Disappointing experience. The pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use the pool. We had to switch rooms because the first room was 80 degrees and the AC didn’t work to cool it down.

Room was spotless. Gym was convenient and very clean. Air conditioning was very comfortable. Most of all the Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, funny, courteous. Just a pleasure!

Really clean and fairly updated for a 2 star hotel. Close to mystic shops and casinos… what they don’t tell you is that they close their pool when they get “really busy”. When I asked if I could be given a discount they denied the request… If I had known that prior to booking I would have stayed somewhere else honestly.

We enjoyed our stay here! Close enough to Misquamicut beach and Mystic which were our main areas of visiting. Breakfast was decent and well maintained. Wish there were more fresh options. (Eggs, sausage, etc.) My only real complaint was the pool. It was FREEZING. For an indoor pool, it should be heated. Seems like a waste getting no use. It also closes at 9pm, which was early for us as we were out until that time. We didn't use it unfortunately.

Great one-night stay. The hotel was clean, smelled fresh, and offered coffee/tea 24hours. Breakfast was typical for hotels with breakfast included- waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, breads, yogurt. The pool was not heated- it was very cold so we opted not to use it. The room and bathroom areas are spacious and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would definitely recommend

Room was very clean. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Very quiet the night we were there. Front desk staff both the gentleman in middle of night and the woman on Sunday morning both pleasant, welcoming, good sense of humor. Cleaning crew also very pleasant. This had to be one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever been in . Right when you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. Staff were very friendly . Pool was great!

Convenient location to Pawcatuck. The lobby was clean. The rooms appear clean: the carpet appeared clean and/or new. The floors in the bathroom floor was very sticky, and the bathroom brown tile had visible mold. The king-size be was so hard. Very uncomfortable. The down pillows were very flat. It was quiet there, the patrons were very respectful about the quiet hours.

Hotel is fine for sleeping and quick breakfast. There is a very strong mildew smell in the rooms and everything feels damp all of the time. Noise level was fine though.

My family and I have stayed here before. We like it, its in a great location for our travel needs ie. Foxwoods, Mystic Village, and Misquamicut. Clean and semi comfortable. Ammenities are good as well ie. pet friendly, wifi, pool, small work out area, rooms are well put together, and maid service. This time around we happened to be on the first floor we werent overly happy due to whom ever stayed above us was stomping on the floor and running around all night, and i mean all night from 9 p.m. past midnight, clearly not the hotels fault what so ever. It was just tough spending the weekend there with out much sleep!

Walls were very thin. The people in the room next to us had a great time all night long! Was woken up by a dog barking at 6am. Greasy handprint on the headboard that could have easily been cleaned with some furniture polish if the people cleaning had done a thorough job. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Refrigerator in room was loud and sounded like it was dying. We had to unplug it to try and sleep. Breakfast in the morning was nothing impressive very basic continental. Would not stay again.

I needed somewhere to stay because I was coming up from NJ for two nights to surprise my parents for their 50th anniversary. I work nights as an ER nurse, so finding somewhere to get quality sleep for those nights was my priority. I chose to stay at La Quinta because they advertised on Hotels.com, as well as on their own website, that they have “pillow top mattresses.” On top of needing quality sleep I also have back issues so all I cared about was the comfort of the bed. Well, that was a lie- there was no pillow top mattress. It was a hard, uncomfortable mattress that I could hardly sleep on. The first night I could only get about 3 hours of tossing and turning. I chose not to stay the second night and drove home at 11pm instead of sleeping in that awful mattress again, losing over $200 that I spent for the night. I thought about complaining to management and trying to get my money back but I was too exhausted. On top of the bed situation, the fire alarm in the hotel went off just as I was getting into the shower to get ready to surprise my parents for their 50th and I had to evacuate the hotel for 20 mins while the fire department cleared the hotel. This delay screwed up my family’s surprise. Needless to say, this stay was totally awful. I’ll never stay at La Quinta again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was very clean an had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, the bed/pillows were TERRIBLE!! We could not sleep...and missing out on a chance to sleep in without the kids was a huge disappointment. There also was a very loud room above us stomping around like a marching band.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No detail was missed. And the hotel staff offered us extra of everything. Such amazing service!! And the host was thoughtful, friendly and sweet. Michael greeted us at check in and was welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast attendant on Tuesday was very nice and said good morning to everyone as they sat down. And keep the area clean and stocked (coffee, milk, etc.) The breakfast attendant this morning, Wednesday didn't say anything to anyone. Unfortunate. Room was clean and beds were made each day! Will def stay again!

The two young men at the desk were great! Very helpful and police. Check in took 3 mins tops and check out 1 minute. Place was so clean and breakfast was delicious! Will stay again and trust me, if anyone writes any negatives, they are the issue not the staff. Place was spotless and comfy!!

My experience checking into this hotel was far from satisfactory. I inquired about the charges before paying, but was told they couldn't provide details until after my card was processed. Assuming the amount would match what I had seen on Hotel.com, I proceeded with the payment. To my surprise, the final charge was nearly double what I expected. When I expressed my concern and decided not to proceed with the room, I was informed that the payment was non-refundable. The lack of transparency regarding the upfront cost felt deceitful. Additionally, when I inquired about a military discount, I was told it wasn't possible due to full occupancy. Fortunately, Hotel.com was able to adjust the cost for me. This experience has significantly diminished my respect for La Quinta Inn, and I will not be using or recommending their services to any military members in the future.

So convenient to Mystic. Hotel was modern, clean and conveniently located. Gym was great, breakfast had many options. Staff was helpful with recommendations for dining and shopping. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Would definitely stay again if visiting the Mystic/Watch Hill area.

We stayed at this La Quinta on our way to Rhode Island. It's access to Route 95 was a major reason that we booked the reservation. Although the facility appeared to be crowded based on the parked cars, it was quiet and felt secure.

Have stayed at la Quinta prpprety in other states and they are all lovely. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Others we stayed in had better and more choices. Otherwise no complaints

Everything about the stay was great except for the breakfast that is offered. It was all microwavable food except for a waffle station and it was not what I expected. I stayed other La Quinta hotels where the breakfast was eggs, bacon sausage so that was my expectation, and I was surprised to see that this was premade breakfast sandwiches that needed to be microwaved.

Breakfast starts too late @ 7am. Coffe pot not adequate in room. The control for the air was broken on the wall. Other hotels leave complimentary water. At the price for this room there were not a lot of perks.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The elevator is a little wonky, so hold your coffee cup tightly. Doing check in online ahead of time made our late arrival very easy. The same with online checkout. The hotel was great value for money given how expensive other hotels in the area were. It was nice to see quiet hour signs posted around the hotel. Didn't use the gym, but it looked standard and fine. Included breakfast had a good variety of options. Grocery store and gas down the street and 20 minute drive to casino.

The pool was ice cold for an indoor pool, who h my children were very much excited about. Also it's unfortunate that breakfast is done by 9. Alot of people when traveling may sleep until 8-9. I think it should be considered in when choosing What time breakfast should begin and end. The bathroom seemed very outdated with dark brown tiles in the shower . Had to call and ask for additional blankets because there is barely a sheet as a comforter and would not keep anyone warm. Little disappointed in this specific La Quinta.
