The coffee machine in our room was blocked with limescale. Useless. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The toilet brush was missing. No air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, the bathroom and the room were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was cold. The food was not fresh, just from the freezer. For a four-star hotel, this was very poor. Personal friendly.

Nice place, noce room, noce food. Only trouble is noise from the function suite when there is a function on. So watch out at weekends.
