Access to the cottage is via a private garage, allowing you to safely park your car, as well as your bicycles and/or motorcycles. Upstairs, you'll find a pleasant, bright, and welcoming 25 m² living area, comprising a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor hood), a dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed (sleeps 2), internet access (Livebox), and a video projector for your relaxation. A hallway leads to a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, accessible by stairs, you'll be charmed by a spacious attic bedroom with exposed beams, furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and a TV. A sofa bed allows for a fifth person to sleep (for a child or teenager: €25 supplement per night). Our four-legged friends are welcome (€7 per night per pet). In the immediate vicinity, you can reach the Prenois race track in just a few minutes, the Cité de la Gastronomie (City of Gastronomy), and all the amenities you might need for your stay.
