Rude front office staff. We requested ground floor level room, due to physical constraints. Instead of answering with polite "no", the staff at the time of checkin showed cavalier attitude and used rude tone to deny the request. Agreed, not every guest can be accommodated, but there is always a polite way to articulate the challenges. As a senior citizen, it was little frustrating to deal with immatured "Gen-Z" staff. Management should train staff on how to respect a customer. That said, hotel was ok to stay. But will not stay again to avoid unpleasant experiemce

We checked out of our first hotel a day after arriving. We had such a horrible experience there. We found the Hampton Inn and thank goodness we did . This has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Worth every dollar. This is now our go to hotel when traveling. Thank you so much for the great hospitality and service.
