Great swimming pools and splash park. Food plentiful and varied although did become a little ‘samey’after a few days. Good entertainment for all the family - by far the best member of the team was Goofy. His excitement and enthusiasm was infectious and he is a definite asset to this property!

Très bon séjour, Hôtel très grand et complet durant notre séjour, mais pas de sensation de trop de monde; La chambre était parfaite, avec un balcon une belle vue sur la mer, très propre, ménage quotidien, coffre fort, frigo, climatisation La restauration était de qualité pour un "all inculsive", avec des thématiques différentes à chaque repas, horaires très élargis donc pas de pression, nombreuses boissons comprises, ainsi que snack les après-midi, et la possibilité de manger dans le restau italien attenant un soir dans la semaine pour les séjours d'une semaine. Deux petits bémols: salle de restaurant assez bruyante, et on nous débarasse les assiettes très vite Le wifi était parfait. L'accueil et la réception très serviables, disponibles, à l'écoute; Une laverie sur place (payante) L'équipe d'animation au top: de nombreuses activités: piscine, aquagym, sport, billard, club enfant, toboggan, foot, beach volley, salle de gaming, un spectacle chaque soir....équipe très sympatique et dynamique Un petit bémol: manque une salle de sport avec des machines Au total: séjour au top!

Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais nous aurions du être mieux informe sur le descriptif .Cela nous aurais évité d'acheter les manquants que nous aurions pu amener . Nous sommes déçu de l’hôtel ainsi que du site hôtel.com qui ne précisé pas du tout la location des ustensiles de cuisine ce qui est la moindre chose pour un appartement.
