirm if I could do an early check in due to a work related event that I needed to online for. Was told it would be no problem but when I arrived the room was not ready. Front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest either. Don’t think she cracked a smile.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and room were clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint was there were never more than two staff, often just one on duty. In the evening I and other guests could not get service because the person on duty was doing something else. Housekeeping was every other day. These seem to be management issues.

We stayed for one night and it was great. Jean at the front desk was very helpful! The only negative that we had was the breakfast was rather subpar. Breakfast is from 6a-10a and we arrived around 9:30a. There was almost nothing left. Lesson learned, if you want breakfast, you should go earlier. The breakfast room was very clean though so that was nice. We would stay here again next time we are in Moab.

This Hampton was amazing! Green Chili sauce for breakfast! No other Hampton has green chili sauce. The room was large. The front staff was amazing with getting me a roll a bed and meeting my travel needs. They even had a brown paper bag full of snacks. I realize some Hampton have the snacks but the whole experience was greatly appreciated.
