The hotel was not air conditioned. It was very warm unless we were in our room. It wasn’t very clean. The rooms were clean for the most part. The pool was not lit up at night so we really couldn’t swim. There were dirty toys and floats in the pool area. Basically it just isn’t being maintained the way it should be.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed at. I did my typical a room sweep when I checked and found razor blades on the floor between the bed frame and night stand, a dirty tissue between the matress and wall, and a half full watter bottle next to the second bed. The walls and doors of the hotel have a layer of filth coating them, there was an old used bandaid and trash in the elevator, and the pool was surrounded but people drinking from 5ths at 8 am. It looks like a half way house not a hotel.

The elevator stayed nasty for the 2 days we stayed. The room had webs on the wall and dirt under the sink counter. When we arrived, we had to request another bed spread because the one on was stained.

The windows don't lock which is unsafe for children. I had to replace my sheets, pillow cases, and comforter. The hallways are full of trash etc. I open the refrigerator and a half soda was left behind. The kids couldn't play in the pool because it wasn't clean. I just wasn't happy with my stay and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay either!😞

The staff are extremely friendly. We were on the 3rd floor. We checked in and after i paid i found our the hot tub is not working. That was the reason i chose this place. Came upstairs through elevator and it smelled so bad as doon as we stepped off. Not even sure what the smell is. Room and beds are little, just a heads up. Don't expect much for $110. The ppl are nice though. Hope the breakfast makes this worth it.

The room was dusty. The hot tub jets didn’t work as well as they put in chemicals at 4 o’clock in the afternoon so no one could use it for a few hours. There was no notification that there wouldn’t be breakfast that morning as expected and all we could get was sorry there was no breakfast.

Walked into our first room and the a/c unit was in the middle of the floor. Went downstairs got a new room and everything felt damp in the room. Even the carpet was damp. Trash up and down hallways and someone had urinated in the elevator

Walls were nasty, part of the wall peeling off, looked like mold behind the peeling areas, looked like mold around the light switch, visible water damage in all the drawers, among other places. Felt super nasty just being in there.

The worst place I have ever stayed. I had to check out two hours after checking in because the smell was unbearable. It almost smelled like a dead body. Later found dry blood on the toilet and on the bed. Room had not been cleaned. Restroom was filthy. Fridge had old food. The walls were stained and filthy. Bed frame stunk. Entire hotel was hot and musty because they like to keep AC off to save money. After requesting a refund it was denied by the manager. I had to go pay for another hotel elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T STAY HERE!

The room did not appear to have been vacuumed as there were small candy bar wrappers on floor and several napkins on the floor between bed and nightstand. Hotel appears older as shower drain had rust so I skipped shower. Toilet had something like dirt or rust flakes on seat, which wiped off easily but would not have been there if room was cleaned.

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Hallways were hot, rooms were dirty and not as advertised as far as how many people each room can sleep. Killed multiple roaches. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone in the future

The property is absolutely horrendous!!! Tried two rooms both had hair on the bed, one had black stains on the bed and the other had bugs on the bed. Very dirty everywhere!!! We left could not stay!!!

The hotel was very run down. We had a maintance person in the room we were given and could not use the sink for two hours. When we woke up in the morning the carpet was wet from the air conditioner along with a couple of our bags. I let the office know and they didn't seem to care. Our hotel floor also wreaked of pot.

Booked the last available room and had a late check in. Got here at 11:30 PM. Upon entering the room, the heat was on and set to 86. The floor around the AC was also wet. I turned it to cool and set it to 74 and it never came back on, even after turning it completely off and back on.

We had unexpected car trouble nearby and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our unexpected stay a pleasant one. We were able to secure late check out to coincide with the repair of our car. Thanks for making our travels more pleasant!

This property could use some refurbishing. the carpet in the room did not appear to be clean. Shower curtain in the bathroom was worn and did not stay in place. The cable on the TV did not work at first had to call housekeeping to fix. The location is very good right off the interstate and on a main highway.

I got there late. It was quiet. Grounds were not very clean, but maybe that's just scheduling. Interior was just the opposite - very clean and tidy. Free breakfast had a couple of welcome extras. Not a 5-star, but hard to complain. Room was clean, everything worked.

This hotel was ok.. the heater in the room kept up noise all night and needed to be replaced.. Tiolet kept running..very difficult to sleep..glad l only booked for one night..Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

This hotel has amazing staffs. I lodged in this hotel with my family for a short stay, but we love it. Our children loved it. In all, it was amazing, quiet, clean environment, good brakfast among others. We will definitely come back any time we visit Alabama.

For the price compared to saraland which is were i usually stay this hotel was not clean at all. Hair all over bed sheets beer bottle cap left from before and to top it off roaches on climbing on the wall at the breakfast room so nasty
