Lovely hotel with amazing food and staff. Downside - property has only around 10 parking spaces which were always full. We had to park in a ‘caravan’ carpark down the road which didn’t instil too much confidence…

A comida é excelente, mas o hotel é afastado de tudo, se estiver sem carro se prepara que o táxi não é barato. A piscina fica lotada e não tem acesso a praia, não dá pra usar, pedras, água suja cheia de algas. Tentamos um upgrade ao acesso prestige mas não fomos atendidas. No quarto não tem cafeteira mas a água é a vontade.

The hotel itself has great qualities the main one being their staff from cleaners, maintenance kitchen, waiters, spa, bar staff and management. Lovely room bright airy comfortable we ended up in the 5th floor. Food was typical of all inclusive nice dining area is presented and well managed. We had the use of roof top pool it was lovely only down side no toilets have to drop down a floor. The gardens and pool areas are well maintained. What let this down for us was constant building works in front and back of the hotel. A lot going on and staff do work hard but doesn’t take away from no communication in relation to the construction if we had known I would have cancelled. Maybe in two years we will return.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal und einer angenehmen Stimmung und sehr gutem Essen . Der Star Prestige Bereich war sehr angenehm , einzig gab es teilweise zu wenig Liegen für alle.

Hotel en lui meme, exterieur, piscine et son personnel, tres bien. Petit dejeuner et demi pension, c est bien, plutot bon. La climatisation est générale et se declenche qu a une certaine température, donc a mi saison si vous etes cote Soleil (piscine) la chambre chauffe vite. Le personnel a essaye de trouver une solution avec un ventilateur mais c est pas le meme confort, efficacite ou bruit. Un hotel de ce type pourrait avoir la possibilite de definir les zones qui peuvent avoir du chaud et d autre du froid. Il est situe en bord de mer mais il est excentré par rapport au centre-ville. Il faut soit prendre un moyen de transport soit 45 minutes a pied. Pour le parking, un terrain gratuit est disponible a proximite, attention, selon les voitures le bas de caisse peut toucher en entrant et sortant.

My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals would also be a great addition. Overall, an okay stay with great service just a few things that could be improved.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food even though buffet style was everyday themed and different and more importantly well prepared. The spa gave my wife one her best massages ever and needs to be recognised (ask for Manu). I could go on ad infinitum, needless to say we will be going back in the fall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. Staff were friendly. This is a hotel for much older clientele so if you're looking for a bit of life, this one isn't for you. There was very little music and zero nightlife. The gym was in good condition but there were no towels. The shower was slightly broken and the in room safe I couldn't get to work. Breakfast was decent but should have run until 11am not 10am. Also, not much to around the hotel, very few bars and restaurants.

Les chambres sont petites, si vous prenez pas les chambre « de luxe » vous avez une vue (parfois) assez passable (ce n’est pas horrible mais disons qu’il y a bien mieux) il est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du dernier étage même pour quelques heures pour faire quelques photos de la vue et éventuellement profiter de la piscine, si vous prenez une chambre « standard » c’est donc une petite désillusion. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel tout autant que la nourriture vraiment incroyable. Ça manque cependant d’animation, c’est un point à corriger car il y a des journée entière où il n’y a rien de prévu (pas de yoga ou autre)

Tutto perfetto, molto relax e mare bellissimo, cibo ottimo, cortesia del personale. Un unico appunto: i lettini in pineta sono sporchi di escrementi di uccelli. Li dovrebbero lavare spesso, ma nei 12 gg che ho soggiornato nessuno li ha puliti.

Recently remodeled hotel, older building but fresh and very clean, rooms were on the small side but service by all employees was excellent. Not worth 400 Euros a night however (mid september), bedding is very deficient such as found in very cheap hotels, pillows and mattresses are not comfortable. We upgraded our stay with breakfast and dinner for a very small fee but as always you get what you pay for, food is average, not bad but not really enjoyable. While the location was pleasant I would not return not recommend this hotel at current

Et nydelig og avslappende sted. Veldig hyggelig, sjarmerende og imøtekommen persjonal. Rent, delikat og innbydende. Godt utvalg til alle måltider. SPA var nydelig. Pool aerobics , yogatime, sykkeltime hadde supre instruktører. Litt små rom, men det er jo ikke der man tilbringer mest tid på en slik plass. Tror ikke dette ble vårt siste besøk på dette hotellet:)

A fantastic hotel, extremely clean and run by the most helpful and pleasant staff I have known in a hotel. We went half board and paid extra for Star Prestige and was well worth the money. You get the use of a beautiful roof top pool area with stunning views and all Star Prestige rooms are on the 5th floor. We also got a free bar and food on the rooftop and free bar in the room. Food in the restaurant was excellent with a wide variety every night. We went out two nights to Atzaro Beach restaurant and Amante which are both well worth a visit. There are beach bars close to the restaurant which are all good and Nikki Beach on the doorstep too.

Greeted with a cava at check in. Spotless facilities in a beautiful location. Staff so accommodating. We were out there for a race and accommodated an early breakfast to fit in. Couldn't have been better. Only tiny gripe, no readily available water with the meal which was a shame and a faff.

Rooms were really small, the hair dryer was ancient and useless, the soap dispenser was broken. Wifi was so weak we had to turn on data roaming. The pool was also small. There’s poolside bar service which is nice. The breakfast was good but it was only available until 10:15. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you’re travelling during high season, plan in advance for transportation because getting a taxi can take hours. The hotel’s parking is very limited compared to other places in the island, including some resort hotels in ibiza town.

The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals would also be a great addition. It was a nice hotel and comfortable room. Staff were friendly. This is a hotel for much older clientele so if you're looking for a bit of life, this one isn't for you. There was very little music and zero nightlife. The gym was in good condition but there were no towels. The shower was slightly broken and the in room safe I couldn't get to work. Breakfast was decent but should have run until 11am not 10am. Also, not much to around the hotel, very few bars and restaurants.

Recently remodeled hotel, older building but fresh and very clean, rooms were on the small side but service by all employees was excellent. Not worth 400 Euros a night however (mid september), bedding is very deficient such as found in very cheap hotels, pillows and mattresses are not comfortable. We upgraded our stay with breakfast and dinner for a very small fee but as always you get what you pay for, food is average, not bad but not really enjoyable. Les chambres sont petites, si vous prenez pas les chambre « de luxe » vous avez une vue (parfois) assez passable (ce n’est pas horrible mais disons qu’il y a bien mieux) il est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du dernier étage même pour quelques heures pour faire quelques photos de la vue et éventuellement profiter de la piscine, si vous prenez une chambre « standard » c’est donc une petite désillusion. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel tout autant que la nourriture vraiment incroyable. Ça manque cependant d’animation, c’est un point à corriger car il y a des journée entière où il n’y a rien de prévu (pas de yoga ou autre)

Loved our 10night stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the property and was much nicer/cleaner than expected. The staff was wonderful and very attentive, always smiling and uplifting all the guest areas. They put on a great vibe! The afternoon happy hour at the pool was a great treat too and the morning pool activities. The surrounding area is beautiful and you are able to walk alongside the cliffs. The only negative thing I would add is there was no coffee/tea equipment in the room which would have been nice to sit on our balcony in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The website photos of the rooms show a coffee maker in the room so we were surprised when there wasn’t any upon arrival and when we asked at reception they said it was not possible. But it did not ruin our stay. Great pool, comfy beds, attentive staff and it just felt like you were on holiday. Definitely reccomend.

I’ve been to the iberostar in Cancun and would say this does not live up to the same expectations. Food were similar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and no matter the day. Very selective on what you can have for drinks in you all inclusive package. Like no corona. Staff was okay but some of them seem to not want to be bother. I would recommend this place for people 60+ not a place for young adults and too far from the city. Also lot of construction. Wish i had a better experience.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent, accommodating and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is right on the beach and you can see the sea having breakfast in the restaurant, and on the loungers around the pool and the beds in the garden. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Luz, très à l’écoute et bonne conseillère. Le service de dîner et petit déjeuner excellents. L’ensemble du personnel est très agréable, très professionnel. La décoration est épurée, soignée et bien pensée. Les espaces sont propres et entretenu. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous pouvons recommander cet hôtel et que nous y retournerons si l’occasion se présente à nouveau.

Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, no café da manhã a Maria também muito simpática. Fizemos uma reserva com meia pensão, café da manhã muito bom e variado, e o jantar cada dia um tema, é muito bom e saboroso. Fomos numa época (início de maio) que nunca tínhamos vivido antes, uma Ibiza mais calma e tranquila. Para nós foi perfeito.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food even though buffet style was everyday themed and different and more importantly well prepared. The spa gave my wife one her best massages ever and needs to be recognised (ask for Manu). I could go on ad infinitum, needless to say we will be going back in the fall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Buffet breakfast was boring and now thing special . Nothing to do in the hotel full of very old people and far from civilization.they never changed our sheets in 6 days

A wonderful space!! We did full board, I would say half board next time.. unless you’re a big eater with 3x meals a day half would be perfect. Space is clean and a great calm area to recover if you go clubbing. Keep in mind a cab into the club area is €50, so factor that into your plan.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is exceptional. Congrats! The location is really good. The hotel is surrounded by trees, on the beach and has nice views. Ibiza is not a big island, so wherever you want to go, it will never take you more than 45'. Parking was free. I found the room fairly small, that's why we upgraded after the 1st night, and also paid extra for the rooftop pool, which I would highly recommend. The buffets are really good for the price we paid. We took half board. Even if you don't eat there every day, it's still a great deal.

La climatisation est générale et se declenche qu a une certaine température, donc a mi saison si vous etes cote Soleil (piscine) la chambre chauffe vite. Le personnel a essaye de trouver une solution avec un ventilateur mais c est pas le meme confort, efficacite ou bruit. Un hotel de ce type pourrait avoir la possibilite de definir les zones qui peuvent avoir du chaud et d autre du froid. Il est situe en bord de mer mais il est excentré par rapport au centre-ville. Il faut soit prendre un moyen de transport soit 45 minutes a pied. Pour le parking, un terrain gratuit est disponible a proximite, attention, selon les voitures le bas de caisse peut toucher en entrant et sortant.

A fantastic hotel, extremely clean and run by the most helpful and pleasant staff I have known in a hotel. We went half board and paid extra for Star Prestige and was well worth the money. You get the use of a beautiful roof top pool area with stunning views and all Star Prestige rooms are on the 5th floor. We also got a free bar and food on the rooftop and free bar in the room. Food in the restaurant was excellent with a wide variety every night. We went out two nights to Atzaro Beach restaurant and Amante which are both well worth a visit. There are beach bars close to the restaurant which are all good and Nikki Beach on the doorstep too.

We have stayed at other Iberostar locations and this one was very disappointing in terms of food. The food variety was limited and the one offered was very bland, tasteless. This was not what we have come to expect of the Iberostar chain.
We have stayed at other Iberostar locations and this one was very disappointing in terms of food. The food variety was limited and the one offered was very bland, tasteless. This was not what we have come to expect of the Iberostar chain.

Lovely hotel with amazing food and staff. Downside - property has only around 10 parking spaces which were always full. We had to park in a ‘caravan’ carpark down the road which didn’t instil too much confidence…

I’ve been to the iberostar in Cancun and would say this does not live up to the same expectations. Food were similar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and no matter the day. Very selective on what you can have for drinks in you all inclusive package. Like no corona. Staff was okay but some of them seem to not want to be bother. I would recommend this place for people 60+ not a place for young adults and too far from the city. Also lot of construction. Wish i had a better experience.

The staff and facilities are very good. The buffet food at dinner and breakfast caters for a wide range of tastes. The location is ideal being short walk to the ferry linking you to local towns and also Formentara. I would stay there again.

Hotel muito bom, desde do check in ao check out, fomos recebido pelo Rafael que foi muito simpático e gentil em tirar todas dúvidas e nos ajudou muito em um momento que precisamos de ajuda com outro assunto. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos, no café da manhã a Maria também muito simpática. Fizemos uma reserva com meia pensão, café da manhã muito bom e variado, e o jantar cada dia um tema, é muito bom e saboroso. Fomos numa época (início de maio) que nunca tínhamos vivido antes, uma Ibiza mais calma e tranquila. Para nós foi perfeito.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food even though buffet style was everyday themed and different and more importantly well prepared. The spa gave my wife one her best massages ever and needs to be recognised (ask for Manu). I could go on ad infinitum, needless to say we will be going back in the fall and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Les chambres sont petites, si vous prenez pas les chambre « de luxe » vous avez une vue (parfois) assez passable (ce n’est pas horrible mais disons qu’il y a bien mieux) il est dommage qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du dernier étage même pour quelques heures pour faire quelques photos de la vue et éventuellement profiter de la piscine, si vous prenez une chambre « standard » c’est donc une petite désillusion. Le personnel est juste exceptionnel tout autant que la nourriture vraiment incroyable. Ça manque cependant d’animation, c’est un point à corriger car il y a des journée entière où il n’y a rien de prévu (pas de yoga ou autre)

Tolles Buffet, nettes Personal und viele Daybeds die von den Gästen auch nicht früh reserviert wurden (Reisezeitraum Ende April aber über 20 Grad). Kaffeeservice beim Frühstück könnte noch etwas besser laufen ansonsten rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Clean small room but overlooking a large building site so had to upgrade at a cost to us to prestige room on other side of hotel, the beach was also a mess it looked tatty and neglected, hotel itself is nice but very much let down by this building work

Very nice hotel with a nice pool area and beach access. Be aware that there are major building works going on next door so noise is apparent from early morning and if you have a side facing sea view your main view will be a building site.

My stay was overall good, but a few things stood out. The view from my room had ongoing construction, which took away from the experience. The pool water was extremely cold, so I couldn’t really enjoy swimming the way I planned. On the positive side, the VIP access was dope, the staff was amazing, and the all-inclusive accommodations were great. I do think the hotel could offer more activities geared toward younger couples or provide better info about what’s available in the area. Bike rentals would also be a great addition.
