Limpieza regular, cama no muy cómoda y mucho ruido, tanto de las habitaciones contiguas como de las tuberías al tirar de la cisterna. El desayuno para ser un hostal muy bien, y el personal del restaurante que nos recibió antes de poder hacer el check in encantadores.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado pero la habitación estándar está regular. Limpieza regular, cama no muy cómoda y mucho ruido, tanto de las habitaciones contiguas como de las tuberías al tirar de la cisterna. Location, location, location. This Hostal is centrally located with a magnificent position. Walkable distance to restaurants and bars, shopping and much more. The cathedral is only 70m away. I do have to mentioned that the is it not quiet place since the restaurant is opened till late and it does gets quite loud.

The hotel is very good for the price you pay. Decent breakfast that is served late. Also great location. We did not hear anything from the resturant downstairs in our room. Bit thin walls so we could hear the neighboring room. Room a bit dated, especially the bathroom had some lose tiles

I would like to thank to Monica at the front desk because she was very professional, kind and friendly when I needed it. Also, the lady of the breakfast was very kind , what a nice people I found in this place , they made me feel like home and this is something very important when you are traveling solo and very far from home. Definitely, I will recommend this place because it was very clean, very close to many attractions and the staff gave me a warm welcome . Quiero agradecer a Mónica, en la recepción, ella fue muy professional, amable y muy amigable cuando lo necesité. También, quiero agradecer a la señora del desayuno (la de las gafas) ella fue muy amable. Que gente para increible encontré en este lugar , quienes me hicieron sentir como en casa , algo que es muy importante cuando estás viajando sola y lejos de casa. Definitivamente, voy a recomendar este lugar, el cual estab muy limpio, muy cerca de varias atracciones turisticas y por los que trabajan ahi pues me dieron una calurosa bienvenida.

Antes que cualquier cosa debo decir que amo Avila. El Hostal nos encanto Muy amables en especial a la Dama de la limpieza Siempre estuvo pendiente de hacernos sentir bien. El lugar muy limpio, espacioso en fin muy agradable. Definitivamente la proxima vez regrese a Avila, alli llegare.

Hotel situado en una de las puertas de la entrada a Ávila por su muralla,El precio muy competitivo para ser agosto y la cama era súper cómoda, y el desayuno incluido en el precio bastante completo. como punto negativo al hotel destacaría la antigüedad de sus instalaciones y mobiliario... El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación parecía nuevo, pero cada 5 min durante toda la noche hacia un ruido bastante incómodo como de carga.

The hotel is very good for the price you pay. Decent breakfast that is served late. Also great location. We did not hear anything from the resturant downstairs in our room. Bit thin walls so we could hear the neighboring room. Room a bit dated, especially the bathroom had some lose tiles

O hotel é bem agradável. O quarto bem limpo, boas roupas de cama e banho.O café da manhã simples, porém bem satisfatório. Destaco a senhora que fica no café da manhã pela simpatia e gentileza. O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Foi bom!!

El alojamiento está bien ubicado pero deja mucho que desear la limpieza (pelos sábanas) y el estado de las instalaciones (viejas y anticuadas) (no hay ventilación). Desayuno muy básico.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado pero la habitación estándar está regular. Limpieza regular, cama no muy cómoda y mucho ruido, tanto de las habitaciones contiguas como de las tuberías al tirar de la cisterna. El desayuno para ser un hostal muy bien, y el personal del restaurante que nos recibió antes de poder hacer el check in encantadores.

I would like to thank to Monica at the front desk because she was very professional, kind and friendly when I needed it. Also, the lady of the breakfast was very kind , what a nice people I found in this place , they made me feel like home and this is something very important when you are traveling solo and very far from home. Definitely, I will recommend this place because it was very clean, very close to many attractions and the staff gave me a warm welcome . Quiero agradecer a Mónica, en la recepción, ella fue muy professional, amable y muy amigable cuando lo necesité. También, quiero agradecer a la señora del desayuno (la de las gafas) ella fue muy amable. Que gente para increible encontré en este lugar , quienes me hicieron sentir como en casa , algo que es muy importante cuando estás viajando sola y lejos de casa. Definitivamente, voy a recomendar este lugar, el cual estab muy limpio, muy cerca de varias atracciones turisticas y por los que trabajan ahi pues me dieron una calurosa bienvenida.

Quartos muito ruins para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. O check in às 16h é um absurdo. Havíamos viajado à noite estávamos muito cansados, mas no máximo anteciparam para as 15h30min. O café da manhã continental é muito, mas muito, simples. Pão, café e um copo de suco.

Hotel situado en una de las puertas de la entrada a Ávila por su muralla,El precio muy competitivo para ser agosto y la cama era súper cómoda, y el desayuno incluido en el precio bastante completo. como punto negativo al hotel destacaría la antigüedad de sus instalaciones y mobiliario... El aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación parecía nuevo, pero cada 5 min durante toda la noche hacia un ruido bastante incómodo como de carga.

We stayed for one night and I specifically asked for a double bed and when they saw myself and my wife (two women) arrive they obviously assumed that we were just friends and decided to put us in a room with two single beds. I went to ask how the assignation of rooms works and that I’d asked for a double room with a double bed (and paid extra for) and they told me they had no double rooms left although we were the first to check-in. There were various couples who’d arrived and checked in after us that I’m willing to bet received a double room! Absolutely disrespectful and frustrating. There was no possibility to put the beds together as they just slid apart and one was a different size and had a mattress as hard as a rock whilst the other sank when you lay on it. The cushions on the bed smelled like someone had rubbed their backside on them, and the shower was falling to bits. Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me and we are so disappointed in the treatment when we’d specified that we wanted a double room with double bed. The advertisement said that the twin rooms were low availability, not the double rooms!!!
