Quality Inn Andrews

We didnt have power our entire stay, there is no generater at this hotel so there was no accommodations. We had no money returned to us, the hotel is nice but what does that matter if you cant take a shower, watch the tv, heat food, or anything else. 2/10 experience

The only reason I have it a poor rating is because the power was out due to storms. From 7pm til we checked out we had No ac. We had no hot water. We had no ice. Roomwas clean. Staff was great. No breakfast yet except muffins and cereal because they were unable to cook. It's been nice if they had offered free stay at one of their other hotels but we paid full price for half the services. If it had not been for the outage it would have got an excellent rating from me

Great pool - outdoor area is also pretty with a gazebo to eat under and a picnic table. Breakfast is just OK but the rooms are clean and nice. It may be only eight or 9 miles as the crow flies from Robbinsville but it’s a pretty long drive along twisty roads. they are beautiful, but it takes a while to get here.

When we arrived back to the Inn. The place was completely dark. No outdoor lights were on. The cable TV didn’t work. There were stains on sheets, ripped/torn/holes. When we went to check out the lady wasn’t very pleasant because her electricity wasn’t working properly. Limited choice of breakfast options than usual because equipment wasn’t working. It definitely wasn’t even worth the $95 I paid for the night. I will not return.

One of the few "economy" hotels with a really nice pool out back on a sweeping lawn. Rooms are clean, laundry room is also clean. I've stayed here on multiple trips

We have stayed here a few times over the last two years, it has always been nice but they are doing upgrades now (6/24) that are nice. Nice beds and pillows; fixtures that work, it is a nice stay. Breakfast is meager, few choices.

Convenient to the Andrew’s rail cart. Breakfast consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, link sausages, muffins, bagels, cereals, oj & apple juice, coffee. We stayed in a room that had not been renovated yet. They are in the process and of updating. Nice pool, fridge & microwave. Very friendly staff at the grin desk. Live music next door.

There was construction in the room next door. We are an older couple staying for 2 nights after a 3 day drive. We would like to have been able to sleep in. That didn't happen because of all the noise. The outside hallways were cluttered wiyh furniture etc from the rooms they were working on.

There was a storm on the Saturday afternoon when we there and the lights went out. NO ONE from the desk checked in with us!! Finally went to front desk at 12 AM. Said power was to be on about 230 AM. Went back to room and discovered other rooms had AC! Discovered in our room that some of the outlets were actually working while others weren’t. Front desk tried to blame on power company. Sounds like faulty wiring to me!!! Left at 730 AM and still no power.

Nice location. Hotel could use a few cosmetic touches.

The fronk desk girl was very helpful. The only problem was ants in the bathroom and a smelly shower curtain.

There was a strong mildew smell coming from the AC unit and the room was full of fruit flies and nats. We asked for another room, but I was told there wasn’t one, so we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere to find a better room and was denied a refund.

The room could have been cleaner.

I liked the location of the property (it was easy to find) and the friendliness of the staff. Check in was quick and easy. My complaints involve the condition of our room and the lack of adequate supplies for breakfast when we went in at 8:00 a.m. Our room smelled of mildew or mold from the time we entered until we left. We put the a/c fan on high thinking that would alleviate the problem, but it did not. There was some mold around the base of the tub and there were dirty areas on the inside of the entry door and on the walls in several places. The base of the tub did not look clean. I usually take a bath, but opted for a shower instead, as I did not want to have contact with the bottom of the tub. For breakfast there was no waffle batter left, no orange juice, no protein foods, no spoons when we arrived at 8:00 a.m. I went to the front desk and asked about getting some replenishments, and the desk person did come in to replace spoons. She also arranged for a staff member to go out and purchase frozen pancakes as there apparently was no more waffle batter. That was good customer service on her part, but I think better customer service would have been to have sufficient supplies ahead of time so the people wanting breakfast would not have had to wait for so long to get the promised breakfast supplies.

The walls are thin. We could hear conversations in rooms next to us and footsteps above. Queen beds only (we prefer King). Found a bug on counter in bathroom but thankfully only one.

The coffee pot in the room is very small and needs to be bigger. I loved having the microwave and frig in the room !!!!!!! Beds were very comfortable !

Very dated and tired.

It’s definitely due for a facelift. Biggest issue was the seal of the door. Gave easy access to flying insects in and out of the room.

Desk clerks both check in and check out were top notch. Room was decent. Biggest issues were the bathroom was dirty, had bugs and someone's used soap out, my room was poolside and the screaming and music went on well past 10 pm and while this isn't on the facility there was apparently some parties going on because I had drunks bounce off my door a few times.

Check-in was great and so was the staff The room was kind of old and ragged. One of the hand towels hanging for used look like it had been used to soak up urine and the bathroom smells as if someone had Peed all in the floor and left it

This is a convenient hotel located in the mountains. Have stayed here many times. Recently renovated the rooms.

The staff were very friendly, when I was looking for some decaf coffee at night, she led me into the cafeteria to get some coffee. The location was great, just right off the highway for our passing through stop. The surrounding was very quiet, clean and well kept. The room is good size. The bedding was clean, but the sofa has a slight rip (which we didn't use) the fan was a little loud during the night, otherwise it workef well. The bathtub was not very clean, I noticed other people's hair still sticking on the wall tiles.

The stay was absolutely uneventful. That’s about the best you can hope for at a hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. There was a good breakfast selection as well. It was my second stay at this particular hotel and both stays were great. Is it a Cambria or Westin, no. But for a comfortable quiet place with great staff and low rates, I’ll always choose this one.

Very convenient, excellent friendly customer service, went out of her way to help me locate places to eat in the Murphy area. Cost of the room was comparable or better than other hotels/motels in the are.

Got locked out of my room in the morning to grab shampoo since there wasn’t any and no one was at the front desk. Walked around the entire property looking for anyone since the water was running and finally found someone after 30 minutes had past. Check it was at 11 and it was 8:30am. I was also bitten by something on my arm in the night and even though it was a non smoking room that had a plastic bag over the smoke detector and it clearly smelled of weed.

The hotel was far below the standard it states. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and our AC was broken. When we asked for another room, they told us they didn’t have any and they would try to fix the AC but they never did. We went to the office to cancel our stay and they said they would refund us, but they never refunded our money. We called twice to speak to the manager and they hung up on us with a nasty attitude. We have now called corporate and are disputing the charge. I would not recommend this stay!

It’s about the only place to stay in the area. Not much to say but it’s ok and a good location. Easy access to the highway. Nothing exceptional

Just stayed for a quick over-night after a day of white-water rafting. It is an older hotel and shows some age. Breakfast is very basic. But with that being said, beds were clean and comfortable. The minimal service I needed was pleasant and effective. The location is very convenient if you are in the area for running white-water on the Nantahala river. Price at the time I feel was high for the hotel. But it was convenient and there aren't a ton of options in the area.

The service was great but we had continuous barking dogs in the nearby hotel room. The breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating.

This is in a small community that is struggling economically. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt as a two star property, it was average. Rooms clean and comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast was lacking in choices.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had.

The AC was rattling and was not fixed after requesting it be looked at. The room floor was dirty. The tub had a bug in it. One day the breakfast was not replenished. Coffee was not very good, in the room or main lobby.
