First, Why am I being charged additonal $70 along with the $82 deposit. My window screen was broken as if someone had tried to break in. Outside is not well kept, room is very outdated. Very sketchy people hanging around. When I call to the front desk the line just hangs up. I WILL NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH HOTELS.COM again shame for them even having this place. Pictures look nothing like the property!

We showed up for our reservation that was made MONTHS in advance. When we arrived they said it was a canceled reservation, which isn't what it showed on my account. They had us call Hotels to check on it, & hotels said it was still a valid reservation. They just wanted the higher price for the rooms then how much I was being charged when I booked, that's what I think.

Was clean except for under and around furniture needed dusting and a good wipe down. Bed was clean. Parking free. Air conditioning worked.

Room was clean, the air conditioner worked great, staff was very helpful. The only thing was my key did not work when I returned late night with my family. I went the office and the office was closed. I had to call the after hours phone number posted on the office door. Finally after 30 minutes a staff member came to the office a nd had to remagnetize the key card, only then I was made aware of how sensitive the key cards were. Keep the key cards away from cellphones. That was the only issue I had encountered.
