Nice facility, well maintained and clean, beautifully decorated for the season. Enjoyed staying there. Complimentary coffee in high quality machines is superb! Add on complimentary fresh fruits and bottled water are great. In the parking area complimentary EV Chargers are super helpful for those driving EVs like me! Much appreciated.

Perfect stay for a small bachelorette celebration. Was able to get early check in and enjoy the pool. Room was comfortable and clean... note to self, do not accept an adjoining room.. we could hear everything next door. Fire pit with complimentary s'mores was relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed our massages and amenities at the Spa! Great weekend getaway!!

Pros- Very modern updated property with pool, health club and tennis courts, friendly staff and convenient to other places nearby- Cons- It is a resort with a pool that closes well before sunset in the Summer and an indoor pool that closes at 8pm. No mini fridge in room for own drinks/snacks to stay cold. Rooms that adjoin are like being at home with family or noisy kids next door. The adjoining door is not sound proof to hear the next room. Booking through expedia will get you the customary room with no view or overlooking a roof top.

I liked everything about this property. From the front door - valet parking; even though we didn’t use it, the valet workers still came to the car to assist us with our belongings. We received a smile and welcome from everyone! The reception staff were excellent. They took the time to explain the ginormous grounds, dinner, spa, store, etc. Our room was comfy-cozy and clean. Although there was a golf course, tennis court, clubhouse, movie theater, and various other activities, we chose a couples massage. And, oh, we were in for a treat! The halls were decorated for Christmas and the ambiance was glowing. We will definitely return here for another amazing relaxing weekend. We booked and stayed in a king size room. And we had a view of the golf course. It was clean and the bed was comfy. The coffee maker was top notch. It served Lavazza! We had a fridge but no microwave. But that was ok for our stay. If i had a longer stay i would have wanted a microwave as the last room service for food is 10 pm. I cannot rave enough about the staff and how accommodating they were. Customer service/care always makes or breaks your stay and it made ours!!!

The property was beautiful, clean, and had very friendly staff. The amenities were great, including an amazing gym and excellent restaurants. However, due to it being a holiday weekend, we had to make reservations for the indoor and outdoor pools, which we couldn’t enjoy. We were also told that the sauna was free to use, but it was also reservation-based and required purchasing a spa amenity. That was the only downside. Overall, it was a great place for our staycation.

Spa was great. They did not clean the bathroom as used contacts were on ghe sink and floor. Everything else seemed clean though. Service was great. Id return but just ask for my bathroom to be clean when i arrive.

We stayed for two nights on July 3-5. The staff is excellent as the place is well-staffed and they are very courteous. Clearly the place is dated. The corners of the common areas, thresholds and rooms have built up dirt and generally in poor condition. We found left-over articles in our bathroom under the sink and the fixture that holds the shampoo, etc. fell off the wall. The TV is nice, the view is nice, and there are four pools to choose. The resort at the pools is very poorly staffed. There was a girl named Leah that was running all over trying to service victually the whole adult pool. I probably will not stay again until I hear the pool service is staffed and they deep clean the hotel.

We had high expectations for our stay based on the property's website. I felt like the property was fairly dated in person. Our room wasn't super clean (there was a smear of something on the bedskirt that was off putting). But, the property was beautiful, the view from our room was nice and it was a fine place to stay for 1 night. Lots of dining options within driving distance.

The property was very lovely. Rooms were quite nice besides upon looking closely you’ll see that they do not clean all that well. Pulled back the curtains to the windows to find don’t know how but a pieces of long hair stuck to the window and dust and dirt in areas of the room. Quite shocked that it is a resort but you have to pay to park? For the price you are paying you would think it would be included. Also food was good at the restaurants and the bar had great drinks. Service was great. Something that rubbed me the wrong way but I understand was a service member they do not offer rates if you stay on Friday or Saturdays nights. I understand since that is their busier time and that’s where they make the most money. Overall that is why I put three stars.

The resort is beautiful and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that led to a mediocre review. The biggest issue for us was that the main opened our door when we had the do not disturb sign on. This happened not once, but twice. We told the front desk and they apologized but to us, this is a critical mistake when you think you have privacy and it is invaded. Secondly, when we flushed the toilet, there was a loud screeching sound. We are older and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and we woke each other up. We booked and paid for a room with a king bed but when we checked in only a double was available, and we were not offered a lower price. I was attending a board retreat for three days and there were many weird noises coming from the ceiling in the room that distracted us from the business at hand. The hotel really needs to do something about the plumbing resort wide.

The hotel room was in need of a refresh. Althought the bed and bathroom linens were lovely, corners on the chairs were worn, the toilet made a groaning noise after flushing and the room safe didn't work (it was locked in the open position and we couldn't reset it). The common areas seemed fine.

I think it was a great place to stay. I do want to say the pools close earlier than any other hotel we’ve stayed at this summer (which is a lot because we do travel sports). Also the full sized beds in the double bed rooms is a real bummer. We switched to a much cheaper hotel for the last two nights of our trip and the beds were queens and so much more comfortable space wise. Also watch the charges on your bills at the pool. Some of the people in our party were charged for adult drinks instead of the alcohol free kids versions which added a lot to their tab.

My wife and I are repeat visitors mainly for the pool facilities. While our overall experience has been very positive our latest visit was checkered. We were given a room on the same floor as wedding party guests which was quite loud after I explicitly asked for a nonadjoining room because we are sensitive to noise. And at checkout I called several times to checkout but my calls went unanswered. So I then tried to check out via the tv option but that was unsuccessful. My last option was to stand in line to check out so overall I wasted 20 minutes for a process that should normally take 30 seconds. While these latest experiences were unfortunate I only raise them as teaching points so that improvements in efficiencies are hopefully implemented. These are easy fixes such as put guests who want peace and quiet and are paying a great deal of money on a peaceful floor away from a wedding party. Thank you

Celebrating 35th anniversary. Staff was very gracious and friendly and accommodating. Upgraded our room upon arrival. Great view over the golf course. Made our stay very enjoyable. We would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks!

Snoozy and snobby with the grounds of a place Britney would be sent to for rest. My 2 friends a I (female, 40s) came for a 2 day stay ahead of our high school reunion. We flew in and were looking forward to a resort stay. Instead, we ended up humiliated. I asked where the 2nd bar was, and was told "there is a dress code." Mind you, I was wearing jeans and a green cardigan. My friends were in t-shirts, one in yoga pants, jeans. My friend in yoga pants had just landed and offered to go get a dress from her luggage. The front desk guy said "well you can TRY to get in." Every other guest in this place was wearing yoga pants and golf wear. We get to the bar and the hostess says, sure sit anywhere. Well, we sit at a table, and she comes back and tells us to move because its for "members only." Then why did you tell us to sit anywhere? Fine, we moved and had a couple of drinks. We notice the other bar now has tons of people there and a fire going outside and a nice employee dropped us off outside via golf cart. We go up to the bar and see that it's a conference because everyone is wearing badges. Some guy asks me if "I'm with their company" being cheeky, I said "I could be!" Not amused. We stand next to the bar & decide where to go next - & the guy says "If you girls want a drink, you can go up to the PUBLIC bar." My friend says no reason to be mean. We go to the bar where plebs are welcome, and are told the manager said not to serve us. We are paying guests!!!

I always enjoy my stays at this property. I usually stay a couple times a year. Most staff is very nice, but maybe the store staff could be a bit friendlier when not purchasing items but asking for things such as a cup, etc…one older lady was not as pleasant when i came in for that.

We arrived early and wanted to just walk around. The person at the door said to check our room may be ready. It was. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The property was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved our stay. Would love to stay longer next time.

For charging a resort fee, they need more staff, more attentive staff, and increase amenity accessibility in terms of hours available. E.g. being able to have drinks or food delivered to you in many areas if the hotel or on property, having better food quality in general (sub-par for this level of establishment, all the same menu in 3 different "restaurants", no diverse menu options, and the wait staff not attentive and/or not enough to go around), ability to have food delivered to your room after 8 pm, etc. Dont know if its the downturn in service indistry since air bnb or covid, but they used to have more flexibilty/options and have a "resort feel". Lots of tables and big trays in the lower levels near meetings roo. Full of dishes and food for a ling time. My guess is they dont have enough staff flr when a business and a wedding book the same weekend. Need better/slightly more obvious signage inside/outside building and non-misleading maps about the resort grohnds. Most food options on the menus at their restaurants were "out." Couldnt get a basic turkey club or a brischetta salad. The staff that was there was very kind and friendly though. They need reinforcements.

Great local weekend getaway- we just timed it poorly with the lifeguards not being as available so there were less pool open. Food was ok but hours were not updated on the website and the restaurants wouldn’t always pickup their phones when they were open so I had to call the very helpful front desk. Spa was excellent!

The tavern closed too early on Saturday night. There were more than enough guests in attendance to justify staying open. We were notified of last call at 11:30 which required us to take our business off the resort and this was inconvenient as a Lansdowne over night guest.

We had a great stay and excellent bday connect Coton & Rye. Pete the manager and Morgan the waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our large family with 5 children including 3 two year olds. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible.
