La Mattanza

On the booking it states there is a double room and a twin room with 2 beds. It turned out the second bedroom contained a small bunk bed and no room for anything else. I contacted the apartment and they were rude and didn’t listen to me when I was explaining what was on my booking. They just kept sending me pictures of Expedia showing some bunk beds (I did not book through Expedia or bunk beds) they said they wouldn’t do anything as there wear only 2 of us we should sleep in the double, I explained we were friends not a couple that’s why had booked the 2 bedrooms. They said it wasn’t their problem. On further inspection the kitchen was very dirty so I don’t believe it’s cleaned very well. There was no further contact from the apartment after they had my passport details and advised nothing could be done about the second room. I would NOT stay again or recommend.

Highly recommend staying at this property! The communication on WhatsApp before and during our stay was superb and both apartments were very spacious and clean.

Spacious, clean and fresh apartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Great location (near beach, city center and the ferries).

La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico. Appartamento basic, composto da ingresso, sala pranzo, cucinotto, bagno, camera matrimoniale molto grande e una stanzetta con letto a castello. Per le nostre esigenze è andata benissimo. A noi serviva come appoggio per un evento nazionale. Il proprietario Aldo, molto disponibile, ci ha anche prenotato un trasfer dall'aeroporto Florio al B&B. Nel nostro prossimo viaggio, torneremo di sicuro in questa struttura. Appena si esce, ci si trova nella via principale di Trapani. Lo consiglio.
