No supplies in the kitchen and you do not get a real breakfast. It’s grab and go. Weak coffee no OJ and some packs of instant oatmeal and small bland packaged muffins. I would not call that including breakfast Room needs a lot of updating. Although clean, everything looks like it’s falling apart. No real blankets.

At least we had a place to stay during busy holiday season. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the first hotel i booked. Upon check in, i was not already assigned a room, when the front desk clerk gave me a key, i went to the room and it was trashed, table upside down, dirty dishes, unmade bed. The staff at this hotel werr rude, never smiled and i was at one point by the evening front desk person, after reporting water in the elevator that finding the issue was not in her job description to find out the issue. We never received room service for being there 14 days. I have never stayed at a hotel where the guest had to change their own linens, take out trash and vaccume. My daughter and i changed our linens, my daughtet to trash to a "trash room" which was smelly and over flowing, the outside doors of our refrigerator was spotted was rust, we found old takr out bags of food under the bed. There was no hair dryer in the room, the duvet cover was very thin, was suitable for summer. When i asked for dishes, we also got a blanket that was tied up in a trash bag. Our bathroom was never cleaned during the entire stay. We had to do laundry, when i asked if they have detergent vending machines. I was told no to do a wal mart order. At night there was someone that sound as if they were moving furniture around in one of the other rooms, all night long, and running up and down the hallway. I dont understand how expidea list such hotels for guest to stay.

We have stayed at other Extended Stay properties but this was the worst by far! Dingy, very old, not updated in what seems like years or even decades, no utensils in the room (have to go ask the reception for even simple things like plates, spoons).

It was nice. I appreciate them accepting pets.

As I walked in to check in there was a man who looked to be intoxicated sleeping in the lobby, the walk from the lobby to my room smelt of a horrible odor and cigarettes, I booked a double queen and received a double twin. The shower partially worked when turned on water came out of the bathtub faucet as well as the shower head. The kitchen didn’t have any silverware or condiments to accommodate us . The unit for the heat only pushed out cold air.

Great staff.. the cleanliness is outstanding. You can cook your own things inside the hotel room which is amazing, you have your very own full size fridge, stove and cupboards. They will provide you with a kitchen kit. All in all an amazing hotel.

The lights in the elevator were out so it was pitch black. There was a giant hole in the wall in our room. The fire alarms kept going off. I’ll never book here again.

The parking lot was dirty with garbage all around.... The room was clean and comfortable. The stove only had one burner working. Only one roll away bed in the building. Also no map of the building and where things were.... Had to walk around to find stuff. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

The room had roaches in it.

Property looked nice, came to check in and they didn’t even have the room I originally booked. In our room there were a few roaches , pull out couch was broken and dirty !!

Wreaked of pot smoke inside the lobby. Wreaked of garbage smell throughout the whole building. Never, ever stay at this place. I would not put my dog in this place!!

There is a smell in the building. There was trash left by doors that was in the hallway from when we checked in around 4pm until the next day around the same time still sitting in hallway. The walls are stained. Our bathroom was not cleaned before our stay because we found hair on the curtains and floor of tub. And even the “clean” towels had either facial hair or pubic hair in them. And some around the sink/counter. Microwave was gross. When the AC turned on, a smell came out of it. We were close to getting a different hotel. Overall we weren’t happy with our stay.

The room was filthy and smelled like mildew, bathroom disgusting! Sheets weren’t washed properly because I woke up with bug bites all over my skin.

My room was smelling like Weed . Hard times breathe very terrible experience.

The property smells awful but besides this being inside the room was quite and if you’re there for a little bit the windows open help the smell dissipate but the property has just a horrendous smell of cigarettes it’s awful. They don’t have security guards that patrol the floors and they mix the floor with smoking only rooms and the front lobby wreaks of cigarettes.

Room was filthy, there was a blood stain on the carpet, counters were gross, mold in the sink, sink leaked, shower was disgusting,there was piss in the elevator, Stevie Wonder could have done a better job cleaning it. Staff was rude, sat there for 10 minutes waiting to check in while the woman behind the counter sat on her phone. I wouldn’t stay at this place again even if you paid me to.

When we arrived to the room there were both dead and alive cockroaches on the refrigerator and countertops. The room had a terrible odor to it and there were two random dirty knives sitting on a countertop next to dead roaches. The towels also had brown stain marks on it. We immediately left and did not spend the night.

This property was absolutely horrible. It smelled extremely horrible. The first room they gave me. I had to request a new room due to the overpowering smell of dog urine and feces which rained throughout the entire building. The staff did accommodate me with a new room, but kept me on the same floor and the smell was unbearable. I tried my hardest to enjoy my stay, but I found that I spent as much time outside of the hotel as possible I would not recommend this to my worst enemy unless you’re a dog lover and you like the smell of animals who are not housebroken I would not suggest you stay here

No reliable heat on a February night of temps below freezing--no blanket on bed; no blankets available; no communication by phone to front desk--had to go down there and heat problem still not resolved. We were told that heat would turn off when there was no movement in room--like when sleeping! We slept in our clothes. Clearly cost cutting efforts are adversely affecting service. We emphatically do NOT recommend this hotel! There were other problems too (e.g. phone not working)but lack of heat the worst

Location was very quiet. Thats a plus. The bath have no stop in the battom. And water can seen settled in the hole.

The room i booked was switched without my consent. I had no shower curtain.

Room wasn’t super clean but it was good enough. Two lamps did not work and the room phone was broken. Had to screw in the coax for cable myself

Nice person at front desk. Had to change first room. Property needs some updating. Very noisy floor above my room.

Kitchen is unique and make a lot of sense for long-term visitors. But the upkeep of the property i very poor. Bathroom is terrable with the drain and no cover

Close to numerous restaurants, a grocery store and a CVS. It is also right off the highway. The owners and staff are very friendly and caring people and make sure to take of you if you need anything. Great stay!

Reception staff are not good with customers she is in the bad mood and sad face when we are asking

The female at the front desk was very rude after requesting a new room due to unsatisfactory and uncleanliness, she began to get rude and upset and told me she’s not going to give me a new room until I talk to her how she wants to .i was recording the situation , and she then assaulted me by hitting my hand and my phone fell out , my girlfriend and dog was uncomfortable and police may potentially be called

Hotel location was convenient. Room and facility fine. Check-in was extremely slow and confusing. Clerk was answering phone calls and working on the computer for about fifteen minutes while we stood there after giving our name for the reservation. We were offered two rooms with " single beds" because our reserved room with two double beds was unavailable. We ended up with a room with one queen.

This property cancelled my reservation on the same day and insisted they called me yet I did not have any missed calls or voicemail from them. When I asked the front desk person what I should do given that this was the homecoming weekend for RU and it was difficult to get a replacement room elsewhere or the price would be at least double the price of my weeks-early reservation, the employee just repeated that they were overbooked. Expedia-i have never, in my years of using your service, experienced this unprofessionalism from your hotel partners. Drop this partner! It's the most awful experience I have ever had in my many travels!

Wonderful front desk staff and general mgr

We got to the hotel late after a concert. It was overbooked and we did not get a room. We were forced to drive home late at night which wasn’t planned for.

I like that it was easy to find this hotel and it was in a very quite and secure area, the unique thing about this place is it is 1 minute away from a shopping plaza with resturants. The front desk staff was nice and this hotel was very quite. I didnt like that once you enter it smell like cigarettes and the hallways smells like it as well. My room was very clean and comfortable. My room did not smell like cigarettes and the reason i say this is because even though its a none smaoking room i was very skeptical of how the room will smell because of how the elevator and hallways smell like cigarettes.

The hotel was close to the places I needed to travel to in the area. The room was nice, and the front desk staff was helpful. The hallways really needed more cleaning. Good for the price.

We had to face unauthorized and intimidating people on the parking lot when my family with 2 little kids returned from Newark / NY around 11 PM on Saturday night (07/15). That person was constantly around our car looking for stealing something. Property owner should work with police to do something about it.

The room had no air conditioning and it was hair all in the shower. My boyfriend through he even heard someone in the room with us 😭went outside to smoke and some guy randomly walked up on us being weird. I will NEVER stay here again

The surrounding area and building itself was quite attractive. Howrver the room experience was unpleasant and disappointing. There was no housekeeping..be prepared to remove your own garbage and bring your dirty towels downstairs to be changed. I also had to request a shower curtain and amenities old. The complimentary breakfast was unsatisfying. I have never experienced such inadequacies at s hotel before and the staff and management should attend to these matters. Thanks.

We lodged in this hotel for 3 nights, from April 26 to April 29th. Myself and family with friends went for a birthday party and wanted to stay in one location. It’s suppose to be a non smoking rooms but the rooms smelt smoke. The service was very poor, the housekeeper will not clean nor change linen unless you are staying for 7days. I asked for extra towel the next day from the housekeeper who was cleaning up the room next to mine. She told me to go downstairs to the front desk if I want extra towel and her cart was full of towels. Most of the sink in the rooms wasn’t flowing. They had grab to go breakfast and the only items they provided for breakfast was chocolate and blueberry muffins, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate. I will not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay. If you really don’t care about where to stay then you can go there. This place is crappy. I usually don’t write reviews, am usually a kind of person who can stay anywhere and don’t complain but this was a write off.

Unfortunately the quality of the room and the hotel itself leaves little to be desired. The room and hotel is quite worn. What’s more is the odor that permeates the hallway when you step off the elevator. The room is slightly better. There is obvious wear and tear throughout the room; dust and stains apparent. The coffee/breakfast service offered is lacking as well. Luckily most of my time was spent away from the hotel otherwise I would have checked out immediately.
