I had a pleasant stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant and bar, where the live music was a highlight. However, one area that could be improved is the customer service. Unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe, there didn’t seem to be much of a focus on warm greetings or friendliness toward guests. We were looking for a 24-hour desk because we weren’t sure when we would arrive. Check in was quick and easy. We were somewhat mystified by the gate when we drove in. You need a code to leave the lot and the code is posted everywhere. The room was huge with a large walk through closet and plenty of seating. Everything we needed was there, hot water kettle, coffee annd tea, and a safe. The kettle didn’t work but this was fixed after I told the desk. Bottled water was provided. There was a gas station nearby and the hotel was near the highway but very quiet. Breakfast had a lot of choices, although with a gluten free, dairy free diet, choices were limited. There was gf bread and a separate toaster but on the second day, there was no bread at all. I would recommend this hotel; we didn’t use the facilities but this is closer to what we’re used to.

This is a clean and well run property. The room was adequately sized, and the be was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The Circle K convenience store and Subway inside it are good options within easy walking distance for sundries and as an alternative to the restaurant. I would have like for them to have an exercise room.

Restaurant very poor, room windows allow road noise in. Duringvmy stay there was a power cut and 36 hoirs later some services are still not back on line. I will not be staying here again.

Stayed at hotel as a good location for Funtasia waterpark in Drogheda. Only 12 mins away so great spot. The hotel is off the motorway with nothing else close by. If you want an evening meal you will either eating the hotel or drive into town. Nothing walkable. We had three people with special dietary needs and all we're pleased with their evening meal which is a rare occurrence!! Hotel is clean, modern and staff helpful. My only concern was the air conditioning. Our room was very hot as the AC didn't work. We were on the motorway side of the hotel so lots of car noise with the windows ajar. Top tip....make sure you get a room facing the car park rather than the motorway and check your AC works as soon as you check in.

Paid for breakfast without realising that flight was in the morning, one was flying out another missed breakfast and got no refund althought staff thought they were being helpful by calling in manager on request to have linch instead he them said breakfast isnt transferable to lunch and they can not issue out a refund. Thats when i asked about a discount and was given a business card and told to email next time i decide to stay at the hotel again, which is when i then asked how he will know its me and he said he'll tell by email and he'll remember. Would of rather had refubd or had lunch instead. Mind u that 2 x 12euro thats 24euros

I have stayed here a few times because it is very affordable and the rooms are very nice. It is a bit north of Dublin but you can use a rental car or bus into the city center. It is a great place to go to DUB airport.

Hotel is fine however not near anything else. All was ok however a very rowdy bunch outside the hotel caroused all night and pretty much kept everyone awake. I don’t think they were asked once to keep it down. Fine if you in to sleep and leave as ok for airport.

The hotel was pleasant but not exceptional. The exterior of the hotel could use some minor renovations. The front desk receptionist I spoke with when checking in had no personality and was not friendly. The restaurant was very lively and the waiters/waitresses were attentive, but the food was mediocre. I ordered a Bailey’s coffee and it took 3 attempts for them to finally prepare it correctly. Our original waitress I placed the drink order with prepared me an Irish Coffee (which uses whiskey), instead of the Bailey’s one I asked for. We flagged down a supervisor and requested it be remade; she admitted that the drink did not look correct as well. It took 2 more attempts of remaking to receive the correct drink. I ordered a burger meal, which the patty was absolutely flavorless and the fries had no seasoning at all. I had to flag another waitress down to request sauces. There were no sauces on the tables and when they take your order, they do not bother to ask if you need any nor do they offer any napkins; we had to ask. My fiancé ordered a pizza which was primarily thick greasy cheese and hardly any sauce, it was like just eating straight cheese. My mother ordered the seafood chowder, which was all seafood chunks and almost no soup.
